Super fast service here. I don't have to wait in line for an eternity. I can leave my cat in the car and pop in and grab a few things and pop out without having to worry about leaving him in there too long. I love how quick you guys are!

I love this DG store. This location has alot of home stock and cleaning items and is bigger than the average DG store in the surrounding towns. The manager and employees I have interacted with at this Lovilla location are dedicated and helpful. They keep the store well stocked and are pretty good at greeting customers, answering their questions, and keeping aisles clear or shelves fronted and faced.

Basically shoved out the door because they closed in 6 minutes… was also locked in. Was told to “hurry up” and “no use of looking for a calendar because they are not in season.”

Employee turn over is ridiculous. The current manger was rude to a very elderly woman. These people that work here need to have service ( customer ) skills . Write ups are ( NEEDED )

Experience varies depending on the day and who is working. Employees change a lot, hard to maneuver around sometimes, hours vary closed when posted time says they should be open. But there are some things you can only get there in town.

Lack of attention by the employees is the biggest problem. They are always stocking shelves as a line forms at the register. There is always lines here. Other then that the place is OK. Prices are cheap.
