Culver’s is always fantastic and this time was no exception. Had a burger without a bun and broccoli. Burger was perfect as always. And the broccoli was a new one for me but it was absolutely delightful.

This is fast food, keep in mind, so 4 stars here isn't the same as 4 stars for a sit down meal with linen tablecloths and a full bar staff...But the truth is, when we pop through for a quick bite the food is consistent, usually speedy, and you can count on being handled in a similar, pleasing, fashion whether you're looking for something at noon, evening, or off hours... I've visited several others drive throughs that simply didn't keep those basics alive. I like the quality of their food when you bring context to bear, so I'm quite willing to continue patronizing them in at the Altoona location.

Accidentally put in an order to this location, so I called them to cancel order and get my refund. Staff member picks up and is confused, she then hands phone to "general manager" and he didn't even know what to do and had to call his manager to get an answer. General manager calls me back and tells me that I now hAve to wait to get a "call back for a refund in 3-5 business days". How in the heck is that convenient for anyone? You just get to keep my money while I wait for a call??? Absolutely ridiculous and honestly I'm not sure how culver's gets so much praise when their service is so hit or miss.

This place must be run by some comedians because it's a joke. If you go through the drive-through for a burger, pull forward. Cheese curds? Pull forward. Coke? Pull forward. Napkins? Believe it or not, pull forward. You better hope that they don't forget you out there either, or else you might as well have walked inside because you'll be walking in there to get your drive-through order.

Went to dinner with a friend and it was yummy! I had the butter burger basket she had the fish basket and substituted fried cheese curds and then we shared so we could have some it each.Next time I am having ice cream for dessert!It was busy but no problem finding a table.

This is the best fast food place to go in and eat. The food is always fresh unlike other places you go into and the foods been sitting in a warmer for to long. They’re always nice in there, I’ve never had a bad customer service experience in there and as far as only hiring kids to work there, I don’t see a problem with that. The kids that work there are just as professional if not more professional than adults I’ve seen work in other food places. Keep up the good work Culver’s you’re doing awesome!!

Food was good tasting. Pretty good value. Tasted like real food unlike other fast food. Fries were not as hot as have had at other stores. Rest room was a little messy. Had better experiences at other locations but overall all 6 of us got something we enjoyed.Parking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Had about 6 different options for kids, plus 3 options for side and dessert is always a hit

Love Culver's. Way better than your typical Fast Food Restaurant.I have been at many different Culver's. The Associates are always friendly and food is always good.This location is not an exception.The Cheese Curds are awesome. I go to Culver's for the Cheese Curds really.

24 minutes to be served. We were the only 2 in the restaurant. 6 cars went into and out of the drive thru during this time. This place use to be good. The last 2 visits have been very poor. THIS IS JUST AN UPDATE BASED ON YOUR RESPONSE. Do you read these reviews. 24 minutes is not quick. And after giving this place another chance I see EVERY single table is still filthy with a dining room that has 4 tables in use. Mean while 3 employees are standing up front. THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE A POSITIVE REVIEW since there seems to be some confusion.

A little bit of Wisconsin close to I80 in Iowa. The same great food as any other Culver's that I've visited. This time, a mushroom and Swiss double and some chili. They were packed around noon, but still fast and friendly.

I just got a job working for Culver's. Everyone is so welcoming and is making me feel like part of a family. An environment like this transcends all expectations of what past employment locations had set for me. Culver's is one of a kind. I love this place and the people there! Plus the great food helps😄.

We got there about 30 minutes before close. Place was busy with lots of kid sports teams and several tables were there after 10PM close, but the workers didn't rush anyone out and continued to give kids ice cream and kept smiling. Great service, great pricing on kids meals!

Make sure you check your food before leaving every time you come here. A couple of weeks ago, they forgot one of the meals we ordered, so they said they would give us a meal and cheese curds for free the next time. Now tonight we come to get our free meal and curd and they forget our fries. So far, it's a 100% guarantee they will forget something every time.
