Our 16 year old dog lost movement in his back legs. The vet that we normally go to couldn't get us in for 6 days so i called Hero. They were amazing! We waited for maybe 5 minutes tops in the parking lot before they waived us into a private room where they euthanized our sweet boy with so much understanding and compassion. I am beyond grateful for them in this incredibly hard time.

A month ago I showed up with my boxer Sadie. And after some testing, she had cancer. The staff was amazing over the next 5 weeks as we worked to slow it down to get more time. Sadie lost her battle this past Saturday and the kindness and care the staff has shown has made this terrible process a bit better. The care they show for the pet and the families is truly above and beyond. While my story isn’t one of a happy ending, I will forever come to this place with Dr. Booth and staff. I am very thankful for each one of you.

I am overly pleased with Dr. Booth & her staff. Our baby Daisy was spayed & had 2 baby teeth pulled. My husband & I were a nervous wreck & they made us feel so comfortable. I knew she was in good hands when we left her. They let us know how she was doing once the procedure was complete & even called the next day to check in on our angel. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Thank you so much! We are forever grateful for the excellent care you provided!

Staff and Dr is very pleasant. I was worried about taking me Libby in to a place she had not been before because she is use to her vet and not good with new people but her vet could not get her in for an emergency today. This place was excellent, they were nice and caring and had great bed side manner. Their prices are far also. I would highly recommend.

Most accessible with walk-in availability, knowledgeable veterinarians, extremely skilled surgeon, Dr Booth is excellent! Trusted her cancer diagnosis with my baby and it hasn’t returned!Prices more reasonable than anywhere in the area. Just Do It!

when I first brought my cat in, for limping he was misdiagnosed with arthritis - 2-3 weeks later he had a giant lump on his leg that was bleeding, we rushed him back in and were pretty callously told he had cancer. Our heads were spinning with the news and we were coming up with a bunch of questions and the man who told us this just seemed like he wanted to get out of the room. You just told me my best friend has cancer. How about some sympathy? How about some options other than cutting his leg off. I got a second option, and asked them about other options, they were able to get me in touch with a vet cancer center, but it was TOO LATE our cat was unable to walk a few weeks later, was in pain and had stopped purring. Maybe if we hadn't been originally misdiagnosed we would have had a different outcome.

This vet is amazing. They know what they're doing! They are all super friendly here and my kittens both love everyone here. I highly recommend taking your pets here. The prices are also excellent. I got both of my kittens vaccines here. They really take the time to make your pets feel comfortable. Thanks for always caring for my animals!

I use this vet through a local dog rescue I foster for. Every time we have taken our foster dogs here, they are always great in customer service. They will even help you if you have a special needs dog that is fearful of everything. We called when we arrived and stayed in the car until they called us in, so we could go straight to the room. A waiting room would have been too much stimulation for our anxious special needs puppers.

My 15 year old doxie had a bladder infection. I was a walk-in and was seen by Dr Booth. She was pleasant and very helpful. All the people with their pets in the waiting area had only great things to say about their animal's care they received there. I would highly recommend Hero Pet Hospital.

We visited today as first time walk in patients with our puppies. We had them groomed and the groomer told us thier ears were infected. We got right in and absolutely 💯 loved every person amd Dr Booth. They are very caring professionals. This is our new veterinarian choice.Thank you and see you soon.

Very nice facility. Staff were very friendly to our cat we brought in. We were taken back very quickly. We were out of the office within 30 mins of our appointment. Would highly recommend this location to others.

This is a nice vet office to take your animals too. They make it convenient so you can just walk in no appointment needed, it's very clean, and everyone is very nice and helpful. I will continue to take my animals there and would recommend for sure!!

I love Hero pet, they truely are Heros to our babies. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else. We drive 45 minutes one way just to take them to Hero Pet.

Gunny and I just love Dr Booth and all the staff at the clinic. Gunny is a husky that does not like going to the vet, but Dr Booth and her staff go out of their way to make our visits less stressful for both Gunny and I. My vet clinic in northern Wisconsin said my dog needed laser surgery on his paw and they couldn't do it. They referred me elsewhere...I accidentally found this hospital online, drove 323 miles to get here after discovering Dr. Booth does the surgery my dog needs. I arrived at the clinic, staff were extremely helpful and friendly! My dog was very timid, they helped me to get him in the clinic.Dr. Booth checked my dog over, was very caring and explained everything that needed to be done. I feel very confidentIn having the surgery done here. The staff iare wonderful!!
