Jack's, is the only place that we do our vehicle maintenance. There Employees are dedicated to to there employer, as well as the customer they serve. We bought a car from Lyons Toyota, out of Mason city years ago. We did a few oil changes there. The Lyons Toyota employees seem to think they are above and beyond. Anyone they to business with in there. It makes a customer feel uneasy to do business.So if you would like awesome service from a staff. That takes pride in there professionalism. Jack' in Algona Iowa or Mason city, Iowa. Will give you what you ask for in serving your needs to the maintenance to your vehicle.Have a safe a wonderful day.

I sit back and observe how you interact with your customers and it’s like everyone that comes through the doors are family. Very knowledgeable about your product and just super great people to do business with. If you need tires it’s worth the trip, I drive my semi around 85 miles from the Ames area just to let them work on my equipment and have never regretted it. Thank you Jacks.

Fast and friendly. They do a great job of breaking down any issues, and don't pressure into any optional services/products. The techs do a great job-- never just the bare minimum and never have fluids spilled all over my engine bay like quick lane service centers. Only downside is that they're booking out a little further than they used to (about a week to get in, so still better than a lot of places, I just need to plan ahead more than I'm used to). I travel a lot for work and never worry about getting stranded because these guys do a great job of letting me know what kinda shape it's in. Never a bad experience.

Jack’s Tires and Service the customer service was second to none. I needed 4 new tires on my 2019 Ford Escape. From the minute I walked into the store I knew I was in the right place. They explained everything to me, ran quotes and when I came back to purchase them. They were great to work with. They were so welcoming, they asked if I needed a car to go downtown or if I needed Wi-Fi access. The customer definitely comes first in their world. As a first time customer, I was very pleased with my experience at Jack’s Tire and Service.

Somewhat disappointed as I had expected a tire to be repaired within an hour based on their expectation. Instead the tire was set aside and when I returned it was still where the technician had placed it. If it wasn't going to get immediate attention they should have told me upfront.

Great guys! They always do good work on my vehicle and I usually am in and out in about an hour for an oil change. Only had one time where it took longer but that’s to be expected for a Friday afternoon. Still my favorite place to go :)

Needed 2 batteries for the truck. Called to make sure they had the interstate batteries I needed.Went over 2 days later. Guy at the desk was very helpful/ kind/ & liked his job!!Helped unload old, load new and gone.Thx again

I live out of town, but work in Algona. Had never been to Jack’s before, but had a flat tire upon arriving to work. They retrieved my truck from my office within an hour of me calling and had it back well before the end of the day. Incredible customer service, work, and more than fair price. Absolutely top shelf operation right here.

Jacks Tire service always get me in and out the door in an efficient manner. Quite often if I have a flat tire and I give them a call that I am coming they will get it fixed within the hour and get me on the road again. They will also get my wife’s car from her work place to do service on her car which is great service and saves us time!
