We just got double cheeseburgers and fries and two rootbeers. It took forever, they guy didn't even know how to place a double order. When we finally got the food the burgers were so badly burned that we couldn't even eat them and our fries were completely soggy like they were only partially cooked so we ended up with a meal that we couldn't even eat.

To me it's the most historical Ice cream places in Iowa. Very excellent place to get ice cream.

As always great!! Been going there since I was 3yrs old. The banana flavor ice-cream is one of my favorites!! Add the crunch topping to any cup of ice-cream is always a win choice. Their banana splits are great to get if your going to sit there and enjoy. Corn nuggets my favorite hot food there. Great place to eat, sit outside with your favorite people. Summer habit.

I have been going here since I was a little kid. Still love coming here. One of the few places I can get a vanilla and strawberry swirl ice cream cone.Always look forward to the frozen yogurt flavor of the week. The food is always good too, but be prepared for a long wait because of the massive number of orders. I always recommend ordering food ahead of your arrival.

The price is right, crazy cheap compared to DQ, and it's a nice destination drive. There are a couple of kids who work there that could use some training on the Taylor machine and how to get a good swirl, but all else is good. Don't know about the food, just the ice cream.

My parents stopped here on our way home after shopping on Thursday nights at Washington. It was a special treat, they have a nice flavored soft serve. I come back to Iowa to see relation, and I still have to stop for a treat, that still tastes good. It has been seventy years now, and still enjoying every bite.

Cute little ice cream shop that serves food. Only put 4 star because I asked for butterscotch in my turtle and didn't get it or the normal Carmel for that matter. Even with the missing stuff it was Soo yummy.

The ice cream was delicious, but the customer service was disappointing. I don't think our cashier spoke to us a single time we were there. Simply took our money and handed us ice cream.

Decent ice cream (was very melty when we were there at about 5pm on a Sunday) and the frozen yogurt was underwhelming. My son liked his cheeseburger and the corn nuggets were quite tasty (nice and hot and fresh). The wait time was quite long for these items, but there were nice seating areas and bathroom facilities. :)

LOVE IT. SO GOOD. Blackberry yogurt is the best yogurt I've ever had. Really great prices, cheap and GOOD quality ice cream AND food. Highly recommend if you want some good, simple delicious food!

Oh my goodness, the ice cream is made from heaven!! 😍😍😍 it's really really GREAT!. The flavors are so good! Like the Peanut Butter shake, Blackberry Shake, and Banana Split! The workers here try ultimate best to help the costumers and make the best food for them to enjoy the Middle Spring and All Summer!!. Very patient and kind. They also have tables and chairs for you to just hangout and enjoy your food or Ice Cream during the nice weather!I highly recommend people to come and eat their Ice Cream and Food!

Dairy Mart has always been great food and ice cream. But they must have changed the burgers to a frozen patty, not nearly as good. I would have given a five stars for the old burger.

Hot fudge sundae was wonderful! Our banana split was kind of small. Only had 2 small dallops of ice cream, a banana, and 1 small scoop of strawberries. Paid $8.45 for both, not too bad of a price, just wish the banana split was better.

Dairy Mart was one of my favorite stops in route from the airport and then going back to the airport. I had the peach yogurt. The staff are super friendly. This is a must stop if you're anywhere near Dairy Mart. We had hamburger and french fries one occasion. Excellent food. The staff are so friendly. I highly recommend this establishment and I will be back when I'm in Mount Pleasant.

Great ice cream with a variety of flavors! Other options such as yogurt are available and some burgers if you want to grab a bite to eat. Lots of places to park and covered seating area. My only complaint is that there are usually only two or three people working so the service can be slow.
