They give out inaccurate information over the phone as to their drop off hours. Then give attitude when you ask about it when you get there.Was told they accepted donations from 11-4 on Saturday but that's not correct, it's 12-4. We got there at 11:10(ish). Tried calling, no answer even though the people that work there were present inside just wandering around. I tried knocking on the door to talk and understand when the real hours were, they looked at me and just turned around and walked away.Worst bunch of people working there. I hope they don't care if people stop donating things because they're just awful to deal with. I will certainly think twice about bothering to drive over there again.

Great store, friendly people. Prices were very reasonable too. Some books, records, tape, lots of home repair supplies, furniture. Store was very clean too.

I didn't buy anything. I just like walking around and looking at the large variety of stuff they have. The store is very clean, well organized and well lit.

This place is awesome! Great finds, friendly workers who greet you with smiles when receiving donations and very clean environment! The ladies are all so kind as well! Love to go here! Beautiful furniture can be found and excellent prices!

This is one of my favorite places to shop. They rotate stock quickly so it will be different every week. I have found some really nice furniture here and the staff is always very helpful. If you have your eye on something, snag it or it will be gone!

The 2 ladies working the cash register are not friendly at all. I've come in a few times and had them both be really sarcastic when asking questions. I Just witnessed one of the women talking to a customer... the customer asked "how much for this?" And really sarcastic the lady commented "it looks like it says 25 cents" is that necessary? Obviously the older women didn't see the price. And half your stuff isn't priced anyway. So price your inventory and you won't have to be hateful when asked. I asked if they would go any lower on something if I bought the lot. So she sent a young gentleman over to count how many. This took about 5 minutes of us both waiting. Then the gentleman came back with how many (not saying that at least 5-10 are broken) So she said she could go less and she took off 50 cents. So needless to say, I didn't buy. I would have if they would have just told me "they don't do bulk pricing", or "no it's a set price" or possibly "no, sorry, it's already a good deal" It's about the tone and attitude every time I come in. They have good deals if you want to deal with attitude.

Great stuff to choose from every week. Scored this lovely couch in excellent condition for $90. Nice, helpful staff. A little disorganized but worth the picking & all for a worthy cause.

Was very surprised to see how organized and clean this was. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They had alot to see and we did buy a book cabinet. Very reasonable in prices too. Will definitely go back because they have new merchandise come in all the time. Glad I went you will to.

Well curated and very clean place to get furniture, art, building supplies and even plants. Worth your time to visit regularly. Far better than Goodwill because they will actually put the good stuff out on the floor.

Love this store and all the people that work in it. The Christmas events is my favorite as you can get a free picture with Santa. You can also donate toys for children in need, and get little presents that will be wrapped in the store while you browse. Highly recommend this store for all you renovation needs ❤

Good store, lots of stuff to rehab your home. Some items are priced too high, you can buy them new for what they want for it used and donated. The manager is rude though and she lacks personality. Other than that bad experience with the manager the other employees are nice and helpful.

Love the people that work and volunteer at Restore. I this economy this store is the first place I go to for good bargains and all the other needs while renovating my house. Johnson County Restore did not raise prices like all the other Indy Restores... highly recommended 👌

It is smaller than the one's I am used to, but still had good stuff. I found a medicine cabinet for a second bath that match the first bath exactly. I only paid thirty, a brand new one would have been a couple hundred bucks.

Tons of cool things, it’s like the goodwill except there’s windows, doors, cabinets, lighting etc! And when you buy stuff it helps someone get a home!

The passion to sell these items to help build homes for those in need is evident in everyone working there. I'm grateful for their time and hard work to provide for others while offering items that may otherwise be destroyed or left for a landfill.

First visit. I was looking for a storm door. Found just what I was looking for. Looks like that's not always the case. Probably one of those places like Goodwill where you shouldn't look for specific things. Worked out fine for me though. No public restroom.

I went into this store with low expectations that I would find what I was looking for. I'm putting my house on the market and needed a toilet lid for a specific model which you don't find in most stores. Add to that, the color was ivory. I walk in and begin scoping out the selection. And to my surprise, they have my toilet in the same color. I bought the lid and told them to do what they wanted with the rest. I was happy to pay price of $25 (cost of the whole toilet) just the lid because the lid online was $60-$75.

We've lived in Greenwood 2 years and keep forgetting this place is here. Finally stopped in for the 1st time today. Cool place. Lots of great used furniture, appliances, light fixtures, doors, cabinets, tubes, toilets and odds and ends.This might be our new favorite place. ❤

I enjoy going to this habitat sometimes they have really good stuff and sometimes they don't just really depends on what people feel like donating but the people that work there are always great never have a problem ever.

This is a cool place to shop for home goods and some basic construction supplies like doors, sinks some windows I think and other miscellaneous items and appliances.Sometimes they have incredible deals on furniture that you can't find anywhere else.

Great place for picking. Furniture, appliances, all kinds of hardware for all kinds of household projects. Quality merchandise, good prices. The staff are extremely friendly. Wish I'd found this place sooner. If you're looking to replace something broken in your home, or simply update a room with a couple of pieces this is the place.

I love this place. I have bought many items from them. Their prices are fair. I also like the friendly way the staff treats me when I come in, even when all I am doing is looking and not purchasing. You never really know what you’ll find week to week in this store.

Got to give this one a 3.5 rating. They aren't the biggest of the series around. The prices are relatively low mostly as like other donation centers there are sometimes better finds than your last visit sometimes worse. This store is particularly good when it comes to plumbing amenities in particular toilets. They usually have a large selection to choose from along with lots of different options for sinks as well. Their items generally are a bit older than some of the other habitat rehabs but don't let that discourage you. If your into that vintage look there's nothing better than the real thing. Though the furniture might be outdated to most old as time to others it's rare to find anything that wouldn't pass for nearly new even if that awful flower print from the 70s itll still look like it was just bought if you find it here.

Donated a sink. I love the concept of this store . I love saving old buildings and materials from them. It also supports Habitat for Humanity which I do as well. Please consider donating but also shopping for quality items. They have building supplies to furniture.
