Went there to get sandpaper and bolts . From the minute I walked in they were overly friendly. Almost to the point where I felt they was watching me so I wouldn't shop lift. I'm not a shoplifter.i sure felt like one .

Such a great store with the kindest employees! My husband and I went in to buy a grill & Ed was super helpful. He pointed out everything we would need to get started with our grill and gave us some great pointers. Definitely recommend the Westfield Ace Hardware!

Way better than I thought it was gonna be. First of all it was bigger than I thought it was going to be. Second they have a very wide assortment of items, everything from lighting to some very nice grills, smokers and eggs. They also have paint which was nice to know. Staff was polite and greeted you as you entered and also asked if they could help with anything. I will take pictures next time so you can see how nice and clean this store it is. I am pretty sure it's new, also the app is pretty used friendly so I bought a tool chest on rollers and having it sent there for delivery. Basically the store has all the items you expect them to have and more. If you are not sure they have an item just download the app and see, I they don't have an item in stock you can have it sent to the store for pickup or if it is a bigger item they will deliver it to you like the tool chest I bought.

I placed an online order yesterday 9/22/22 rather than shop online. My instructions said to see the person at the “helpful desk”. The older gentleman was gruff and not helpful and instructed me to get on the cashier line for my item. Then he called me off the line to ask me a question that had nothing to do with my order. He assumed I was someone else who placed an online order that apparently left him unhappy. I had to get back on the cashier line to pick up my order. I really would like to shop here, however gruff service people and having to wait for a cashier to pick up a paid item makes it unlikely I’ll be back anytime soon.

I bought a grill and accessory from Amazon, the store manager knew this and still went out of his way to teach me how to install parts. He wasn’t trying to sell me or disparage my purchase, he was just helpful to me. Incredible service, incredible grill selection of grills and accessories.

A gentleman at the entrance asked if I needed help, and took me directly to the items I was looking for. Super helpful. It has been so long since I've experienced this level of customer service anywhere that I'd thought it was long forgotten.Not going to Home Depot or Lowes anymore. Whatever lack of selection they might have is more than made up for in respect for human dignity and freedom. I walked in without a mask, no signs posted. Some employees wore them, some did not. Allowing employees and customers the choice. Imagine that. Amazing that this is a foreign concept today when a mere 15 months ago, no one would have thought it would ever be threatened.

Advertised as having curbside pickup, but upon arrival I was told I had to come inside to pick up my purchase. I have two small children under the age of two and the only reason I placed my order was because of the curbside option, going into stores with an 18 month old and a 3 month old is usually an exhausting experience. I asked the associate why it's advertised as curbside when it's in-store and she just shrugged and said, "I don't know," will be avoiding coming back due to how completely misleading and unhelpful this was.

Know it was late in getting flowers, so ace had a very limited selection and what the did have needed a good watering. Also very high in prices, all their items in the store seemed pricey too. So we'll skip this store. Went to Lowes and they had a Huge selection of plants and flowers. And were cheaper. I'll pass in this Ace!

Amazing customer service!! After purchasing a lawn mower from Mark, I got home and had some challenges. I called the store, spoke with him, and he decided to drive to my house to help me. Service like this is rare these days. They just earned a loyal, forever customer! Thank you, again!!

So glad they opened here in Westfield. Great parking, nice clean, spacious store. Friendly folks work there. Too bad some mask police go around giving bad reviews to businesses trying to hurt them. It’s truly astonishing what our country is doing to each other. Great hardware store that can hopefully thrive despite all the keyboard warriors!

The staff was welcoming! I looked for a socket and some flexible tubing to winterize our RV. They had the tube but did not have the 1 and 1/2" socket. They recommended an alternative approach using channel locks.

Arrived to the store for a visit in late June, 2021. Only needed to pick up a couple of bolts, washers, etc., so not a major trip. When I walked into the store I was swarmed by about 2 or 3 employees and was well taken care of. The saying - ACE is the place with the helpful hardware folks - is true!

This is an AWESOME store! How great to have an Ace Hardware right here in Westfield! They were so helpful in finding the items we were looking for, and the selection was great. It’s nice to be able to walk into a hardware store and feel like people actually want to help you. This is going to be our new go-to hardware store!

It’s a new ACE store, everything looks organized, clean, and the staffs are very helpful. They’ll quickly offer you a help when they see you seem lost. In my last visit, they even offered me to make a special order when they didn’t have the item I was looking for in stocks.
