It was on a Sunday. A week after our Chorkie gave birth and she was having problem breathing. We called our Veterinary at his emergency number, home number and left numbers of concern voice-mails. I didn't know what to do. That's when we remembered a friend told us about Ackley Veterinary. When I called the Vet Doctor answered the phone and was ready to meet us at the his clinic. The Doctor took great care of our Chorkie, he sent her home with some antibiotics. The Doctor personally contacted us the next few days on her recovery. We are so grateful for the Doctor at Ackley Veterinary Center. It's very sad. That it has be two weeks now, and we still have not heard anything from our first Vet. I am now a guaranteed Ackley Veterinary Center customer!

this morning we called to have our dog put down, she hadnt moved in a day and we couldn't watch it anymore. we needed to get her put down and these people where going to make is wait til 5pm tonight. thats a whole other day of her sitting there in pain. We called someone else and had her in, in seconds. would rate negative stars if i could.

This is absolutely and positively the place to go to for all of your veterinary care and boarding needs. It is the quintessential small town business. You won't find more compassionate or caring people than the fine people of Ackley Veterinary Center. Not to mention, the costs for their services are extremely reasonable. Clearly, they are in the business to help animals, not to profit from them.

Ackley vet center got us in the same day I called them. Staff and doctor were friendly, and answered our questions, and treated our basset. I warned them that they'll be getting some German shepherds to add to our file!! Great experience!!

I found Ackley Vet when one of my cats were hit by a car late at night on a Sunday. No other vet would get back to us or help us. Dr. Hinders met us at the clinic and was superb. We immediately transferred all our pets to them the next day and haven't looked back since. We've been with them roughly 3 years now and haven't had a single bad experience. Which is saying a lot considering we have 4 German Shepherds and 2 cats and practically live there! All the staff are amazing and so patient with your pets. Dr. Hinders will personally text you a few days after your visit to check in and see how your pet is doing. These guys are truly in it for the animals and it shows. We could not be happier with their care!I recommend EVERYONE to Ackley Vet!

Great Veterinary Center, they have wonderful veterinarians there to check out your pets take ours there all the time.They also have a pet boarding facility, they have great workers and seem to do a great job on watching our dog.Have not had trouble with her anytime we have left her there she always seems happy to be there.

They've always been super good with my pets. I came here after the Hampton had lost one of their best veterinarians. I haven't been disappointed yet with any check up that I've been to with them regarding my dogs. I recommend anyone and everyone to come here if they have pets.However, if you're thinking about working here. Don't. Especially if you're a male. I used to work here. I don't necessarily want to get into specifics because that's not the point of the review. Though it's a good place to go to and bring your pets, not a good place to work. As odd as that may sound

There are a few veterinarians like Dr. Scott Hinders of Ackley he will go the extra mile for your pet! He's kind considerate very knowledgeable with a big heart for all animal! We thank him for taking care of our beagle these past 14 year even though it was our dogs time Dr. Hinders did what he could do checked on her through out the weekend but because of her condition we had to say goodbye! We want thank him and his staff we are so greatfull to him!!

I took my small dog in and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure was given meds and sent home, first few days were fine. After 11 days on meds he started breathing really hard and tongue was turning purple. On the 12th day I was let off work early and called for emergency appointment and was told they couldn't get me in, I said this is an emergency and they told me to find another clinic. I did and am glad, he can breathe better and is finally sleeping instead of fighting for his next breath.

This is the only vet center I take my animals to... and I have a couple. From emergency calls to scheduled appointments, this place is top notch. Every single staff member is amazing. You can't beat the prices either. Highly recommend.

Called today to get my puking dog in to get checked out.. 2nd time in a year they couldnt get me un... to me a puking dog is an emergency poor customer service all I was looking for was my dog to be looked at maybe take 15 minutes most and they don't check they just say they are busy... everybody is busy you should try to fit cusotomers in

My family and I have been trusting our furbabies with Dr. Scott and everybody at the Ackley Veterinary Center for as long as I can remember. All the good times of just shots, health check ups, and toys. Also through the bad times of our losses through th years, where one of our llamas was dying and Dr. Scott came out at night to take our baby out of his misery, our old furbabies just becoming old. They comforted the sad times . This team is absolutely amazing and I don't think I could ever go to another Vet other than Ackley.
