We took our lab to flawless pause this morning for a bath and nail trimming. The first time he was reluctant to go inside, but this time he walked right in the door. My dogs feel loved here. Great grooming services, boarding and day care. They make sure your pets are happy if playing for a few hours or a a week. My dogs look so happy after their salon sessions also.

We love how they offer grooming and boarding in one. We have one rescue dog and he is very skittish of everything. He does well here. The girls are very nice and professional, we highly recommend this place.

The best part about boarding here is my dog is excited to visit. Before we found these guys he was always fearful of boarding. Our boxer/bull dog mix has a lot of energy & they are so sweet/great with him. Friendly staff, to humans & furry family! He always looks healthy after a week here. I no longer worry about leaving him for a trip. Thank you!

I have went to many other dog grooming places and nobody i mean NOBODY does the most wonderful job as Flawless Paws does. When i picked my baby up from the grooming he was playing with the other dogs and having a wonderful time. I am now taking him to stay over night there and i feel so comfortable with it!! The people at Flawless Paws are so kind and gentle with your loved ones. I am so pleased with my experiences here. I will never stop coming back!!

Best Grooming and Doggy Daycare service! They give my toy poodle the best haircut I’ve ever seen on a poodle. The staff is caring and really make you feel comfortable leaving your family member with them!

I took my dog here to get his anal glands express and they told me on the phone that if I am getting that service done then I need to pay for a $50 bath on top of that. I told them I had just given him a bath last week and have never run into a "mess" when getting this service done elsewhere so I'd rather not pay for the bath. When I took my dog in the next morning to get his service done they asked me to get a $50 bath again and I told them no. I picked him up and he was covered in poop. It looks as thought it was intentionally matted to him due to the fact that I did not pay for the $50 bath. Anywhere else I have taken my dog has never caused a mess not required me to pay for a bath after. I will never recommend you taking your dog here for that service.

I would never recommend Flawless Paws Grooming Salon. I had scheduled to bring my dog in this past Saturday morning between 8-9am. I arrived at 8:15 to be greeted by a rude, unprofessional young lady who informed me that the lady who does the grooming was not in due to an emergency. I asked why I didn't receive a phone call and she said "that's why I'm here to tell people when they come in". I couldn't believe that I didn't even receive a phone call prior to driving there on a Saturday morning. She tried to reschedule me but said the only latest time on Monday was 3:00. I asked if 3:30 would work but she said that wouldn't give the groomer enough time. All I needed was a face trim and being that she completely blew off our original appointment, the least she could have done was made a special arrangement for me. I will take my business elsewhere and will let others know about this unprofessional grooming business.

Fabulous facility. Very caring staff. My dogs love to go. They are disappointed if they have to stay home. I use both the daycare and grooming. Would not consider going any where else.

Unless u want to pay to have your dog abused, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE! Lily, my 5 pound 10 year old maltipoo has been there twice, with exactly opposite results. First time, very nice lady asked questions about her health and personality, and she checked her and showed me a couple of mats and warned that she might not be able to totally get them completely, without a few touch-ups, which made me feel secure in leaving her. Picked her up, and she was happy, and groomer said she had gotten mats. Next AND LAST TIME was horrible. Called and asked if i could bring lily early, which i did. This groomer was not the one she had before. Don't know her ethnicity, but she definitely had an accent. I don't have names, so i say this in order to differentiate between the two. I noticed a nick on lily's lip, and she said that was from a very bad mat. Anyway, lily was shaking, so i got her home. That nick on her lower lip turned out to be about 1" long and 1/4" high and was bleeding badly by the time we got home. It wasn't a nick at all. She had actually scissored her skin off! When i put lily down at home, i noticed blood on my shirt ... she had 4 bleeding places low on her stomach. She was bleeding from 3 different places where the groomer at cut off little wart like aging growths. The story continues. All of that was a few weeks ago. Two days ago, i was petting her and felt like her ears had rice or something in them. It was scabs! This woman, instead of pulling a few hairs at a time from inside lily's ears, was apparently in such a hurry to leave early that she had pulled clumps of hair, resulting in pulling off skin as well! Underneath the scabs was red skin. What the hell? What kind of person does this? She did all of this to my dog in about an hour. I would give my next paycheck to get 1 hour in a room with this monster. I don't trust myself to see her face to face, and my calls have not been returned. So, i thank you for reading this when it is so long, but i could not live with myself, knowing the extreme cruelty of this woman, if i did not warn others. Luv your furbabies.

Our pom drank 8 bowls of water after we picked up after 1 day of boarding. Horse from barking, told she did fine and no problem barking.They gave us a base cost (which was fair), then wanted to nickel and dime us on silly stuff. Won't go back.
