When I was all out of options to be able to take Ace to daycare on most days due to a conflict with my work schedule and the daycare hours, Brenda made some adjustments so now he can spend more time with his friends. Just look how happy he is ❤️ thank you for being amazing!

Best grooming and boarding place I know! The staff is so friendly and helpful! We boarded my two labs for 11 days when we went to Disney and while we were gone we would get updates of how they were doing and pictures sent to us! Definitely highly recommend Brenda and her staff! They are amazing and go above and beyond!! Thank you again for always taking great care of my two fur babies! I can’t wait to let them come vacation with y’all again

Took Waylon to their obedience class. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the training. Hands on. Enjoy going to the classes and learning what it takes to have a well behaved dog. Couldn't even take a walk without Waylon pulling on the leash , getting better now. He will walk along side me alot better than before. Used to jump and pull and struggle to get loose , a tug on his leash now helps calm him down. A work in progress. Well worth taking the class.

My dog Luna just started doggy daycare. She loves it there!!!! The staff is very interactive with the dogs. They are also very knowledgeable on tips and tricks for your dog. I have had my dogs kenneled there in the past as well and have always had excellent care.

The staff here is WONDERFUL!! They are so compassionate and caring with every interaction they have with you or your fur-babies! I strongly recommend people to come here for any grooming or doggy daycare needs, this staff won’t let you down and your animals are bound to leave feeling pampered and loved!

I would be cautious using such a facility. Not based on anything specific regarding our animal but my partner heard one of the managers I assume speaking to an employee in a rude condescending manner and it made her so uncomfortable that that is the behavior that employees experience from their supervisors when they think no one can hear them, that we will not be continuing to bring our animal there. If they would treat their paid employees like that, I don’t trust them to care for our animal.

Have boarded my dog here once and the experience was great! Had them give her a bath on the day I was picking her up and she smelled and looked great! I have even scheduled her for her next stay already! Would definitely recommend this location!

Butler's Charcoal Ridge Grooming is absolutely great! These ladies are so good with my dogs and are very knowledgeable. I enjoy shopping in the well stocked store while the dogs are being groomed.

Took our large, long-haired old dog today for a shave. We had clipped him ourselves previously but it was very difficult to do and generally a bad experience. As it had grown back longer and thicker we needed expert help. Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job and making our boy look so beautiful!!! He proudly showed off to my husband when we got home, "look at me!" Great people, kind and considerate! We will absolutely return.
