If you want to get screwed over go to Belzer Equipment, they charge you more than double what shipping costs and think it's fair, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

You won't find better service anywhere else. Craig & the guys are always trying to do the best they can for the customer. We purchased our lawn mower there about 3 years ago, they cover as much maintenance & parts as they can under warranty, they always call before doing additional work, they send photos of my machine to the manufacturer if they think something should be replaced/fixed under warranty, and we get always get a card from the team during the holidays!

Got my new m6060 tractor ordered and got it about an month before I was expecting it. And when I decided I needed a block heater they got it put in and delivered all in the same day right before the long weekend of the 4th. Seem to of done me right with this experience so far

Terrible. Sold from under us. Paul asked us to sell our tractor because they did not want to trade. So we sold ours out right. Informed Paul (Gary would never get back to us and return our phone calls) we would pick up the new one at Belzers on Monday morning because they never got back to us on delivery. When we get an email saying they sold it. Now we are without. Do not do business.

STAY AWAY!!!! Took a tractor to Belzer's in Albia for repair. They had it 3 times and charged over $2000 even though they never fixed the problem. We attempted to negotiate a lower bill. To be fair, we would have paid the bill or more if the problem had been resolved. The new bill we received remains unchanged.Since having this problem, we have learned that others have stopped taking their equipment to Belzer's Equipment Inc in Albia IA for similar reasons. We highly recommend taking your equipment elsewhere for repair. If our situation changes, we will update this post, however, at this time this situation has not been resolved to our satisfaction. We also recommend that other's share their experiences so other's are not ripped off by this business.
