Had the worst customer service experience here. Gloria is so mean and Adversive. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. She literally tried to ignore me. If I hadn’t had an emergency and needed supplies immediately, I would have gone someplace else. I’ve been going to the Worthington Dollar store since I was a kid and it was on 67 but intown. Not sure who has been running the stores in this area but it has gone WAY downhill. No wonder business won’t pay anymore or money.

I used to go to this store for my daily shopping. I went there, got what I needed/wanted, and went home. Then the manager changed. I had high hopes, until a couple weeks afterwards. Whenever I went, they had absolutely nothing. I cannot go to a store, expecting to get tortilla shells, and come home with nothing. For 3 weeks in a row, I went there a few days a week to find some syrup (something that is very common amongst a houshold) and for weeks in a row, nothing. As I went, I noticed absolutely nothing being stocked in the shelves, and more and more disappearing off the shelf, with no replacement. I have (nearly) completely stopped going to this store due to how little care it is being taken care of now. (I love the manager, just some critique)

This is probably one of the most tidiest, organized Dollar General Stores I’ve ever frequented. Unlike most DG’s, this store was “uncluttered”, and every shelf was arranged in a systematic order. Nonetheless, it’s apparent that this store has a team of employees that do their job very well. Hopefully upper management recognizes this and shows their appreciation with occasional raises and bonuses.

I travel to this store because it is my closest NCI store. It was okay but the shelves could of been stocked with more product. I work for DG so i know exactly how hard it can be to stock the shelves and run a shift so i get it. However, the store was very clean and the isle not cluttered. I still love this store!

This is the best Dollar Store I've encountered. They have a wonderful friendly staff that is very helpful. The store has a good variety of items. I do most of my shopping here. I spend several hundred a week at this store. The store is always clean. Thank you for such a friendly place to shop.

Hands down the best service! the cashier that assisted us his name was Jim and he was a fantastic cashier he did not mind assisting me with understanding my discounts and was very sweet and had a wonderful personality! I will definitely be going back to this Dollar store if o666nly to be wrong up and cashed out by Jim!

Shelves are never stocked. Isles are always cluttered because they don’t stock. Always out of most things you want. The store smells bad. I think management and employees should be reevaluated!

Rude old lady repeatedly telling us "WERE CLOSED, WERE CLOSED, WERE CLOSED" as I'm just getting off my car. Next time instead how about hey guys we're sorry but we're currently closed. If you work in customer service, act like it, I don't care if you're off your shift. Get off the property instead of smoking your cigarettes if you're really closed.

I use to always stop at the DG in Worthington because it was do much cleaner than Spencer. I have been wanting in the bath isle a couple weeks but it is always piled shut with stock.

This Dollar General is one of the best I've been to. Merchandise is organised and easy to get to. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I recommend this Dollar General above all of the others that I have been to.

Honestly though I used to be a vendor stocking a specific product at Dollar Generals and this was the cleanest, well organised, and my favorite in Greene County plus surrounding. Lucky it's closest to home too!

I really like this Dollar General. I know all the employees by name. Sometimes it seems like a "hangout" 4 the locals..lol but everyone is very friendly and helpful.

DALE HASKETT TRIED TO TELL ME I COULDN'T GO TO ANY OF THE DOLLAR GENERALS BECAUSE HES A MANAGER AND HE FLOTS AROUND. COME TO FIND OUT HE JUST A KEY HOLDER AND NO ONE LIKES HIM.
