As a first-time buyer who knew absolutely nothing about their products, I have been extremely satisfied with everything I have purchased here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I was recommended this place by someone I used to work with and I am SO glad he did. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. And I'm the type of person that feels nervous in new situations and places, but they made me feel so comfortable. There's just generally a warm energy in there, it's very welcoming. They'll also answer every question clearly and concisely, they're great at explaining the products to you! Overall, I highly recommend this place. Great products and great people.

Fair warning- do not by any means become friends with these people. The owners and their employee make their own rules. If they decide they don’t like you, they will refuse to help you period. Nancy looked at me and told me she would not help me and that I was lucky the owners let me come in. I did absolutely nothing wrong but spend way too much money investing my time thinking they were good people. I can give you a thousand businesses better than this with better products prices that will never refuse to help you. This place has been reported

I wish I had started with edibles sooner, however, Lois, Amy, Nancy and yes, Tom too 😄 are fabulous! They have helped me so much. I sleep so much better now. Also my eyesight has improved tremendously! The last 2 pairs of glasses didn't last me a full year! And yes, it was due to the gummies. No longer have to wear them for driving and most daily stuff, it's incredible. Also helped with my energy level.

My boyfriend and I adore this place. The workers are friendly, knowledgable about the products, and almost always have a dad joke waiting for us when we check out (Tom is especially funny and helpful). It’s a thoroughly pleasant experience on top of reasonable pricing AND their point system is quick-earning. Literally the shining example of how small business should be run :-)

Personal connections are important to me and it meant a lot when Lois took the time to listen to my questions when I was curious about how I might benefit from taking CBD. Could not recommend this store more highly. No matter what your problems or health concerns, this is THE ONLY cbd store to trust! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and understanding with any health concern I have had, and the owner being a registered nurse is a huge plus. Any time I have questions that the staff are unsure of, they call Lois and she gets back with them ASAP. I have never had to wait an entire day for an answer. After shopping here, my family and I will never shop anywhere else for our health needs!

My Golden Retriever has suffered from seizures occasionally for a number of years due to exposure to crop dusting chemicals. She is now 10yrs old and started having severe seizures every 1-2 weeks. What a truly adorable and elegant store, it has such charisma and charm. It is run by the kind, helpful, and radiant Ms. Lois. My first time in she made me feel like an old friend. I visited this store for the second time today, and it’s amazing. Lois is so kind and knowledgeable, and helps guide you to exactly what you need. I was first in this store 3 years ago, and came back today because I remembered my first interaction with her years ago. I have a debilitating autoimmune disease, and am looking to reduce my need for some medications. I remembered that Lois is a nurse, so back to her I went! She understood what my condition was immediately, and helped me select a product to try, and also gave me a sample of CBD oil in store. I’ll be back again soon. If I could give Your CBD store in Westfield a sixth star, I would. It is the best CBD store I have ever shopped at. The staff is always very nice and really helpful. (Especially Lois, she is the best!) They are always selling new and different things from week to week, which makes for a unique experience every time you visit. They have a wide variety of products for both your CBD and THC needs. The store itself is very home-like and comforting. I always feel welcome and appreciated whenever I shop there. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking to buy CBD and/or THC products.
