Bomgarrs in Winchester is a good small-town hardware/animal & feed store. They have a young crew there who are always asking if you need help. The bird food is a little high priced, though.

Went in to buy a mower and push trimmer , no one around to help, asked for help after I spent 15 minutes reading what I could about both. Cashier was friendly enough called for help but two other men were busy. I waited and finally Colten comes out and begins to complain that the cashier could’ve helped me and he couldn’t believe I was just getting a push mower. I could have pushed it myself ! Or taken the tag to cashier ! but I needed help loading . His complaining about helping me caused me to say “ you know what just forget it” he said OK! So I guess I’ll spend my $700 somewhere else.

They have a good amount of products that are really good and fairly priced. I had bought a bunny from them, but I'm not sure if it was sick when I bought it or not because it wouldn't eat any hay or drink any water and then died 5 days later.

Farm supply store in an old Kmart retail space. It was okay. Prices were not bad, but not blown away with great deals either. Has your basic things you'd expect to find in this type of store, no frills.

Shopping is usually pleasant at Orscheln in Winchester and the staff helpful. Usually we find what we are looking for. Our only complaint today was the cashier did not ask for our card nor did he give us our Senior discount which we did not know about until exiting the store and seeing the sign.

I love a good farm store and this is a good one. They usually have what I'm after and prices are surprisingly lower than their nationwide competitor across the parking lot.

I Went to get a pair if pull on rubber boots i seen on line that that it said was in stock I couldn't find the ones they said on line they had in store so I ask the boy at the counter in front for help to my soprize he was very rude and unwilling to help he replied with what we have is on the shelf so I said well why does it say on line it's in stock at the store he then replied with there is one lady that handles all that stuff and she gets mad if we touch any thing over there so I'm not doing any thing over there after that I found some one else who was very willing to help helped me look on the self's and even went in the back to look
