Pharmacy is horrible. Never been to a place where they have rude, unprofessional pharmacists. I called before I came and just over the phone the man had a nasty attitude. Then when I arrived another woman had an attitude for no reason as well. I was just picking up a prescription that ended up not being ready. They said they will call when it is ready and it has been 7 hrs and I still didn’t get a call. I had to call them. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate especially for someone who needed the prescription urgently. My advice is to go to a different Walgreens. Not worth the hassle.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at that pharmacy. They're very slow and pretty clueless. Always out of stock on everything. I have no idea why I even bother going there, other than it's location.

I had a great experience at Walgreens in Whiting, IN. This nice lady, Michelle who works in photos was exceptional. She was extremely attentive, professional and knowledgeable about her job. She helped me and went far above the call of duty to assist me. Thank you Michelle for helping me print pictures from my phone.

Riza and Damiel are so pleasant and patient with customers.The photography department is under staffed . Michelle works very hard but you can see the photo staff needs help.Clean store and plenty of parking.

Worst pharmacy known to man! Literally never have my stuff in stock. Staff doesn’t seem to care or have good communication skills. I get all of my prescriptions through an online pharmacy now. They always have it and will always call me ahead of time to schedule my refill shipments. I would give them no stars if it were possible.

Unfortunately the pharmacy at this place just keeps getting worse 😕I go in to ask about a covid shot ,finally 15 minutes later a pharmacy person asked what I needed. A covid booster. she says I have to make an appointment over the phoneI said but there's only one person waiting can't I get one after her? she says no you have to make an appointment. What kind of racket are they running they want you to get the shot but they want you to jump through hoops. Let me go to CVS.

This has be the worst Walgreens ever so unprofessional and very rude especially the red head lady in the front . She didn’t want honor the price in the ads when she called Mangment he was actually was scared of her, and didn’t listen to his customer he didn’t even let me show him the ad she spoke over me over again very nervous lady. she should not be working the register!!!!!!! RUDE .

First,this has to be the worst parking lot of any Walgreens. Good luck getting out if you park in the first parking places by the doors. Second,most sale items are either not in stock,or hidden so you'll give up and buy something else that's outrageously overpriced.And go ahead try to use your insurance for a prescription. Price is $25 more than Walmart or elsewhere. GOODBYE.

Most of the new hires ( females) I’ve encountered have horrible customer service . They don’t smile or seem friendly . I use to LOVE shopping at Walgreens but, the new hires need to learn to at least pretend to like their job . If I’m forced to go in there I’ll take my things to the beauty counter and, pray the older lady is there that has been there forever . The front cashiers have been horrible my past few visits not a welcoming store anymore at all.

Renee is amazing.. I’m a regular here at walgreens, and this was a shot in the dark, but she was nice enough to ACCEPT my return AFTER I OPENED IT, and didn’t even BUY IT AT THE SAME WALGREENS !! They are so understanding and kind.

I want to give them a zero but I'm remebering other good experiences I had but they lost me today. I went to buy cold meds and unfortu ately long story short I don't have my wallet. Never have I heard needing an ID ro buy cold meds given I bought some 3 days ago and the cashier was so unprofessional saying "nah you ain't buying this" and I asked her if there was any meds I could buy without an ID and she said that wasn't her business. Another customer informed me what the issue was and to check with pharmacist to find something that didn't require an ID. I thanked her and asked the cashier "can I just jeep the glitter .25 cent pumpkins in a bag (as I qas covered in glitter from touching them once) and she gave me a nasty look and said "ppft nah". I walked out. Like I'm going to steal 50 cent pumpkins. It's all in the delivery "ma'am you can check with our pharmacist, I will keep your pumpkins here till you are ready to cash out". Very disappointed....I'll drive the extra half mile for the other Walgreens.

Who doesn't love walgreens? I love Walgreens! The prices could be way cheaper considering they make billions on medicines. Let's face it Walgreens isn't in business because they sell butterfingers and soda. Why can't the prices be cheaper?
