Old school shop. The guy has been doing it for year but is a great guy to chat with. The Shindaiwa chainsaw I wanted was there and he did a good job of walking me through it. The outside of the shop is definitely lacking but don’t let it throw you off.

I've known Ken for a few years. Drove all the way to Ackley IA from East Dubuque Ill to buy a snow blower. His price was $200 - $300 less for a comparable machine where I live.

Drove 45 minutes out of town to Ken’s because he said he could have my grandmothers lawn mower fixed in a week and a half. Two weeks later I called and he still hadn’t gotten to work on it, over a month later I finally get the call to pick it up. Since I was working my fiancé picks it up and tells my she was charged $145 for a new carburetor for a lawnmower that’s over 10 years old. Clearly if there was any communication at all during this process we would have elected to buy a new mower instead.

Went to the shop. Pound on the door for 20 minutes, no answer no sign with hours, no Information. Has advertisement for Eco. Moved up here from Anthony looking for a new dealer. going somewhere else.
