Store was well stocked and not very busy so was a good time to shop. Clerks were polite and as always they loaded the car and took the cart back for me. Very helpful. Good job guys!

I don't shop here anymore. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. You would think that after spending over $120, the customer may be able to deny the insistence of the baggers helping you unload your groceries. Not here. EVEN AFTER asking nicely and explaining why and that I would bring the cart back in, they wouldn't take NO for an answer. It turned into a stare down as I wouldn't leave until they agreed to do as I requested. As someone who did quite well for 8 years in the CS industry, I believe they should be taught much differently! I blame their "policy" for this, however, learning to read people, the request and situation would greatly benefit these, usually kids, in and out of work. The bagger was polite, the cashier was the overwhelming problem in this scenario. Other times, this wasn't the issue it was that day, but there was always pushback until I would repeat myself for the 2nd or 3rd time.

Algona Fareway is a great place to shop. They have the best meat department too! The greatest thing is everyone is friendly and helpful and work as a team.From the clerks, carryout people, meat counter workers to management they know their jobs well, are very friendly and even go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.I recently couldn't find a product and they secured it for me. Once management heard it was back in stock quickly. Thank you to everyone serving with such care in everything you do. You may not think you make a big difference....you all do.

Fantastic service. Store clean and in good repair ladies working check out FANTASTIC. Especially one with long black hair and strawberry. Blond. Easy to fond things. Nicely bagged.

The workers there think they can tell you what you have to put back when you go over and whats sad is its every week i go in there and it's usually below what i had before so idk why that could be cause i buy same stuff about every week and im over what i usually pay
