The Whiteland CVS has been increasingly disappointing over the last couple years. Today (a Thursday, not any kind of holiday or special occasion) I tried to pick up my prescription. When I arrived at 10:50 am, I found that the pharmacy was closed and was informed that it would be closed all day due to no pharmacist available. There was another gentleman there attempting to pick up his injection medication for his Dr appt at 11:30 today. He was basically told he was out of luck. This is completely unacceptable service.

We are always happy with the service we receive from here. Pharmacy and store employees are always kind and eager to help. Glad we can use them again with our insurance.

2nd time this week I stopped to get my blood pressure medicine and the pharmacy is closed for the day, not just for lunch but the whole day on a Wednesday of all days. Will be 3 days now without my blood pressure medicine. The auto fill was in process for a week and on Monday when I went to pick it up they had cancelled my order. CVS customer service has really gone down hill this year. Was chatting with one of the pharmacist techs he said it wasn't the lack of people qanting job corporate just cut the number of jobs and hours for employees, bunch of greedy corporate jerks are going to lose my business.

I went to pick up my prescription as soon as my doctor texted me it was ready. They told me I couldn’t pick it up till the day of and that it would be ready as soon as they opened that day. I went after opening hours, and they then tell me it’ll be an hour! My appointment was in thirty minutes. And usually I don’t do things last minute, but I came straight from school and there was nothing I could do since they wouldn’t give it to me sooner. And one of the techs in the pharmacy was really rude when I asked for it. Great job CVS! Thanks a lot! I was late to my appointment.

Cashier is nice but too talkative. I was standing in front of her trying to hold my purchases in one hand and a kid in the other and she just kept talking. Thankfully someone came up behind me and I took the chance to get out of there

Why are you closing at 7? Had a appt. with my doc at 4:15. She wrote a script that I needed desperately. I couldn't get it because u didn't get ready, then u were closed. Most the time my meds are never in stock. This is ridiculous.

My prescription was sent there at noon and when they closed they still didn't have my medicine ready. Crucial medicine I needed. I'll never go to another CVS. Looks like it's Walgreens for me for now on.

Katrina should not represent any company as customer or patience facing. I've never encountered someone so rude, she is nasty in her tone and response.Simply calling to ask about a prescription for my son to ensure it was received was a huge ordeal to her. This representative needs be addressed immediately.She shows no compassion as a person or in a position that it should be required.I truly feel sorry for her co-workers that deal with her, unfortunate.Surprisingly, our neighbor knew her name before I could even say who I had dealt with at Whiteland CVS Pharmacy.This says a lot when a community knows her-!!!!

Usually I won’t make reviews or complain- but in this case, I’m making an exception because the same things continue to happen. One incident: my husband went to get his prescription of 60 pills- got home with 30- (they had stapled the bag closed) EVERY time any of my families doctors call any script in, they NEVER fill them. Ever. Until I call, or go to the store and ask about it, then they say “ok, that will be about an hour..” the last time I went to get a prescription that was VERY important for my daughter who had just got out of the hospital with a mental health problem, this medication was a must, I go to get it, and of course it wasn’t ready, I call, they say give us an hour- I go back 4-5 hours later, and they say ok, we’re getting that ready for ya— so I sit in the drive through line, then they come and say, oh your insurance doesn’t work here? I said ok, well last month I filled this same prescription here? I just called earlier and asked about it and you said give you an hour? Again, around closing time, and my daughter needs this VERY badly! I say ok, I’ll pay cash for it. How much is it? The response was 11$.. ok, well you’re gonna have to give us about 10 minutes. It’s just always something.. literally always. And not to mention the majority of them are rude, besides one lady I met. A younger blonde woman, she is extremely kind and genuinely cares. Always sweet to me. Everyone else, no. If you don’t like your job, don’t treat others poorly.

I came to this CVS immediately after leaving the hospital with covid. My girlfriend drove there to get my scripts but They lost two of my scripts said i didn't turn it in. Which I know 100% I handed them 4 because I looked at them. So they called the hospital to resend them. They filled them and never called me to tell me they were filled. Very careless cvs they don't care at all. I had to get out in cold weather with covid to get them because I didn't have anyone else to get them. Very very poor customer service here. I won't be coming back

My doctor increased the dosage on one of my scripts, so I had them send a new prescription for the increased amount.The prescription is on the expensive side, so I have a manufacturer's coupon to help with the cost.After filling this script, multiple times, for the lower dosage and having no problem using the coupon; all of the sudden my coupon is denied and I get told that there is nothing they can do and that I have to call my insurance. Very rude. No compassion at all.

This place used to be my go to for a lot of stuff, especially prescriptions. But when they changed their savings for prescriptions and tried to charge me way too much for my prescriptions, I found better prices at kroger and their savings plan! Not sure why CVS changed or got rid of their savings plan, but it definitely left a bad taste. I don't go here much anymore for anything.

Didn't realize I was in the isle. Heard their whole conversation about me. Very hurtful. No patience. I understand they are busy. But you don't know what people are dealing with. If you don't like your job. Get a different one. I've even been given the wrong medicine here before.

Decided to have my antibiotic and to this pharmacy because it was on my way home. Huge waste of time. The pharmacy was busy so the pharmacists were all in bad moods. This being my first time I gave them my insurance card. She took it for a minute before telling me she couldn't verify my birthdate and I needed to call them. (I just called and my birthdate is obviously correct). I'm pretty sure they just wanted to shoe me along. Now I wasted 20 minutes and will have to have my script sent elsewhere.

No employees working a drawer at 5pm on a Friday? Just self check only... I don't work for this company and refuse to provide them free labor. Will not be shopping here again and that's sad because I've shopped here since it opened.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Tonight is the second Saturday I have stopped here at 6pm and they are closed. No sign on the door nothing just closed. Would be very helpful if the hours on the door or website were correct!

These guys are so overworked and it's starting show they talk to my mother like she's a dog when my Mother is only trying to see what her medication cost out of pocket. Jim is the only pharmacist here that who doesn't act rude. If this happens again I won't waste my time talking to your manager I'll be contacting corporate about the issues your location has been having.

I wished I could leave 0 stars. Kelly the pharmacy tech refused to fill me script that I’ve already paid cash for without using my insurance before. She said I needed a valid reason to fill it. I asked so being transgender isn’t enough reason to refill my script when I need it? She said no it’s not at all. I feel profiled and discriminated against. I don’t suggest this place at all and will be moving my script elsewhere.

Walked in at 8:10 and the pharmacy closes at 9. Was told it might take a while because it’s “going on 9”. It’s 8:10. The wait time is 30 minutes for a prescription fill. I typically go to Target and will continue to do so though CVS is about 3 minutes from my house. Acted like customers are a total inconvenience; not very friendly or personable.

Multiple times i have checked the pharmacy hours before going and when i get there the pharmacy is not open. Todays hours says 8 am to 10 pm. I just went at 645pm. It was closed. It would be really nice if you would stop posting lies.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies that CVS has. Wait times are outrageous most of the time. Nobody should go to the pharmacy days after a doctor sent in a medication request only to find out its still not filled. Staff is never friendly.

I wouldn't even give it a star. We have been a customer since 2005 and never had an issue till today on Christmas Eve and the day before!! Cher the pharmacist was very rude to my father both times and giving him dirty looks not wanting to help him with my mother's prescription. Just inappropriate behavior towards the customers, she was notified that she was going to be reported and she didn't even care and was like whatever!!

I just talked to a lady at the store in Whiteland,she was extremely rude kept cutting me off wanted to transfer me to the pharmacy, all I wanted to know what was the cross street. Geez I cant wait till I get back to my home store.

Everyone is absolutely friendly and I do appreciate every time that I go in to say hello with a smiling face. I wish every retail establishment could follow in the footsteps of the great customer service here :-) LOL thanks again everyone for making this a great store!!
