We stopped by this afternoon for lunch. My dad ordered a cheeseburger with mustard and onion rings. The amount of mustard on his sandwich was so much. It dripped as he took a bite. (Cringe) I ordered chili cheese dog that was served piping hot and very good. Onion rings were very good, too. I hadn't been there in a really long time. The updated decor was nice, the service fast, Bea is a great greeter and order taker, and the tables were clean. Definitely will return.

We went thru the drive thru on a Saturday evening. The people working were not overly friendly, but they weren't rude. We did have a slight wait, but they were busy. Our order was 100% correct, the hot food was hot and the ice-cream was mixed well and very good. We also ordered extra gravy and actually received it. If I'm in that area I will go back!

The charbroiled burger is only rivaled by the immaculate customer service one receives at the legendary Queen of Dairy.The Milk Maiden is unlike any other.She is fair, caring, and always fills me up.Truly the vision of perfection.10/10 would recommend.

The burger was very greasy. Their ice cream machine is out, and the pop machine is out. When I told them that the pop tasted funny and there was no fizz at all. Their response was quick and snippy when I asked them what they were going to make this right to people, especially the people that already ordered before knowing there was no pop or ice cream. Oh, here we are an hour into it and come to find out they did have ice cream . Even though it was only chocolate ice cream, come to find out they lied to me cause the cashier didn't want to deal with me wanting it made correctly. I believe something needs to be done about this. From her lying, 5 people walked out and went somewhere else. If I could give something lower than a 1 star I would do it.

The food is always good but the srvice/atmosphere from the workers today is just horrible. The carbonation was out of the pop machine and then youbtwll the staff that and all you get is attitude like just shut up and deal with it. That's not what was said but that's the conveyance of the attitudes that staff had. Last I knew is customers pay there wages from buying food and I wasn't being rude and neither was my wife. It's like we are being a inconvenience and bother to them for saying something isn't working right. I'm not coming back here anymore.

This is the closest store of this type in our area. Most people use the drive up, and it jams up the parking lot terribly. But we just go inside to get faster service and free drink refills. Plus, they do take coupons. My only concern is sometimes the adolescent kids struggle a little with the technology, but they figure it out with a little patience on our part.

As a frequent customer of Dairy Queen, I had a mixed experience at a particular location due to the owner's absence. While the food and service were mediocre, the lack of presence from the owner was disappointing.In contrast to other Dairy Queen locations I've visited, the owner of this location is never present during my visits. While this may not seem like a big deal, it became clear that the staff is left to manage the location on their own without any guidance or support.The staff seems overworked and stressed, which resulted in long wait times and mistakes in orders. While they tried their best to keep up with the demand, it was clear that they were struggling without any management or support.Overall, while the food was good and the staff were friendly, the absence of the owner left a negative impression on my experience. It felt like the location was not being managed properly, and I couldn't help but wonder if the owner was aware of the issues.If the owner would visit the location more often and provide support to the staff, it would likely improve the overall experience for customers. Without this, I'm hesitant to recommend this location over others where I've had better experiences.

First off Bea Braun was a AbsoluteHorrible employee when coming to working the cash register she has no manners to the consumers what so ever. She was very snappy when you asked a question about wether or not they had a item. We need better employees to help serve our community! Ty for understanding

Employees are extremely rude, no smiles at all! Your Employees definitely did not want us there, the sandwiches were slopped together! Your employees absolutely hate their job! And management please don’t respond back with “I am sorry for your experience and hope you give us another try.” I will never come back, first and last visit at this location! It’s obvious that your employees don’t want customers. Good luck with your business! It’s probably a blessing that your town is so small and your customers have very few choices when it comes to restaurants! Once again GOOD LUCK!!!!

I ordered two chili cheese dogs (extra shredded cheddar), a large chili cheese dog meal (extra shredded cheddar) with cheese curds instead of fries, and two shakes. The shakes were right, but the meal I received was small. There was sliced cheese on my chili cheese dogs... no extra, and my hot dogs were cold. I quit going to dairy queen here about a year ago, because every time I went my order was wrong. It's very frustrating for the price you pay and as long as you have to wait... especially when it's every single time.

I honestly dread leaving a bad review, but wow! After this experience and how the manager handled it was not acceptable. Every time we have been here the customer service is lacking. No one is friendly and our food is never cooked well. Today, I had to pull over out of the drive through to wait for “fresh” chicken sandwiches we ordered. Totally fine. Understandably, it may take longer to prepare. They bring it out and I do a quick check in the bag. Everything was crammed into a small bag, but at a glance, it appeared everything was there. I get home only to find my sandwich is missing from the 2 meals I ordered. I normally don’t call, but this is not the first time this has happened. I did not want to drive back to get it, so I requested a refund. The manager said they would refund the one sandwich missing. My husband opened his while I was on the phone with them and it was all bread. There was literally 2 bite of chicken when he cut it in half. The fries were stale. I requested she refund both meals. She did. If I were the manager I would have refunded the entire order! The other part of our order was cold and we threw it away as well, but I wasn’t about to tell her to refund that because it should have been a no brained. Just because there are only a few fast food places to eat in town, doesn’t mean you lower your customer service standards and quality. We rarely eat out, but we won’t be eating here anymore. Changes definitely need to happen.

All I can say is the place was like a zoo! The guy taking our order didn’t know what he was doing at all gave us the wrong size drinks. A bunch of customers waiting around to get food and had workers running around asking every single person what they ordered and yet still took over 20 minutes for the people that came in before us to get their food well ours was sitting in front of us and we were eating. dirty floors and dirty tables chocolate all over our table. We were charged for extra things that we did not order. I can give credit to anyone working in fast food because it is difficult at times but the managers and employees of that particular business should be embarrassed for themselves.

Staff is very short with you. Its clear they can't handle the stress. A bunch of kids with poor attitudes. Its not hard to greet and thank your customers. Maybe listen the first time I order instead of getting rude and asking what my order was after I spoke up over vehicles real clear like. It was clear she was bad mouthing customers as her mic was off swinging her head back and forth. 6p 12-2-21.

Dipped cone was only half dipped and blizzard was the consistency of a glass of milk. Came back 11 months later nothing has changed. Ask manager why so few sprinkles and she said they aren't suppose put on cones I point to the menu and told her the menu states differently she told the girl put some in a cup and walked away. 0000000 STARS if able.

Overall service was good. However, I ordered 2 large blizzards, a sundae and 2 star kiss to go. I had to ask for a bag for the star kiss. I also had to ask for lids for both blizzards and my sundae, and a drink carrier since it was only myself and my 4 year old. I kinda thought that since it was to go and just me they would've automatically done those things. This was my second visit there.

Friendly service but milkshakes were leaking down the sides, so there was a bit of a sticky mess when I was handed them (they weren't overfilled so I'm not sure why the ice cream was leaking all over the sides). Overall, good experience, just not pleased with the presentation and necessity of Wet Naps.

The owners of this establishment need to teach the staff to be courteous and respectful to the customers. I am not going to explain the whole incident here but I got a bunch of lip from a teenage girl working in there. I told here I wanted a refund because i don't need that kind of crap from anyone. The manager told me I would have to speak to the owners which I will do. I guess they may need the money to pay for the new remodel job. The biggest complaint I hear from people is how bad the service in that place is. I can confirm this.

Love Dairy Queen, but service through drive up is horribly slow. Got to the speaker and was told "one minute", but waited so long for service the pickup window was empty when I got there. 22 minutes is too long from the time you are third in line to the pickup. Saw three potential customers drive away. Poor service will keep us from patronizing much.
