Purchased a $5 Breaded Chicken Sandwich and they threw a chicken strip on the bun with a pickle and sent me home with it. I called and talked to the manager and was told that "they can't controll the size of the chicken pieces and they all are small from their supplier". I guess their supplier is cooking them and bagging them up to. First time in my life I've driven back to a fast food restaurant for a refund.

I showed up almost to the end of the shift, so I wasn’t expecting the best service. However, when I got my food, they forgot the dipping sauce and they forgot my drink and the food was cold. bad show.Parking: Small parking lot

Don't have no mushrooms for mushroom and Swiss. Everything was shut down before 930 pm when they close at 10. I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes before they took my money. Then sat for another 30 minutes waiting for my food which consisted of 2 sandwiches. Nothing fancy. No communication from the staff as to why it took so long. No apologies nothing. When they handed me my food, I asked what took so long and they said "they forgot to make it....that's our fault..."Update. After going home and trying to eat the ham and cheese sandwhich, I almost broke a tooth biting something hard in my sandwhich.

This was by far the best Hardee's food I have ever had. It was so impressive, I took a picture of the sandwich!?! Fresh lettuce, bun was soft, everything great proportions. They could've put that burger on a billboard it was so perfect. And my friend got the philly burger. It was outstanding. The fries were fresh. I wish I lived closer but plan to stop any time I'm driving through. That was an incredible meal.

Went thru the drive thru with my 80 yr old mother , first of all couldn't understand what this gal was saying , second she was almost arguing with my mother as to what we ordered, then when we pulled up to pay she opened the window said something and slammed the window shut ! Then she came back and my mother asked how much she said the amount and slammed the window shut, came back took our money and gave us our order, never have I ever had such a bad experience at a Hardee's . The gal with the dreadlocks should be fired.

I was greeted when I came in. The gal handing me my shake and came out in about two min with the rest of my order. Very pleasant young lady. The burgers were excellent.

The service is terrible. You can tell the newly hired staff because they are nice to you. Food is 50/50, you might get a decent burger one day and the next day you might get a microwave burger from the day before with new vegetables. The one thing I can say is the chicken strips and onion rings are great. Never had a bad one (of coarse that's made to order). My recommendation would be go across the street to subway.

My Curly fries were dry, my Sister & Brother In Laws Fish Patties on the Fish Sandwiches were hard as a rock so they had to ask them to remake them. It was very cold in the dining area and there were only 2 other people in there. The Staff was courteous; but could have been cleaning tables & chairs in dining room that looked like they needed wiped off. Prices are a bit High Too. A Mushroom & Swiss Burger, Medium Drink & Medium Curly Fries $9.08 Definitely NOT Worth It !!!😕👎😡

I got an overcooked chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich with potato oles and a soda. The flavor of the sandwich was decent, but the texture from being overcooked was a big turnoff. The potato oles were okay, very similar to Taco Johns', but not as salty (which is good, Taco John's puts way too much salt and seasoning on their oles).

I really enjoy eating at Hardee's. Hamburgers are always good. My only complaint is with the chicken strips. Very delicious but sometimes there is some difference between the way I count to 5 or 10 and how they count. Otherwise I am good with eating here!

Came here with my grandfather in law to see his regular coffee "hang out" spot. The coffee was great, staff were competent, and the environment was clean and comfortable.Based on my visit I'd definitely recommend stopping by.

The crew working was awesome to us. The price was right. The customer after us had a dog. This is the (non food preparing) worker coming out to pet it. And yes, hand washing was observed after.

The classic double cheese burger meal really sucked. The fries tasted like they were cooked in rotten grease. The people were nice but the food sucked. I couldn't believe how bad it was.

The food was the worst I have ever eaten. All cold to and order not right. The sandwichs were smashed. Called and got a nasty remarks. Need to have district manager get in the place.
