There was a fabulous and very perceptive young lady at the check out that helped us out with a bag of donated cat food. Excellent service as well with the item we purchased. I APPRECIATE Pet Supplies very much. THANK YOU for helping us through a rough patch. My husband was injured badly for several months which cut in to funds. Pet Supply Plus in Whitestown has very kind and open hearted people working there. THANK YOU

Great place to get pet supplies and wash your dogs if needed. The dog baths were clean and easy to use and made things efficient and easy. Store was well stocked and staff were very friendly and helpful. Store location is easy to get to with ample parking. Overall solid experience and would recommend.

Big place, Friendly, gosh so Friendly!! Very very clean!! The store is nicely layed out and there is a groomer. The bath area is the best but the availability of more towels would be nice, not just one. But my dogs are safe and secure here in the wash area and do really well!!

I am very sad to write this review because we have always enjoyed your staff and the store. They staff has always been kind and helpful. I would have never expected to have to write a bad review! I made an online order using a coupon on Sunday, October , 2023 . I have purchased at Pet Supplies Plus in Whitestown since they opened. I made a few online orders during Covid for curbside pick up and my husband always did the pick up. We have moved much farther away. However, I took the opportunity to use the coupon as well as continuing to support Pet Supply Plus. I immediately received an email stating that if the order was not picked up in two days, the order would be canceled and restocked. So I called two different times to let them know that my husband would be in to pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday because I was concerned my ordered would be canceled even though it was paid in full. I spoke to Jet on Sunday who assured me it was not a problem . He was very nice on the phone. I spoke to another very nice lady on Monday who again reassured me a note would be put on our order and it would be no problem. Today, Tuesday, my husband went down to pick up our dog food order . He was told that he could not pick up the dog food because he was not on our account. He had the receipt with the order information on his phone. I called and very rudely informed that my husband could not pick up the food because he was not on the account. I am not sure why would he would not be on the account we have both used it for years. I was informed that I should’ve marked a box online that someone other than myself would be picking up the order. Again, my husband and I have use this account for years. I would have never thought to check that box even if I had seen it because to my knowledge it was our account. I also was informed that nothing could be done to solve the problem. I could have provided the credit card number I used. The rude lady could have looked at our account and seen that we have shopped there for years. There could have been many solutions that would have allow him to pick it up our order. I was informed the change happened a year ago. Again, to my knowledge, the account was mine and my husbands. I’ve never spoken to someone so rude over the phone or in person at your establishment. She kept talking over me and telling me the only option was to cancel the order and lose the discount. We buy hundreds of bags of dog food a year. We joined you dog food program a long time ago because it offered one free bag after so many bags were purchased. I learned later that that did not include purchases of 50lb bags. Wow again, but ok! Pet Supplies Plus cannot stock enough Purina dog food to meet our needs because they don’t receive enough from Purina. However, I continued to try to give my business to Pet Supplies Plus because I want them to succeed and I care about small business owners. I would think every customer should matter even if your business is thriving. I am in shock that this could not be taken care of especially when I called the store Sunday and Monday. So good luck Pet Supplies Plus you have a lost a very long time customer. I will never make another purchase from any Pet Supplies Plus. I understand rules are put in place for a reason. I also believe that you should be able to look back at our account and know that we have been good customers and find a way to help in this situation. The extremely rude lady that I was transferred to after Jet answered the phone today has definitely sealed the deal on us ever returning. I am guessing she was the manager. Unfortunately I do not recall her name. I believe it started with an S. I’m sure you can check the schedule for October 3, 2023 at 3:08pm and figure it out. Maybe you have recorded lines! Nonetheless, you don’t need us as customers and we can certain spend our money elsewhere.

Pretty nice place with a big selection but it's way overpriced I find toys that I want for my dog in there and then buy them on Amazon brand new for half price.

I went in to buy parakeet food, but they didn't have the kind I wanted so I picked out a new parakeet and got the food at another store so it wasn't a wasted trip. A nice addition to our flock!

I typically love coming here to use the self serve dog wash. My dog was in need of a bath this morning. Store opens at 10 on Sundays so I planned my morning to try and get there a little after they open (I drive from Lebanon).When I arrived at 10:15 am on Sunday October 2nd, there was a sign that said the store was closed due to staffing issues. I can understand that given the current times.But under that part, it said “We will open again at 10am on Sunday October 2nd.”I tried calling the store because the second set of doors was open (implying someone was inside) and I thought maybe they lost track of time in opening. While the phone was ringing…I saw someone come up to the registers. Yet no one answered the phone. So I called a second time. No one answered the phone.I tried knocking on the door. A blonde woman with glasses popped her head around the aisle back by the storeroom door, looked right at me, and went back in the storeroom. I knocked on the door a second time. She came out of the storeroom, looked down the aisle at me a second time, yet continued to ignore me.It would’ve been one thing if I was trying to get in before the store opened, but the sign clearly said they would be open by this time (don’t have that sign posted if it’s not true).The least she could’ve done was to come talk to me and explain the situation. I would have been way more understanding and appreciative. But I felt like I was a customer that didn’t matter and didn’t even deserve to be recognized as existing. Very disappointed in this level of customer service.

New policy means you have to verify your online order with the card that placed the order. Defeats the purpose of online ordering. When my wife places the order with her card and I try to pick up out of convenience, now that can't happen. Logan was totally not helpful. When asked about this policy he simply shrugged and said "owner's policy". When I asked how long this was a policy, he said "for a short while," then indicated that "it's posted through the store". This isn't a bank. It's pet supplies. Absolutely ridiculous and won't be coming back. Didn't even offer to check ID---which a bank does!!! So you mean to tell me I can withdraw money from my own account easier than I can pick up an online order for cat food. You all need to get better help and streamline your obsolete policies.

Visited this location since it is now closest one to my home. Very nice staff,obviously dog lovers. My dog got a lot of attention from them. Good selection of food and toys. But ...for some reason their grooming salon wasn't staffed. I was told "she is on the way" but according to the sign she should have been there over 2 hours ago. And even after we've waited for a while she still didn't show.

This place always has what I'm personally looking for at competitive price, lots of sales going on at any given point and time, they usually beat out Petco, much better attitudes as well, which is less than half a mile down the road, the gentleman who is the manger has been there for quite some time now and is very knowledgeable and is always eager to help.

I visited this store around 11am on Saturday 5/23.The help was courteous and polite. My concern was about the fact that the majority of the staff (3 of 5) I encountered had no face masks on.I wanted to share this with others who may be concerned about this, as I am.I will continue to make my pet purchases via Chewy.com.

I used be be a loyal petsmart shopper but after discovering this store it is my new first stop. Their prices almost always beat petsmart and petco. Customer service is great, there is always someone available for help or to get fish. Good variety of other critters including a tarantula and scorpion. They were the first local pet store to drop the mask mandate. If you live local this should be your first stop. I highly recommend it.

Extremely helpful staff and willing to explain various different products and show you how they work. Was able to find a great brush for a Huskies undercoat to help brush out the extra fur and they let us try one before we bought it. Will gladly send business their way.

We used the dog washing stations here and while they’re nice and convenient, they have no tub, it’s more of a ledge with a small lip or step around the front edge so you end up getting very wet even if you wear the apron. I figured out that if I draped one apron around my waist to cover all the way down to my feet and then use a second one and wear that normally, I stay dry. Still, I wish it was a tub. However, the store in general and services they offer are great!

I take my dog in to give him a doggie bath at least once a month. He doesn't like baths at home but will jump right into the tub here. It's also nice that my bathroom doesn't get dog hair all over it. The employees are very helpful and there is a very large selection of pet food, toys, general needs especially for my big boy. He also likes getting a treat at the check out.

This is a dog-lovers dream! We recently moved here from California and were looking for an affordable groomer for our 20 lb wowzer, and mostly, what I found locally was overpriced doggie spas wanting over $50 for a bath and $80-$90 for grooming. That may be reasonable for the area, but our groomer was top of the line care, had high-tech online monitoring during the entire grooming process available, unlimited treats, and tremendous one-on-one care al for $50 in Orange County California. So I was a bit stunned. PetCo was more affordable but wanted tons of paperwork, vaccination records, etc. although we were in the system in California, we weren't happy with the care given to our pets. In addition, they didn't have any appointments until two weeks out. Sorry for the lengthy rant, so we stopped by Pet Supplies Plus. The groomer got us right in because of a cancelation; it was half the cost of others previously mentioned for a bath with shampoo and conditioner, brush, blow-dry, ears cleaned, and nails trimed. Best of all, our pooch was not stressed when we picked her up. We went back in a few weeks for a grooming appointment. We got a schnauzer cut, long skirt, legs, beard, and brows. they did a phenomenal job and was much around $50. You can definitely save some money, trust your babies with them, and expect a gorgeous cut. Sorry, no pictures will get some next time

They have the brand of food that my dog eats, but the bigger stores in the area don't carry it. We also use the do-it-yourself dog was in the back of the store. The people who work there are pretty helpful and knowledgeable.
