Just the most wonderful & kind groomers. Caydence has been grooming my dogs and takes such pride in what she does. I have a dog who is in liver failure and the entire staff was so mindful and helpful when it came to grooming him. Keeping his best interest in mind. I really appreciate them so much. Thank you!!

We came in to the Vetco with our sick cat. The staff was extremely sweet and knowledgeable. We were in excellent hands. When the nurse came back into the room it was clear that I had been crying. She took the time to reassure and comfort me. They explained all of our options to us clearly and concisely with a breakdown of the costs. We were able to walk out with medicine and a treatment plan. Our cat has already seen improvement and it’s only been two days. So very grateful for the people that made this stressful experience much easier to deal with.

They were rant great. I unfortunately had to put my kitty down and was a complete mess. They did all they could to explain his illnesses and although he wasn't treatable they did everything to help us keep the fees down. On top of the free exam for first time visits. The ladies were extremely friendly, understanding, and had a lot of patience with me. They explained everything in detail and all options. It was nice to go to a vet that didn't just charge an arm and a leg. I felt as if we truly got the best service for our sad situation and for that I'm grateful.

Utilized the pet self washing stations. Very clean; big fan of the pet shampoo and conditioner, it left our dogs fur so soft, I would buy it to use when bathing our pets at home.

Officially open last week. The store is clean and easy to navigate. There's a place to self wash your dog and I think I saw a veterinarian clinic. They also gave us some free stuff from their opening.

We get all of our pet things here from food to grooming. I feel all Petco's are comparable, so if you shop at one, it'll most likely be the same at another location.

Absolutely terrible service. First time grooming appt. I showed up 10 min early, waited 25 min for groomer to show and manager and employees didn’t seem to care or apologize. We will stick with PetSmart where we have had great experience every time and whose employees are always ready to help and available. I don’t want unhelpful, uncaring people grooming/caring for my dog.

Three strikes, Grooming dept. Never going back. The woman who works the desk in the Grooming department is incredibly rude. I tried to call ahead to make sure they were doing walk in nail appointments today but they didn't answer their phone. So I drove my dog, who is terrified of riding in the car, to the salon. This woman points to a sign with modified hours and said they are not doing nail trims today. Nothing on the sign says anything about nail trims. I tried to ask her a question and she just walked into the back room. Sadly, this is about the 3rd rude interaction I have had with her. It will be my last. Not returning.

NEVER GOING BACK!!!! If I could rate this store with 0 stars I would believe me I tried and it wouldn't let me. So I recently just purchased a leopard gecko for the first time and really know nothing about them except what I looked up. Then I contacted Petco and wanted to bring my gecko in to get more information about it only to be told since I didn't buy the gecko from them in the last 30 days there was nothing they could do. What is the point of a pet store if you can't take a animal in there you know nothing about and get information on it!?!?!? What is this world coming to? I guess I'm about to go old school and find me an Uncle Bill's.

This review goes to your Groomer by the name of Taylor who groomed my Fiancés dog on Friday June 16th 2023 around 11 am and when I came to pick up my Fiancés dog she was very rude to me and spoke over me several times when I tried to explain why I was not able toPick up my Fiancé’s dog right away. But she continued with a rude, interrupting and sarcastic tone over me. She should be let go from handling customer service oriented jobs, you won’t keep customers with her there. We won’t be back there to PetCo until she is gone. She is not that great at grooming anyway, and she sure lost her $tip that day as well. We will not be back, because next time I pick up my Fiancé’s dog and she groomed his dog, she is going to going to hear where she messed up last time I picked up my Fiancés dog.

Love the vet. Unfortunately, I am a little apprehensive of the grooming. The first 2 visits for the puppy were good. But the third was so bad we could not get near him with trimmers anymore. Maybe a fluke, but it would be an awful big coincidence.

The Fresh Pet food I buy was in stock and approximately the same price; but the frozen dog treats that I buy were about 4 times higher. The 4 pack that I normally buy was broken into singles and they expected me to pay almost the same as 4!!

Went there to get my dog groomed. My dog is picky and doesn't love to be groomed, but they kept her calm and did a great job with her. Will definitely go back.

I called ahead to make sure they had the fish I wanted in stock. When I arrived I went straight to the aquatics department. The worker there was busy and never acknowledged me and went to the register to check someone out. I followed her up and got in line, there was only one other person besides me in line, who was in front of me. After she paid and left I told the worker I just needed some fish and she said OK I'll be there in a minute. I walked back to the aquatics department and waited. I then saw her walk toward the back of the building looking at the shelves of products. There was no one in line at this point I'm not sure why she didn't help me. Then she went back to the register when someone else got in line. I stood there dumbfounded that this worker just wouldn't help me. After seeing two more people get in line I told my kids sorry and we left.I understand if you are busy, I don't mind being patient. But when I'm not acknowledged, ignored after saying what I needed, and then see other people that came after me getting service before me, I'm out. There is a pet supplies plus right across the street and they provide great customer service. I had already purchased their stock of a schooling fish and was looking for a few more. My experience today at petco was a good reminder why I always go to pet supplies plus first. Any you should too.

I will never go here to get my dogs groomed.. I just went in to get dog food and I looked over at the grooming area.. I seen a groomer pushing , yelling and throwing her hands up at a dog all because he turned his head and watched me walk by. That is NOT OKAY.

Very clean and organized! Friendly staff. One drawback is if there is nobody in line the staff are not waiting at register so you may be waiting in line for a while since staff is working elsewhere in the store.I use their online order and pick it up at this store. Very easy as long as I can find a staff member.

Do NOT take your dog here for grooming! After returning from the groomer, my dog's behavior was completely different from her normal self. I understand it could have been from the stress of the grooming experience, but she was lethargic, despondent, and her back leg seemed to give out several days after the appointment. She had diarrhea and was having accidents in the house, which has never been an issue. I work at a restaurant right by this location and tonight I had a conversation with a customer that told me she just came from the groomers (petco) because her dog had been acting weird too since the appointment. I asked her what happened and she said the exact same stuff my dog experienced. Upon researching side effects of sedation, I strongly believe some from of sedation had took place.
