I have shopped in this True Value store many times and always found the staff very helpful. But after going there Saturday I don't know if I will return again. The staff was sarcastic snd rude. I was told good luck lady you're on your own and walked away From now on I will go to the one in Centerville. It is the same distance and they are very helpful.

Jay and Nathen are amazing at there job, very helpful and polite. Everyone else is very rude and snotty. I won’t be returning unless it’s a emergency!
