We didn't feel rushed today when we had to our dog down. They asked if we wanted more time to say goodbyes, they let me hold him as long as I needed, and they gave us the sweetest card with his paw prints. I bawled when I opened it. Thank you guys.

This is a great group of people. They take great care of my dogs, they don't pressure you into unnecessary services, and they are very kind and professional. My only negative is that I didn't start coming here years ago.

I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for the beautiful hearted staff at Whiteland Animal Clinic. I had to put my dog Chewie of 10 years down unexpectedly and when I tell you these amazing people were so compassionate, patient and understanding through the entire process. The doctor was informative of what had happened and what the options were and the vet staff expressed sorrow, gentleness and care for our dog whom they hadn’t met before. To have that level of compassion without even knowing us beforehand really goes to show the staff here have so much heart and care for what they do. & if that isn’t enough to convince you they completely surprised us with a personalized messaged card that included my dogs paw prints and a nose print of my dog as well. I was devastated when I realized I hadn’t thought to get the paw prints of my dog beforehand and to have them think to capture those for us was absolutely a blessing. Now I can have them to cherish forever and I will forever be grateful to them for that.I will most definitely trust them with the care for my future animals and other two animals when needed.I also want to include they were upfront & very fair with pricing for the services they provided for our animal. They also gently explained the process/differences of each type of cremation and all the options for urns when going with private cremation as well.

My two cats are regular patients at Whiteland Animal Clinic and I can’t recommend them enough! The staff always loves on my cats and are very kind. I appreciate the hours of the clinic and the fact that walk ins are allowed. When I do make appointments for routine visits, they are always able to get us in within the next week or so. The vet was kind and explained what was happening when he was doing different procedures. Prices seem fair to me as well.

This is not our regular veterinary clinic. We have a care plan with another veterinary office however, we have struggled since before CoVID with getting appointments that are not months away. You can’t always plan ahead for your pets to be sick.We have taken our pets to Whiteland Animal Clinic many times now. They have always gotten us in very quickly, call to let us know if they had a cancellation and can get us in earlier and are always very timely during appointments. Their rates seem fair if not less than many places and in our experience, the vet does not order tests, X-rays, or other procedures unnecessarily.They do require pet owners wait in the parking lot which we honestly do not mind.The clinic is always very busy but staff is always very friendly and responsive.One of our 4 dogs was seen at Whiteland Animal Clinic in May when, we again could not get in with the vet at which we have a care plan. They with out a doubt saved our dogs life and did so with minimal additional testing.Being a veterinarian, veterinary nurse, or even receptionist in a veterinary office has to me a very difficult job. I am grateful for those who do the job.I have referred many to this clinic and will continue to do so.

Brought my dog here after having a pretty bad experience at another clinic. I’m so glad I did. The staff were all extremely nice and they LOVED my dog. They were all very helpful, informative, transparent about prices, offered recommendations….10/10!

Service was good. Doctor did a good job, seems very knowledgeable. As for the clinic itself…. It needs a deep clean, items need repaired ie, bathroom sink handle is broken. Odor was overpowering. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR CLINC

Took our cat here. They said his liver numbers were extremely high, that he needed a special diet, probably be on meds rest of his life, ect.Took him less than two weeks later to another vet. Turns out his liver numbers were never high. What was high could've possibly been gallbladder (did ultrasound, wasn't), or bacterial infection. They prescribed medications he did not need. Overcharged (other vet did same test plus mote and was still half the cost(, left us to believe or cat could die!! They should be ashamed of dang near committing fruad and scaring people like that. The wrong person could've listened to them and ended up unnecessarily putting their animal down. They should be ASHAMED. I will not be taking any animal here ever again and I will be sharing to anyone who will listen what absolute ridiculousness this place is full of. Save your time, money and stress. Go to a real clinic.

Unprofessional and rude staff. Callous and irresponsible vet.I originally wrote a detailed review, but it wouldn't fit so I'm going to make this very brief and to the point. My cat died due to staff not knowing what the hell they're doing.Wife made an appointment for our 3 year old cat as his breathing rate was twice that of our other 2 cats. Everything else seemed fine with him.Came in for appointment and went to the exam room. Both Dr and vet tech/assistant was in the room. Dr couldn't get a good heart rate as my cat was nervous. He wanted x rays done. I agreed. They took him back and I heard him screech which he never did. He was a gentle and very quiet cat.Girl comes back and says he's in critical condition now and vomiting. They told me to take him elsewhere as they couldn't do anything emergency related... They referred me to a vet half hour away and not to the one 5 minutes down the road. He ended up dying en route to IndyVet. I had to pull over and do chest compressions on him. I got nowhere with that so I turned around and flew to Franklin clinic.The staff here is inept, irresponsible, and heartless. They roughed him up so bad he ended up going into cardiac arrest and they told me to go on somewhere else.Inderdeep Singh doesn't care about your furry family members. The rude girls in the front office have no business dealing with animals as they aren't qualified to do so. Staff keeps parroting that my cat had underlying condition and won't take any responsibility for his death.Underlying condition doesn't equate to immediate death sentence. We came in for a checkup and he was dead 30 minutes later. The vet claims he doesn't have any emergency equipment, yet he does surgeries on animals... This doesn't make sense.Inderdeep has no idea how he's messed up our lives, nor does he care.

Walked out, I was there on time and I was sitting there waiting. Sorry these days I only give 15 minutes then I will go find somewhere else. All these doctors and vets want to charge you if you're not there on time but then make you sit and wait for 15 minutes to an hour. I don't have 15 minutes to an hour. If I'm there at the time of my appointment, I expect to have my appointment at that time. Thank you and have a nice day

If you have a problem with your pet they will almost always get you in. I had to have my Pomeranian put down and my complaint is that they only let me hold him till he went to sleep then took him to back for euthanization. I've ALWAYS been able to hold my babies till they took their last breath in the past

I have taken both of my cats there. Both with emergency’s. they have managed to get both of my babies in and take care of them. They answered all of my questions and made me less anxious. I was very worried because one of my cats can be very aggressive, somehow they managed to take care of hun and there was no aggression!! Both of my cats, Jack and Pumpkin, are doing great now. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much.

Filthy, old wooden floors. I would never let my dog on those floors. Wood harbors germs and bacteria. Went there to get first round of puppy shots. The doctor didn't even wear gloves. I don't feel this place is safe or sanitary.

Our visit today was a hard one because we had to say goodbye to our 12 year old sweet and sassy schnauzer/sheltie mix. We were greeted with the best of hopes and given multiple options but the one we had to choose was the one that broke our hearts.Today was a difficult day, however the staff at this office were more than outstanding in helping provide comfort and care for not only our beloved fur family but us too! They gave us more than just time to sit with her and spend our last moments with her they gave us support, love, and care. They understood completely that she was apart of our family and took the extra time to make sure our last moments with her were good ones. We waited in the car after she fell asleep in our arms and they brought her out swaddled in her blanket and gave us a card with her nose and paw prints inside.Compassion and care go along way!Our family thanks Dr. Singh and all the ladies who helped us today!

The staff is super friendly, and highly knowledgeable. They do accept Care credit with the special financing terms with no interest which is so very helpful. Visits are still curbside which I don't like but totally understand. Cost is reasonable. Check online for a new customer free exam for sick pets.

I brought my 16.5 yr girl in for her last day and they took her in to find her heart had already stopped beating. This of course broke my heart and was relieving at the same time that she was at peace. But the staff was amazing. So compassionate. This was my first experience with them and they treated me and my girl with so much kindness and respect. They did not try to nickel and dime me. They let me have my final goodbye with my sweet girl and even allowed her to be cremated with her blanky. I would definitely come back with my other animals for care. Thank you for showing my sweet Daisha love on her journey to the rainbow bridge.

Let me just stick with the facts for why we jumped ship on this vet:1) The communication about diagnosis, extended treatment, etc. was never given. I had to make multiple calls and extra runs over to the clinic to figure things out.2) The vet never met with me--the animal owner-- not even one time! I saw him in there. In fact, he avoided eye contact with any of his client's owners. I found it bizarre.3) I was requested to bring my cat multiple times for blood draws, which I did. On the last blood draw, they followed up about 2 weeks later to tell me that "they had't drawn enough blood" and he would have to come back to get the blood drawn. They didn't charge me for this (of course!), but they did waste my time and make it harder for my animal to get proper treatment rapidly.4) There are many friendly desk clerks, but there is zero organization. They do not follow through even on the most basic call backs. Lots of people working there, but no one seems to have a game plan of how to get things accomplished. Most of the time I would try to get straight forward answers and they never could give me any. Was extremely weird. I even had my husband go to see if it was a "me thing" or not. It wasn't.5) They wanted to run lots of tests at once (money), but I kept saying "no." Let's establish one thing before we just pay for another.6) They also told me that he would ultimately need to start eating a "very expensive food" for the condition. New vet said that was unnecessary.7) I spent $732 in total on their tests at Whiteland before I said, "Enough is enough." Too much money to still have no firm answers and a complete run around to try to get them all the time!8) We're at a new vet. They are terrific. We immediately had an appointment with the vet and the vet assistant. Diagnosis explained immediately. Treatment plan in place. Blood drawn in front of us. We'll know if our cat's condition has stabilized or not by Monday. If his condition is stabilized, we won't have to come for a visit for another year. I learned all of this in a course of 30 minutes!!!9) Total cost: $142.22. This includes the appointment with the vet and vet assistant (who was so loving with our cat) and the blood draw cost.If you're happy with Whiteland Animal Clinic, great! However, if you want straight forward answers and excellent care that costs significantly less in time and money, I recommend Good Shepherd in Bargersville.I have so much more I could say, but allegations may not be fair, so I leave you with the facts as we experienced them.

I had a cat that stopped eating/drinking lost lots of weight. The doc and staff did a wonderful job diagnosing and treating my cat. He is now eating/drinking again. Very blessed to have found this clinic.Prices were reasonable too😃😃

They did well. They were quick and did well with the animals. I brought in 2 cats and 2 dogs, and we were out in less than an hour. I think it's a little pricy, but it might be that way everywhere.

Overall a pretty decent environment. The veterinarians really do know what they’re doing. I was greeted with kindness. Was asked if I called to confirm my appointment. I then kindly said “I’m sorry, I actually wasn’t informed while making the appointment” being a first time visitor/patient. That’s when I heard a second voice say “well you should look on the window that we have posted on” with a bad attitude. She instantly stormed off. I’m sorry, but what difference would it make if I call you from outside the place and talking to you in person? I simply could’ve waited if that’s what you needed. I’m a reasonable person like that... We can talk like adults, as I’m probably 10+ years younger than the woman that acted out. I will not be coming back due to the fact that I was basically yelled at for not knowing something that YOU SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME ABOUT.

I am overly please with my experience in putting my cat down today. My baby was suffering and needed to be put to rest. The Doctor and assistants were so sweet and gave me the time I needed with my sweet boy until I was ready 100% would recommend

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because of the vet himself. He knew how to approach a dog appropriately that has lots of anxiety at the vet. The staff were horrible with my dog. Tried to manhandle him and when he wasn't having it, they offered a muzzle in which I agreed to. Then called back to get a biopsy scheduled but they basically didn't want to because they "had" to muzzle him before. Unless your animal has zero anxiety about the vet, I 1000% DO NOT recommend. I do, however, appreciate the male veterinarian who actually seemed to care. Do your profession a favor and learn how to deal with animals with vet anxiety, please.

Took my son and his fiancee for one of their cats first vet visits and they were nervous and scared because me and my son have had to put cats down before. Visit went very well and found out the cat has tapeworms and a heart murmur. The tapeworms are being treated and they were very happy with the visit.

I wanted to share that my boyfriend and I have had a great experience with Whiteland Animal Clinic so far. They were able to get me in within 3 days of calling to be seen. They also have answered the phone every time I have called. Some places won’t pick up their phone and it makes it difficult to get pet care that way. They helped us get our puppy in good health immediately and answered all of my questions in a way that helped me to understand everything better. They were caring and polite, which is something that is important to me. We will definitely continue going back for future visits with our new puppy, Raider. Thank you!

This is my 3rd time using this vet clinic. My normal vet clinic is great and would’ve been my first choice but their wait to see your fur baby is pretty long right now so Whiteland Animal Clinic has been my backup for almost 3 years now. I haven’t had any issues but I don’t like that they make you sit outside… I want to be with my fur baby ya know? They also don’t talk much which can be offputting sometimes but they seem to have reasonable prices.

This vet picked up the phone with wonderful customer service! I was very impressed with how they treated my dog and my family with compassion as they laid my dog to rest…I am very grateful for the Dr. And the staff for all the sympathy and kindness they showed at such a hard time!Thank you!
