In general, I have had positive experiences shopping at this location. In fact, while I have seen CVS employees at various stores be helpful to customers, I have seen more personalized assistance provided to other customers at this Winchester location in a handful of visits than I have seen at any other location, including those I frequent more often. I have not used the pharmacy at this location.

Always friendly and helpful. Lots a goodies to buy, some prices are higher than other stores. The coupons are great and extra bucks, I love CVS

The two younger male pharmacist I dealt with were extremely nice. Before the people that I've dealt with have been very short with me. Today these two young gentlemen were overly nice and helpful I've never had this level of hospitality at cvs before

Rude pharmacist. Have had problem getting prescription filled at this pharmacy more than once. Takes days not hours to get prescription filled. Have used this location for many years and until 2 years ago never had a problem.

Pharmacy staff not friendly, repeatedly mess up prescriptions and refills. Even after speaking to them on the phone. Dentist office also had issues with Pharmacy staff.

I fill my prescriptions at this pharmacy. Call them in. Days before I'm out. Call in on Monday. Pick up on Thursday. Arrive to pick them up and they're still not ready. Still have to wait. Common occurrence.

My prescription was supposed to fill on 9/11 but when I checked back on 9/13 it was still processing. I called and after dealing with a horrible automated system it had the option to let the pharmacist know I am on my way. I clicked that option and drove the 20 minutes to town. We got something to eat and then went to get groceries which took about 2.5 to 3 hours. Still no text to say its ready. I wasn't about to deal with the automated nightmare again so I checked the website and it was somehow still processing. I had groceries so I couldn't hang around all day and went home.About an hour after I got home a text finally came in saying its ready. I called the next day and finally after a few attempts I got a person and I told them about my issue and all I asked for was free delivery as I felt that after 3 days processing and me sending the notice I was on my way it should have been ready and I didn't think it was fair for me to waste my gas. They couldn't even bother to help with that. I immediately sent a message to my dr and will now be going to walmart.

This place is an absolute joke. I don’t care if you only have 2 technicians or not there’s no reason that anyone should have to wait 6 days for their medicine when they got a text 10 days ago saying it would be auto filled. The pharmacist was super rude and was talking over me the whole time. Not only is it me who doesn’t have my medicine but several other people. But it doesn’t matter to them because it isn’t their problem. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will never use this place for me or my family ever again. I’d rather you have no employees than rude ones because at least that’d be a decent excuse. Last time I checked counting pills and putting them in a bottle isn’t rocket science neither is proper customer service.

UPS dropoff is not worth it. I took a package and dropped off on Sunday evening to be picked up on Monday. As of today, Wedneday, tracking number is not registered into the system. Called the store, after dealing with the useless automated phone service, finally spoke to front store clerk, who said and I quote "yes we got your package." How did they know this information without asking me my name or tracking details? Wow! DO BETTER CVS!!

The people were nice to me and I know they are under staffed. But my medicine wasn't done all day and trying to call was a nightmare. It is not the worker's fault, I am sure it is corporate/district not wanting to hire more people. However the actual phone operating system is a nightmare. Corporate needs to change it to be simple and easy, I am not elderly and I struggled trying to talk to someone.It was very frustrating.

My mom who is elderly and has a hard time seeing dropped her ID while at the Pharmacy counter. She asked for someone to help her- there were 3 woman and the pharmacist-no one helped her! Instead they told her retrace her steps. My mom knew she dropped it somewhere in the magazines below the counter. After 15 minutes another customer helped her find it, which, btw, was in the magazine’s. It would have taken 5 minutes for one of the staff to help. To the CVS pharmacy staff. You are working for the public. We understand you are very busy back there but remember when you do the right thing, no matter how small, people will remember. Now it just looks like you don’t care.

I can only speak for my local CVS in Winchester, Indiana. They've always been very helpful and courteous with me. I use a wheelchair and while I know they don't have a lot of staff, someone has always asked to help me on every visit. I do well on my own, but those little touches mean a lot. If I can't find something, I just ask. They definitely have the old fashioned, hometown inclusive caring feel.

This place is honestly a joke. I’ve been having problems with getting my prescription from them for months now. Literally only have one pill left. Tried calling them because my prescription has been in process for 2 days now. No one picked up. This isn’t the only time I’ve been having problems with getting medication. I’m honestly tired of fighting with them.

Terrible, so slow!! And wrong change back, did I mention slow? I sit in line at drive thru for 5 to 10 minutes and push the call button several times before anyone helps me! Ridiculous

The store may be okay but the pharmacy is awful. Call and on hold for 15minutes everytime, meds out of stock, never can fill a prescription in a timely manner ever. Even when told a certain time it's not ready at that time.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Truly do not care about the people that need the medication. Will order medicine for you and then sell it to someone else the next day before you pick it up. 1 star because I can't give them anything lower. Absolutely horrible people.

Very slow! Sat in drive thru pharmacy for over half hour. Once got to window I say sat for 10 min not 1 person came. They could've said well be right with you or something. I pressed the call button still nothing. Finally had to leave. Will be going back to walmart!

I was trying to correct bad pictures and retrieve and item that never ended up in my bag. I was told by Tracy I believe that they watched the video and they solve them put it in a bag and I'm at home and clean everything I had and knowing I did not have it so I'm out and dry shampoo I was anxiously willing to try.
