Recently had Tim and Tina of HydroShield Indianapolis in our home to provide a protective application of HydroShield to kitchen counter tops and fix some chips we had since initial installation several yrs earlier. The sheen on my counters now allows me to clean my counters so quickly, nothing sticks to it any longer and it just shines like brand new. The cost is unbelievably affordable. What a nice professional crew. Considering having my backsplash done next. Thanks Tina and Tim!!!!

I have used HydroShield a couple of times now for two different houses. The first time HydroShield was recommended to me by my countertop fabricator. The second time, I reached out to them myself to seal bathroom showers, glass doors, countertops, grout, sinks and toilets. Tim and Tina are great at communicating…Tim came out quickly to look over the project and walked me through the quote. They sent many confirmation emails and reminders so I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. Blair came out to complete the work and was fantastic. He arrived on time, was so kind, and explained the whole process. He gave me several samples of the cleaning products they suggest to maintain the seal. Is HydroShield expensive upfront?Maybe a little, but for what people pay these days to remodel bathrooms and kitchens the price is worth it to keep everything looking the absolute best for years to come….HydroShield makes cleaning a breeze too! I highly recommend HydroShield!

He even took the time to explain the process to me as well as share tips on taking care of the countertop. Tina came out today to seal my new quartzite. It looks beautiful. While she was here she also worked to remove a couple stains on my kitchen granite. As well as reseal it. She provided information and products for me to use to assure that my countertops are protected. She was very pleasant and I would highly recommend them.

Everything my daughter stated in this review is accurate. When Tina showed up the first time, I was very clear with her that she needed to have a mask on when she returned to do the work. We have at risk family members which are a concern for us. When I questioned Tina yesterday about a mask, she said I don’t have one in my bucket or even in my vehicle. We were all very uncomfortable with her not wearing one, however, she insisted on continuing even after I asked her twice to reschedule. She told me she remembered me after she got back to the house and talked to me again and remembered that my daughter was very concerned that she have a mask on. After Tina had gone, I got a very upsetting phone call from Tina’s husband, Tim. He asked why my daughter had posted a review, told me she better take it down and then proceeded to tell me how childish my daughter was and that she needed to grow up. I apologized for the situation but made it clear we were all very uncomfortable. In the midst of a global pandemic, everyone, especially businesses, should have the respect and courtesy to go into a customers home with a mask on, especially after being made aware that the home owners are very adamant about it. In retrospect, I should have insisted she return later with a mask to do the work.On the flip side, the granite she did cover looks and feels very nice..

We had our bathroom remodeled and chose to have Hydroshield come to protect the glass, tile and grout. So far, so good! Easy experience. I was even given cleaner and instructions to maintain that new look. I would recommend if you hate cleaning grout and have hard water.

Very professional, attention to all details in workmanship and explanation to me about the product and how to take care of this durable finish. My light colored quartz was showing a propensity to stain when I was advised to have this product treatment. It is lovely and a great peace of mind. Does't take long and other than on natural marble which you have to wait 48 hours, you can be back to using your countertops immediately. Highly recommend.

The lady that came to refinish our granite countertops was not wearing a mask when she visited our home today. When asked to put one on she indicated that she doesn’t carry one with her because “we never wear them”. We have several at risk individuals in our family, so I was very put off by this.Add to edit: Hydroshield, why would I make this up? Furthermore, when she could see we were clearly uncomfortable my mother asked to reschedule, at which point she replied “I’m already here”. I assure you, I have no reason, or time for that matter, to post inaccurate reviews.
