Love Bass Pro. There is always plenty of stuff to look at. Most of the time, I can find what I am looking for. They do not have an abundance of women's and children's hunting apparel, though. They have a fusge shop inside the store, and the fudge is amazing! If you love being outdoors, they have just about everything for an outdoor adventure. Bass Pro is a great family-friendly store. They have a bowling alley, too! The facilities are wheelchair accessible with plenty of room to get around in.

Excellent selection. Helpful & friendly staff. The nature exhibits around the store are very neat. I wish I could afford a bass boat because they sure are nice! Guess I'll keep throwing everything I buy here from the shore.

I was overwhelmed by the size of this store, I have never seen anything like this. Amazing selection and atmosphere. They have a snack bar, bowling alley, restaurant, archery range, shooting range, Fish Tank, waterfall, I'm missing stuff but it is a nice store to visit

So far, this is my favorite one. Their designs were epic. Look's realistic. We bought a costa sunglasses. Great customer service, very helpful. Even their bathroom was really nice.

We had a great time exploring this entire store. There was so much to do and see here. Even if you are not shopping for anything it is a great stop to see many cool animals exhibits, fish and practice outdoor activities.

Great place to go. Also the fish tank is awesome for my 2 year old. Friendly staff, other than the gun counter, all in all if I need something they have I go here.

If you like anything outdoors, stop here! I was visiting the area from Virginia and had to come by here. Luckily, it was only 5 minutes from my hotel.This store is very big! It took me a while to explore and see everything. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and helpful as I have come to expect has Bass Pro Shops.There is so much to see and do here that you can easily spend a couple hours here. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

We have been going to this Bass Pro Shop every Christmas for 13 years because they always have the best Santa in town! He even has a Magic Key on his belt (for the houses that don't have chimneys). My kids always noticed Santa's key and that his beard is real. Thanks for making the experience magical!

Love this place! We were first-timers today and were completely happy. The prices were competitive to what we are used to for similar products in Minnesota. We will definitely be back! My husband and son loved the shooting games upstairs too!

Went there for a. Pair of shoes enjoyed the fish tank and the arcade where you can shoot at different targets buildings ect. Enjoyed being home some snacks. Nice friendly staff beautiful place

Some good stuff intermingled with kitschy touristy stuff. Shopping for firearms is tedious at best. Long guns are locked behind a counter and nobody knows where anything is. They sort by brand instead of caliber, so unless you know exactly what you want which is the antithesis of shopping, you have to wait on the old timer to flip through tags, then they have to undo some security rack before you even get to finally handle the thing. When it’s busy, which it usually is, you have to wait, and wait and wait, just to get rushed through the process. Much better experience at other stores like Scheels or fleet farm. At least you aren’t grilled for marketing info as hard at the checkout anymore.

Bass Pro is always an excellent place to walk around. There's so many things to look at like the aquarium or the countless art around the building. I rarely purchase anything here because of the high prices, but still an excellent place to go if you're not sure what you're looking for, the staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any store. You'd have better luck getting help asking a magic 8-ball or the gas station attendant down the street. Go anywhere else other than Bass Pro.

I enjoy going to Bass Pro Shops. They have created a wonderful display of wild life to view while shopping. A great big fish tank with all the big bass that I can't catch relaxing in the gurgling waters. a great place to find about anything outdoors, fishing, hunting, ammo etc. lots of friendly staff.

Great way to spend an hour or two. Took adult children bowling and the scenery was quite unique and added to the whimsy of the day. Only 4 stars due to pricing being a bit high and the workers did not clean the lane before we played. Pretzel was huge with cheesy sauce similar to what you find in bars. The cheese curds were deep fried with great texture and served hot.

Ordered a reel in the fishing depth paid cash 204 $ . Thekind man at the fishing dept said it probably be 2 to 3 weeks shipment in store . Great id be picking it up on way home for holidays . Got notice that it was in . I'm 600 miles away . The woman on the phone hung up on me rudely wouldn't let me say what question I had was how long do I have to pick it up if you can't ship it .I will never buy anything ever again from bass pro , cabelas , Morris. I picked up my reel . I did not have you reel the fishing line to it . Not the 200 $ rod to a 200 $ reel . Lures and accessories , rod reel case . Accessories was the boat I was shown . That the young man i bought the Reel from . I'm retiring going to go fishing more . Like I said not from you . I've got my rules too . They supercede yours .

Friendly staffStopped in to get some in for on a Tracker utility vehicle. Met with Josh from the sales department. Absolutely one the best salesman around. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Not overy bearing or pushy at all. If I do decide to purchase a Tracker, I will definitely doing the transaction with him.Pet friendy👍Finally getting alot more inventory and selections to choose from than they have had in the store in general.

Make sure when filling out computer to purchase fire arm to read all questions carefully. If you misread a question your done.And Bass Pro shop don't care if they sell a firearm to you or not.
