I would never EVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!! They are always rude to you when you talk with them in person or over the phone. The customer service of this place is nonexistent. I have been waiting over a week for my daughter’s medication and still nothing. For something she takes every day. It’s not just one time it’s every time. It’s just convenient because we live in this town, but trust me the drive will be worth getting medications on time.

Waiting over a week to get our daughters medication to be filled for a regular daily prescription and constantly dealing with rude and inadequate pharmacy service. Would never recommend a business like this! Will no longer use them for our needs!

This pharmacy is a joke. My wife recently had emergency surgery and went for a post op visit yesterday in Ft . Wayne at Lutheran Hospital and on the way home we called to make sure that her prescription gets filled so we can pick it up and the pharmacist who was on duty was rude and arrogant with my wife saying that he refused to fill her medication because she's locked in to a certain doctor or something like that. Anyway we have paid cash before for prescription medicine from there as long as the doctor is in her network and that there's a new rule which allows you to bypass medicaid and pay cash. He of course argued that with her and said that is false when I know for 100 percent certain that it's not false. He was just so rude and arrogant with her that she got upset and rightly so. This pharmacist has always been like this with her anytime she calls are goes in and asks about something. I'm fed up with this horrible individual and the way he treats her. So now I have no choice but to go above all there heads and call corporate and file a complaint against him and this pharmacy and I am also going to call the insurance company as well and file a complaint with them. This has happened one to many times and I'm not letting her get mistreated anymore! It's not right and it's completely wrong to withhold someone's medication from them. I also think it is against the law to do so as well (I'm not 100 percent certain about this). My heart is broken because I have to watch my wife be in lots of pain because of this situation.

This store doesn't keep pharmacy open. Closed on Sunday and closed whenever short staffed. Can't get a pharmacist to work there. Yet Monticello, Rochester, Logansport and all surrounding stores are staffed. Obviously the stores an issue. Better be able to go without meds for a day or two if you use this store.

The store is tidy and clean with nice selection. The clerks at checkout are always competent and sometime even friendly or funny. The pharmacy is THE WORST CVS in the area! 0/10 do not recommend. The staff are (in general, there are always exceptions) gruff, curt, unkind, and impatient. They are unorganized and unprofessional and could mess up a water refil. They handle medications poorly and are generally inconvenienced to do their jobs. I avoid this location AT ALL COSTS.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and have been getting my pain meds from this pharmacy for 10 years. About 6 months ago my meds needed to be ordered instead of ready when I dropped them off. They hired a new pharmacist a couple months ago and with a smile on her face she tells me they are out of stock or don’t have enough. I ask for a partial prescription and she didn’t want to do it but finally she said she would but I would loose 1/3 of my prescription. When she handed them to me the prescription was only 1 pill short. Smiling at me again she said I don’t know what happened, must have miscounted. I changed to another CVS and am still having problems because she talked to them. Extremely poor customer service.

Very rude judgemental Pharmacy staff!! Not everyone who takes pain meds are addicts. Yet majority time when call in or go pick up prescription the judgemental attitude comes out these people.I have severe pain from crippling arthritis and recently had to have neck surgery and yet when I arrived was treated with extremely short answers and attitudes.Hope like hell these people never have to live in daily pain and be treated so poorly. I hate even having to call in for my script in fear how they talk to the customer.Sure be nice also to have drive up service in Winamac since getting in out of a car takes great length of time due to my pain. Again this store is far from customer friendly!!!

Wish I could give negative rating!! You are the worst pharmacy I've ever delt with!!!! Staff is rude!!! I can go on and on about this!!! WORST!!; you can't even keep employees!!

If you want to buy used medications you have to go somewhere else. I'd suggest the Salvation Army or this dude named Roger. But if you can afford to buy new, this is probably one of the better places to go in Winamac. This place is definitely much more still-in-operation than Hooks or Fagens. The watch batteries are probably small enough to swallow like a pill, but I wouldn't. Wink.

Had a prescription called in and still not filled 3 days later. Be a drug user and get Narcan anytime. Glad its not a life saving medication or I would be dead
