We had and Excellent experience today. We used the Dog Wash and absolutely loved it. Everything was very clean and organized and had everything I needed to wash and dry my dog. The Customer Service was also Excellent. The employee made sure we had everything we needed, was welcoming and happy to help if we needed him.We will definitely return for another wash in the future. ☺

Love Specks cause they are super friendly always offering to help. The dog wash is the best. Nice natural Shampoo's and conditioners for dogs with sensitive skin like mine. My dog loves to come here. Affordable prices!

This review is about the self-service dog wash only at the Westfield store, not the retail store. We have gone to this store since it opened. The dog wash has been trending dirty. In the past the dog wash was cleaned between dogs and was spotless. Today it was gross and filthy and their were no shampoos or conditioners. Had to go find the clerk.Will continue to patronize the store for pet food, but will go somewhere else for a self-service dog wash.

Took my dog for a self service bath. Employee offered assistance if needed. Two towels were given, good quality shampoo and conditioner provided as well. Dog and I were both happy with the services provided. Good product selection as well!

My family just adopted a cat from PAWS in Hancock County. I needed to return items that I bought at another specks. The items were perfectly fine ( a litter box and cat carrier) I didn't realize the size of the cat and had to exchange for a larger size. Both the ladies working Libby and Abigail were friendly and extremely helpful. I am a new pet owner and wanted to do what is best for our cat and took suggestions from their expertise. I did the exchange and they asked me helpful questions and gave me knowledgable suggestions. Abigail and Libby assisted me with products and also checked on me while I bathed our new cat. I was very nervous but both of them encouraged me and helped me along with the process. I feel very confident in Specks pet supply. I live in Noblesville but I will drive over to this store in Westfield to support this great group of people that are fanastic at what they do. Thank you so much Abigail and Libby! I left relieved and confident as a new pet owner. I will absolutley be back.P.S. The women who run PAWS in Hancock county were super supportive and helpful during the adoption process. What a wonderful organization! They let me take my time to bond with the cat and let me borrow a pet carrier to bring home our new cat. I am thrilled to have a new furry member of our family, so thankful for friendly knowledgable people in the world of pets.

I went there to visit the Well Pets traveling economy veterinary clinic. The staff at the pet store was friendly and outgoing. The Well Pets staff is, as always, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!

The management is not very professional and upper company mgt. is very rude and distant from the customers. Items are overpriced. Do yourself a favor order online .
