I always enjoy going into Love's, this Love's was very well organized just like most I walk into. The bathroom there had a pretty good size there though it was a little messy. There are car supplies there like phone chargers and Etc for those of them who need those things and the coffee there was about the average size of most loves. The gas wasn't at a bad price, the associates there were pretty nice and they were all staying busy.

I had an amazing experience at Loves Travel Centers! I recently visited and had the opportunity to use their incredibly clean showers. I was truly impressed by the level of dedication and friendliness demonstrated by Renee, the staff member responsible for maintaining the shower area. She went above and beyond to ensure that every customer had a pleasant experience.I believe Renee's exceptional service deserves recognition and appreciation. I highly recommend considering a well-deserved pay raise for her. This is the most trashy Love's I've been to in a while. It doesn't seem like they have enough staff to keep up with the cleanliness of the lot. Trash cans are overfilled and spilling over.The coffee was awful- so unexpected for a Love's. I let the employee know that the fresh ground machines need looking at because it said the water spout was blocked. And the coffee from the other fresh ground was super weak and must have not brewed properly.The shop only has one tech and was fully booked for today at 5pm and was telling people to come back at 7am at the earliest.Tldr: this love's is understaffed.But! They had more parking than I expected. And bobtail parking!

Very nice travel shop. Has lots of interesting things to shop for at reasonable prices.There is also a great shower facility.Great customer service.

Low quality employees giving low quality service to their customers. I go up to the register to pay for my stuff and the lady cleaning the roller grill acts like cleaning the roller grill is more important than taking care of the customers. She made me stand at the register for 3 minutes and just ignored the line of people trying to pay for their stuff. The employee at this Loves deserve minimum wage.

Subway employees need to learn customer service. Had a simple question and was ignored by male employee. Female walked away instead of helping line. When it was my turn, make walked away. Female came back to answer my question. Waited 10 minutes to get a "no" answer

Ummmm I have been to 48 out of fifty states and this is hands down without hesitation the nicest, newest, cleanest truck stop we have ever stopped at!!! It's on the route to grandma's house and we make a point to stop at this one every time. It's fantastic!!!Also, this was our first time in a class A RV and we were nervous to get in and out of the gas station....plenty of room here for a newbie with a ginormous vehicle!

Plenty of parking and enough room to maneuver. McDonalds was standard McD fare. Restrooms were clean. Store is clean and well stocked. Overall, a decent place to stop for a 10.

Draven (clerk) was extremely helpful, as it was my first visit to a Love's. They had a Subway and a McD's inside, but the food selection in the Travel Center were more appealing (especially, the salads and fresh fruits.) The restroom was clean and the handicapped stall was easy to maneuver in.

I'm a new driver so I'm still learning but very clean showers! I walked in to find out how much a shower costs. The attendant told me so I asked "should I pay now or after I get my bag out of the truck." She said just pay when i come back in. When I came back she was passing me a ticket and the number on the ticket was being called. She said your good. 🤷‍♂️I still hadn't paid. So I take my shower and come back to pay but now it's different lady. As I'm getting ready to pay she ask for my Love's card but I didn't have one at that point. So she says since I didn't have a card she wasn't going to charge me for the shower and gave me a Love's card and told me how to activate it. I will definitely be back that stop not just to shower because the food was good as well and the attendants are very helpful.

The employees are rube on the car gas side. I place my stuff on the counter to pay for it. Dude moves to the adjacent register and invites the guy behind me to check him out. I pick the things up and move towards the commercial register and hear the two other employees standing behind laughing. Wonder why would they behave like this with their customers!!

I am not a trucker but for regular cars, Love's just always have the cleanest and better food options than TA or Pilot. There is a subway in here also simple sandwiches and fruit for sale if you don't want to buy junk food

Clean place and restroom..Subway and McDonald’s for food..I’ve read a lot of reviews to all the places that I’ve been..one review mentioned that men are slob..to those who still using sanitary napkins please dispose it in proper way..nobody wants to see your nasty thing in a open trash can and 🙄besides that’s not your home restroom !!!

I work 3rd shift so often stop here to pick up snacks and a coffee. The staff is always pleasant. Coffee is always fresh. I've never had a bad experience there.

Closed down the fuel island without any kind of notice... when I tried to call and express my disappointment couldn't reach anyone... called the next day and still couldn't talk to any one and automated system kept wanting me to text or email the problem... a big F for customer service quit hiding behind technology and talk to your customers!!!

I got in an accident and pulled off at this Love’s Gas Station. They were exceptionally helpful and accommodating my needs while I figured out towing/insurance. They willingly held on to my car keys to give to the tow company so I could leave and go home. When things didn’t work out and shifts changed, they stayed kind and helpful. Shout out to Angie, Jen, and John for all your help and willingness to put up with my car stress and hassle! Go to this Love’s for anything and everything!

It's impressive!The restrooms are clean and the entire grounds are well-maintained!It is in a convenient location, right off the highway, making the place easily accessible.Oh, and it has an attached McDonald's and Subway! Perfect for a traveling pit-stop!I would highly recommend this Love's for all your traveling needs!

Very Clean, everyone was courteous. The fuel pumps went off line and they had to scan my card again. The Operations Manager “ Roger S. Did all he could to keep me calm about the situation. He was very nice. Thanks for great service Roger. I will definitely be using your location again. My experience above was last month as I visit today the restroom was filthy As I continue my visit I will continue to add to this experience. (Next Day) The same toilettes was still filthy mess dried up on it nobody touched it in a 24 hour period this is bad. I don’t know what happened since my first visit. I will not return to this location. The pilot and petro restrooms is much cleaner 40 miles down the road and the pilot in Fort Wayne. As I depart I experienced McDonald’s they were warm and friendly, and the masks had a smile on it so I guess I can say they were smiling. Lol. Say safe everyone!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is ridiculous they can’t fix their showers. I’ve been here 3 weeks working from out of town and I fuel exclusively with Love’s and this is the worst I’ve ever seen. Every morning the showers are not operable because they can’t get anyone to fix their water heaters. The billions they make and can’t pay the right person to fix this. What a waste of a good name truck stop. Change your name to Road Ranger.

Not a good service at Repair shop. Had a starting issue 4 guys spent 2 days. Replaced starter for no reason and still didn’t start. Ended up towing to a Dealer

Bathrooms always clean, cashier staff makes a great effort to greet new customers walking in or well wishes as customers walk out their door. Friendly staff and manager. Good spacious layout. Good, well organized travel shower schedule. Understandable product prices.

I dont know where all the 4 and 5 stars are coming from. I have been here for a day and a half picking up load in a couple hours. The restrooms are have been dirty the entire time. McDonalds and subway is a desaster. I just went in to get a shower he said I cant have a shower at night because they update there computers every night. I offed to pay for the shower he said nope cant let you. This is a clown show. Just say what you mean night shif dosent want to clean showers. The staff are so lazy.

Most important: that place is clean.I would not eat on the floor to be fair!However for stop on the highway this is definitely clean.It is a very nice stops as it is sort of in the middle of nowhere and become very helpful.As a result, It is an extremely busy place and in that regard the bathroom are well maintained.Far from perfect, but good in that regard.Good selection of car and truck stuffs.The snack available are broad, the price is not too high ... gas station price that is.The two restaurants subway and nd Donald provide a lots of seating.Peoples are always nice and helpful.Gas price is fair.Also, they have the most amazing selection of steam punk hats.
