I enjoy shopping at Kroger! The only thing I would change about my experience is that some of the older employees would understand that even if they aren't fans of younger generations, it's still their job to be kind as a cashier/attendant. I won't name any names, but I do hope to see a change in the future as I'd rather not have to go out of my way to shop somewhere else. Thanks!

I went in the morning (9am) on a Friday. The entrance by Carey Rd was sort of clean, my car struggled a bit to get out (bc of the snow). There weren’t any carts inside and the veggies weren’t fully stocked yet. The workers restocking had a sourpuss face. The store was clean. There weren’t any cashiers to help so I had to use the self-check out machines.

KROGER with a lead of Lisa robbed me for $33.67I went to the self check out, pay for my groceries. The system shut down and didn't print me out of receipt. After being in there for about 10 minutes, the system never did reboot. Lisa took me to a different terminal. Told me all she could do was avoid it out. I showed her that the system already took the money out of my account. She told me since it was pending. It didn't take the money and we're both looking at the money that had been subtracted from my bank account. She proceeds to tell me. The only thing she can do is void out the transaction. And recharge me again for the same groceries and if the money didn't go back to my account tomorrow to come back in. And they would see what they could do. so they charged me $33.67 twice. I got one order groceries. But what she fails to realize is if they do that to 10 or 15 people throughout the day. That's money invested today.. on their bottom line. So I was force to pay $67.34 for chocolate chips. With the hopes that the funds will be returned tomorrow. I showed Lisa both transactions Deducted from my account. Which both showed pending as they usually do. She didn't care. So as of today. Kroger stole $33.67 from me with no product. Anyone needing Groceries would be better off waiting until the new Meijers is build on 32 & hazeldell or Fresh thyme on Carey and 146th as the quality of service and plain honesty are not in question. Or it's possible it was racially charged

This location is usually a good shopping experience, unless the experience involves the employee by the name of Tammy. She has been rude and unprofessional with every encounter I’ve had with her.

I would recommend going very early in the morning or late in the evening to do your grocery shopping. It gets very busy during the daytime. Now back when the Colts were great and mostly winning, you could sneak in and out of here really fast as most were home glued to their TV to see how many touchdowns Paid-A-Ton would throw!! I miss those days!! 4 ✨'s!!

Kroger was great. The stores in the area are always clean. I do wish customer service was open while the store is open because a lot of times, the employees can't help with mistakes. However , the stores seem to be doing the same thing. It is though a very nice store.p

You have 6 people waiting to checkout and only 1 line open. Have some of your %#@%$& "pick-up" shoppers stop blocking the aisles and help checkout!!!!!!

Went to checkout with a full cart, no checkouts open except self checkout. Had employees standing around talking, very poor customer service!

Our favorite and near by grocery stop. This place is nice and have all we need but I’m few quantities only. I wish they can improve on adding more quantities and varieties.

Nice store and good employees. Kroger has been going more and more to Kroger brands and eliminating the competition. I am really tired of not having choices in my favorite foods. They did away with corn / rice gluten free pasta. Again. No choice. It is off to Meijers. May soon be shopping at Meijer to get better choices. Check out registers are a night mare.

I don't remember the names of the employees, but I went to the service desk around 8PM to rent a carpet cleaner, however, a sign was up that stating that the desk was closed, so I took my couple of items to the check out lane and then asked the cashier there to also rent a carpet cleaner. She was extremely helpful and kind. She asked her manager for assistance getting me set up with the carpet cleaner, but the manager told her to inform me that she was going on her break and that I would have to come back in 15 minutes to get it. The manager was not at all friendly. I was fine to wait, but she dictated to us that we would have to wait to be helped and then did not speak very nicely to myself or the employees she was interacting with.

Went on a Saturday, 3 in the afternoon for lunch at the salad bar. Probably 1/3 of the salad bar was picked clean. The cashier in the salad area? Gone. Bakery for dessert? No one there. But, everyone we DID find was nice, store was clean, but I sure as heck won’t be going back for salad there.

I will always shop the Kroger's on Carey Road in Westfield and Logan Street in Noblesville, because of the people who work there! John in the meat department at Carey Road rocks! The guys and gals who bring out the groceries for pick up are truly customer focused. Yesterday, our pick up time was delayed because of the overwhelming volume of orders. They discounted $15 on my order due to the inconvenience. I told them that it wasn't necessary, but they were proud to do it with a smile and a thank you! Don't forget to thank these dedicated employees who help make our family and friend gatherings more joyful. Much appreciation for these fine folks!!

My mom and I have been coming to this Kroger for grocery pickup for a while, and today was the last straw.Last week, I came to this Kroger to pick up, and while they were quick, the girl who gave me my groceries wasn’t pleasant and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.Today, my mom went to go pick up groceries at her time that she signed up for, and she was told by an employee who walked outside that it would be another half-an-hour before it was ready. I get that it’s Súper Bowl Sunday and they’re understaffed, but that’s unacceptable and should have been communicated prior. My mom went to a restaurant to pick up food for us and then came back. She called telling them that she was there and that she was in Spot 2. She waited 15 minutes for her groceries to come out and watched several other cars that came after her get served before her. She called back, and they told her that she pressed Spot 1 not Spot 2, which is completely false, and then they brought out her groceries. They usually give a paper with substitutions on there, and they didn’t, claiming that they just got done - they should have ensured that a substitution list was generated before even bringing the order out.EDIT: They also didn’t communicate stuff they were out of. A good 1/8 of our order - mostly stuff we were planning on making meals with this week - was out of stock, so now we have to find time in the middle of the week to go get these things. Not only have we had issues with their pickup process, we’ve been given terrible produce multiple times since we started regularly coming here. I get it’s a risk having someone else pick produce, but to give someone rotten/not good produce is not okay whatsoever. We will be taking our business elsewhere at this point between the Logan St. Kroger and this Kroger giving us terrible experiences and the other Krogers in the area being too far away to go to.

If you use the in app cupons and clip their digital cupons, you can save big money. I saved 86.dollars on my last order and paid 84.dollars, and using my fuel points saved through the month, .30 cents per gallon off on my gasoline purchase, I filled my truck up for the first time in a long while as everyone knows how the prices have increased expanacially...

Have been shopping here for 6 years and the prices are going up nearly as fast as the level of service is going down. Shelves are empty, and the aisles constantly blocked by Click List "personal shoppers" with their huge carts. Finally after spending $200 you get to bag your own groceries!

This has to be one of the dirtiest, least appealing Krogers in the nation. The produce is disgusting looking but so is much of the rest of the store. The parking lot is cratered. Gum on the sidewalks where the employees take their smoke breaks makes me wonder where is the manager? Once inside you are greeted by run down vending machines and on and on. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 miles to 146th St Kroger or Meijers.

Carey Road Kroger routinely has empty shelves (check out the grab and go deli section) and consistently fails to re-stock (look at the packaged meat section). In contrast, the 161st and Spring Mill Kroger has fully stocked shelves and has everything I am looking for. The buck stops at the store manager's desk. From now on, I'm driving the extra miles in order to shop at the better store.

Great store. Very clean. They're remodeling and it's starting to look pretty awesome. The fruit and veggie section has been revamped and completely facing the front door. So you see this vibrant, inviting display of colors as you walk in. Probably a good marketing ploy to get people to want to eat healthy.

They have a great selection of produce, meat, seafood, deli and other basic grocery items. I love the "home-y" feel with all of the decorations for the seasons, truly makes it feel like your "hometown grocery store." Several sections of shelves seem to be relatively empty, however, at one time; and later in the evening carts are strewn about in the parking lot and not found inside the store.

Hateful community. Customers are hateful, staff is hateful, and prices are too high for much every thing. The only way they keep people coming back are certain sales throughout the store. I have compared prices over the years and most every thing that is not on sale is 20% higher. That makes the sales you might buy from obsolete. Then there are containers. They are concaved underneath so it looks like your getting a good amount but your not. Your getting less. Greed and deceit spells coming bankruptcy. I'm not shopping here ever again or any of your stores.

I cannot walk due to severe RA..I call inside to ask if someone could bring out a riding cart for me and they always do!! The cashier's are very helpful, the young men who help bag always go out to my car to help put in my bags..I lost my car keys in the store and panicked when I couldn't find them..the manager looked in the aisles and found them,he came out to the parking lot to give them to me!!🤗

Just read through a few pick-up mishaps recounted here, but happy to report my order was fulfilled as desired with no subs. Right on schedule and no wait for pick-up this morning. Zac was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and efficient loading my vehicle. It was clear he had pride in his work and customer service. Thanks, Zac!

I have been going to this store since it opened in early 2000s. It's right around the corner from my house so convenience has been key. There was a time when every employee was helpful and happy. I would now drive 20 miles to get better customer service and pay more. From reading the reviews, it would appear this stems from poor management, if the managers are not happy or don't have proper training, well how can you expect employees to learn better behavior or treat customers with respect. Kroger Corp should read these reviews and ask, how do we correct this? Perhaps they are but not moving fast enough.Listen Kroger, there many choices out there, at some point you will treat people with enough disrespect well, profits go down and we are gone. Don't think it will not happen. One thing this pandemic has taught us is no one is exempt, many businesses have folded. The strong will survive,.There was a time where the pharmacy knew all my family members names, they cared and helped us when needed,. These days, I'm a bother for them because they have to do their job or have to deviate from punching numbers on the register. Please lose the attitude, we are all just trying to make it, if I can save 5 bucks a month, well that adds up-help us out here. Its always one excuse after another. Frankly I'm over it, we the customers keep the lights on. I understand I'm just a number, those numbers will dwindle. Hopefully when you lose your jobs the next place will train you better on how to treat others.I have said my peace, hopefully not on deaf years. Happy New Year.

Generally a nice experience until you have to speak to the manager. She solves the issue you have, but this is the third time she has been very rude. I come here every week. Also, I had to bag my own groceries (which is fine), but I would prefer not to do someone's job.

Normally not bad, sometimes lines are longer than you'd like if you are grabbing a few "quick" items. But normally they thin down before you can get really pissed off about not opening another checkout. Parking lot is a little oddball to navigate (due to the other shops in that strip). If you enter from the road on the North side it will be easier.

Clean, lots of choices, decent sales and coupons, friendly staff. The deli carries Boar's Head deli meats and products. These are by far the highest in quality I have ever encountered. They also carry the Kroger brand, Private Selection, also very good quality deli meats and products for less than Boar's Head. Wonderful produce area.

I visited this Kroger store today and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service from my cashier and other associates who were on duty. No where did anyone greet me or my friend during our shopping experience. The produce salad selection was very poor. I will give the store the benefit of saying they were busy but it looked like they had run out of stock on many items. My cashier. Phyllis, did not smile or greet me as I was checking out. The young woman bagging was crying. I wanted to give her a hug but no one, not one Kroger person offered her any comfort. The supervisor ( I guess: an older man with very short hair) finally allowed her to go to the break room to compose herself. I don’t know what happened to make this young woman cry but no one should be that distraught on the front line. What is happening at this Kroger store that no one smiled or looked happy?
