I was Christmas shopping today. I was everywhere. I went to this store to get pop and grabbed 2 Christmas ornaments. Then I went grocery shopping. By the time I unloaded and unpacked everything I realized I forgot 2 tiny things.I saw my receipt and called Dollar General and the lady said bring you're receipt and I'll replace it. She did. I should've got her name. The 2 $1.00 ornaments were for my 2 dogs that passed away. They were perfect. So I just had to come home and give her a thumbs up!

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!!!! I go here regularly and every time there is ALWAYS 5 people waiting to pay for there items,and to add insult to injury I always see 2 other employees standing behind the counter or in a aisle holding a conversation!!!! You would think they would open the other register But THEY DONT!!! This morning when I stopped I decided to time how long it took to pay for my items (keep in mind there were 8 people behind me waiting) 17 minutes!!!! And what really irritates me is that OBVIOUSLY there was some sort of deal on Gain laundry detergent because the other register was open to 4 employees each with a shopping cart full of gain laundry detergents MORE THAN ANY ONE FAMILY COULD POSSIBLY USE (2 of them in uniform 2 of them not in uniform) I know they are employees because as I said I am a regular customer there .you would think they would wait to ring up all that detergent and take care of there customers !? Also I would have liked to purchase some of that marked down gain there was plenty to go around!!! It must have been really cheap because there carts were full of it !!

Me and my kids love going in to this store! The staff is really friendly and the store is usually well organized and clean. Not there fault when orders come in im sure it can be a lil crazy getting it all put away. We always end up buying more then what we went for.

Pretty good place to shop. Nice workers. Only one of the men manager rushed me to pay for my groceries and was pretty rude to me and my ten yr old daughter... Other wise id give them a fjve stars...

I'm going to start off by saying I have a stomach disorder so I make sure I shop at places that have a bathroom. I quit shopping at Family Dollar because they don't offer a public restroom with my issue I get no warning and I have to go to the bathroom and I mean now. I have been in the Wheatfield Dollar General before and use the bathroom I stopped in there today on 5/8 of 2019 ask the mail manager who was working if I could use the restroom cuz I needed the key the key was clearly hanging on the wall he told me that I would have to go over to the grocery store and use their bathroom because their bathroom wasn't working which is not true I just come from the grocery store and their bathroom was out of order then the other female employee walked up said she'd clock in a minute but she had to go use the bathroom grab the key and walk towards the back I will not shop at that Dollar General anymore one I don't like being lied to that's ridiculous he is rude and it's slow and takes his time doing whatever he wants to do I have been in there on several occasions and I don't like when he's working because he's rude to everyone

Always a mess at night. They bring in the outdoor items 2 hours before closing and you can not access the aisles. Having to wait in line sometimes for 5-10 minutes because they only have one cashier working.

Normally love going in to a local DG for great prices on items for around the house. However, if the site is so disorganized that you cannot find the items, it kind of runs the experience.

Aisles are very narrow. Wheelchairs cannot go into this store. The employees are always friendly but busy. Very understaffed!

If I could put less then a star I would. Employees are very rude, always long line with several people working yet no one will come open up another register. They will be outside smoking while your at the register waiting on them.

This store is awful. I guess you can get away with running a junk yard Mascarading as a dollar store when you are the only game in town. Will Not Be Back!!!!
