Its McDonald's it's not 5 star dining but the way prices have gone up I'd like to at least get service in a timely manner and all what I ordered! The winamac McDonald's usually has been right on the other day we went and got 2 40 piece nuggets alright course they want us to pull round which is alright I understand you can only cook so many nuggets at once in the fryer and they probably take 2-4min to cook then another 5min to pack up and couple min to bag and deliver understandable when they are pretty busy in drive thru gal brings our bag out we head home didn't check the bag till we got home course they left out 1 40 piece granted it's only 10 bucks but we live 15min from town we don't eat in the vehicles so I wasn't gonna drive back call them up told them the situation gal asks if we wanted to come back now or get em another time I said another time and she wrote my name down and that was it! I understand things happen but when these folks are growm adults not kids and makimg a semi good wage for ff id like to think theres someone there making sure things are getting done! There's always plenty of employees which could be the problem to many ppl all trying todo couple tasks sometimes it not as smooth that way

Drive thru order. Drive thru cashier was MOST entertaining, and we got a great laugh. We ordered a 20 piece nugget and she told us they were out of nuggets. She paused about 5 seconds and then told us she was joking. We got "got" and enjoyed the joke very much.Different location, Order was fine, speed was good, no receipt from the kiosk but was quickly resolved at the counter. Just had to wait until there was time for an employee to deal with a counter customer.

Placed a mobile order, order was wrong, manager talked down to me like I was stupid, said I was wrong, kept asking me to hand her my phone, I am not handing my phone to anyone, It was a pointless argument with a mc Donald's employee with no customer service ability. Obviously I'm not the only one having problems with this location. If you can't treat customers with respect you shouldn't be in business. Under 3 stars for a good reason.

I stopped Here as a detour on a drive for food.. my first thought was it was a bit odd everyone had to pull up and off to the side for their orders past the pick up window, but the taste of the 2 Mc doubles I ordered WAS SOOOO GOOD!!I thought maybe 🤔 it was because I haven't had McDonald's in a while!!So today I ate McDonald's near my sisters house for comparison.. and these taste much more watery and just IDK plan McDonald's...The Sandwichs at this Winamac location was very savory and delicious by comparison!!So I don't know what this winamac location is doing special but keep it up!! You are doing something soooo correct 👏 😀If i wouldn't have to drive 39min away to go back to this store for food, I would so drive there!!Anyways, thank you for making great food!! People might complain about lines or wait time, but your sooo worth it!!!

Went thru the drive thru ordered, 2 small fries and 1 large fry and a large coke. Paid got to the pick up window was given the large coke then asked to pull forward. There were 2 cars in front of us that get their orders, then they start bringing out orders for the cars at the end of the line instead of our 3 orders of fries. I go inside to see what is going on, as I'm inside they bring the fries out but didn't even try to give them to anyone in my truck. I was given the fries on my way out of the restaurant.

This is the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. I was on a road trip with my family ( I have a large family) when we spotted he McDonald’s. I would have rather they told me that they were closed then get the horrible customer service that I received. I have a son (10) who has sensory issues and refuses to eat anything with any type of sauce. He only eat a few select items. I always order him the two plain cheeseburger meal. I received my order and not only does the burger have ketchup on it it has onions as well. Clearly not what I ordered. I pulled back and asked for my order to be corrected. I was told that the grill was turned off. Well the last time I checked if you spend your money you should at least get what you asked for! I was told that I needed to leave. Which I did not the rude manager finally remade my son’s burgers. When I asked a different worker what her name was I was told no so that I couldn’t complain. His words not mine. This was the single most worst experience that I have ever had at any McDonald’s. The manager is extremely unprofessional and her staff is as well. Horrible experience overall. If I could give it no stars I would.

They are struggling with service. Dont know if they are shorthanded. Ordered 2 medium coffee.. one was served and had to wait for the second one to brew.. we left after a 10 minute wait without the second.. this during the dinner hour.

Longest wait times. You never get your food at the window, it doesn't matter if you just ordered fries, you have to pull around and wait. Waiting almost 20min every time I'm there. Order is 80% always wrong or missing items and if you take the time, after your long wait time, to try and correct your order it's met by attitude of the kids who "work" there.

They are still experiencing long lines. Employees who are not operating the screens on drive thru properly nor running drive thru efficiently.Food has been fine. Orders missing details like not giving sauces for nuggets or not preparing special orders properly. This location during afternoon or evening shifts is operating with 3 or less people. It is certainly affecting their reputation.

After this last experience my star went down to one. I don't eat this food but took the kids for a treat. While ordering the manager came and took the cashier aside to drill them about a drive through order. After the kids ordered I just asked for a water.. I thought it was odd they asked me what size but whatever I got a large.. Didn't get our drink cups when the food was brought out. Kids ate I happened to look at the receipt and they charged me a dollar for a water! I understand a small charge but the same price as any other full price drink? That's ridiculous. On the way out I got them ice cream using the kiosk. Not knowing if they had snack size mcflurries anymore since I don't go there often it shows only one size. Fine I order and while waiting I notice on the full menu board that snack size is an option. They get around to making them and after making one he just hands it to another worker and walks off. I don't go here often for many reasons but that service was terrible.

Always love Rotin Ronies 😁 just wish the pies were ready in the am so I didn't order them have a 12min wait at the window or trade for something else. Other than that, everyone is friendly smiley and should get alittle something on their checks once in a while (bonus) for dealing with the public 😁
