Very friendly and helpful staff.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I would highly recommend Coyne Veterinary Center Westfield. Our pups had a quick experience getting in and out on our walk-in visit. We drive an hour just to go to this office. We will continue to go because of the friendly staff and competitive pricing.

I can not say enough good things about this office! We walked in with a 13 week old puppy that we are pet sitting for who was lethargic and couldn’t stand. They didn’t bat an eye to get her straight back and checked out even though we had no appointment. I love our vet but have wanted one closer since we moved. We have tried others in the area. I will be moving my dogs here because of the amazing experience we had here. The staff and Dr were great. Thank you again ❤️

I cannot say enough about how good this vet is. I use to take my dog to Springmill wellness pet clinic. I had quite a few things I was dissatisfied with. All they did was defend this rude employee. But my dog does not do well in the car so I needed a place that was close. Since the first time I took my dog to Coyne a few months ago, I knew it was the right place. Friendly staff! Always gets my dog in quick when it’s just for a walk in. The techs are really sweet. I know my dog is comfortable and taken care off when he is in the back without me. I love their app. It is very useful. The facility is always clean! Also, it costs me half what I use to pay for a nail trim and anal gland expression. It is one of the best vets I have taken my chihuahua to in the 8 years I’ve had him. Thank you Coyne Vet for treating Cooper and I so well.

Great people, great facility, love that they have walk in hours, & Dr. Coyne is really nice and explains things well. Love taking my dogs there. Prices are a little higher than expected, though.

We visited Coyne veterinary Tuesday April 30 and our doctor was Dr. Coyne. We won't be back.Morning of April 30, our cat Felix was lying around crying. The crying was non-stop and it was obvious that he was in pain. We called our local vet and described the symptoms to them. They shared with us that Felix may have an obstructed bladder and went further to tell us what the treatment would look like as well as the cost. Unfortunately our vet couldn't see Felix that day or the next and so they suggested we reach out to Coyne Veterinary to see if they could see Felix as a walk in.I called Coyne and they could see us that afternoon. At first impression, the facility was very nice and the staff of technicians were very friendly. The negative started when the veterinarian walked into the exam room. He didn't introduce himself and was extremely cold, extremely short and blunt. Dr. Coyne proceeded to take Felix out of his carrier and give him what felt like a 10 second exam. He said that Felix's bladder was full and that Felix was not passing urine. He said that Felix's blood was already dirty from the kidneys lack of ability to clean it and that this was a time sensitive decision. Dr. Coyne explained what the care would look like and it was exactly what our vets office had though it would be. Dr. Coyne then said someone would be in to go over the details and abruptly left the room. One of the technicians came in and went over the proposed care. The quote for a catheter, fluids, antibiotics, anesthesia and a 2 night stay was $2,000.00. Our vet had thought it would be a range of $400 to $600 for the identical treatment. Yes, Dr. Coyne's office was over 3x more expensive. We told the tech we had some questions and she said she would ask Dr. Coyne to come back in, which he did. Again, Dr. Coyne was short in his responses and seemed lacking in any sort of compassion, knowing that we were wrestling with the idea of putting our cat down. He left the room, fairly abruptly as I believe he was in a hurry. The deal breaker for us in our decision was that there was no guarantee that the care Felix would receive would last long term. Dr. Coyne said there was a chance we would be back in his office in a couple of days and Felix would require surgery. We made the decision to put Felix to sleep. The process of the injections was quickly described to us by Dr. Coyne. There was no talking with us through the process...no signs of compassion from him of any sort. They gave Felix the first injection to relax him. That took effect immediately. The second dose, the lethal one, was then given. There was no talking with us during the injections...no preparing us for what was about too happen. As I may have said earlier, Dr. Coyne seemed rushed and the whole experience was awful. We had put our 13 year old lab down 2 years prior and although painful, the staff and vet in that experience were wonderfully comforting. I tell you that because this isn't our first experience in putting a pet to sleep...but it was definitely the worst. Awful...simply awful. Our main issues are the following: I don't question Dr. Coyne's knowledge. However, if you're looking for a vet that gives you even the slightest appearance that they care, then he is definitely not the vet for you. Zero compassion, zero communication, zero effort in making sure or caring that you understand fully what's about to happen. Also, obviously this place is extremely expensive. It's a beautiful facility on an incredibly expensive piece of property. You're going to pay for all of that. I get that every office will charge differently...but 3x more expensive for the same care is ridiculous. We will not be back, nor recommend this practice to anyone we know.

Could not be more thrilled with the care we've received at Coyne Vet! After visiting 2 other local practices, we brought our dog to Dr. Coyne for treatment for her skin allergies. Within 1 visit he was able to get her allergies under control with the proper treatment. Dr. Kraft is also incredible - she diagnosed our dog's splenic tumor and performed a successful operation. She laid out our options and never pressured for one treatment over another. Prices have been fair and reasonable. The doctors and staff here are so compassionate!

Best vet, daycare, and boarding facility EVER. They treat your pets just like their own. Do yourself and your pets a solid: take them here.

We love taking our dog here for her vet visits and daycare. The convenience and comfort of being able to see the vet if needed while at daycare is amazing. We’ve had a couple special requests/needs before and they’ve always been more than accommodating.

I have been a loyal customer for 3 years or more. I will not be back and going to a different vet. I always pay on time for the puppy club. I seen that the vet wasn’t taking out payments and told them I would catch it up in 2 weeks and still canceled the membership and told me because I missed 2 months that I had to pay a whole year to activate the puppy club over 2 months missed and had to pay $500 to activate the plan once again over 2 months. This goes to show they don’t appreciate their customers or value the animals. And nickel and dime customers for no reason.

First, these guys are amazing! The pets are well taken care of, the veterinarian and grooming services are first rate! The dogs are always so happy! However, multiple boarding pet pick up is crazy busy. It would be really nice if there was a small room they could bring the dogs to to put on collars and switch leashes so it's not so uncomfortable for the pets and owners doing it in the busy lobby. In the 1/2 hour I was there, two dogs had accidents, and they had to mop the floor. Seems the stress and mess could be avoided. Thanks!

My dog is due for shots in October, it's only July. They said the company, Chewy called them for a prescription request for flea and tick medication and since I am due for yearly shots in 2+ months and have a balance of $30 on my account they would not approve it. I have had it with the staff, it's a nice looking place but don't be fooled They don't value keeping customers, it's all transactional. Where is the management? I have paperwork showing the last EXAM visit of 10/2022 with all yearly shots and they refuse to tell Chewy this information? It is so rare to encounter a business nowadays where you feel bullied and they get away with it, but some how they are managing. They are only making it difficult for me, as a responsible dog owner, to take care of my dog. They are denying approval for her flea/tick/heart worm medication from an online delivery system for no reason! Either they have a problem with their record keeping or they are purposely lying and acting like we never existed.

The whole staff is always incredibly compassionate. I brought my 12 year old sick kitty in and the vet discussed some options on how to treat him. Sadly, my lil kitty boy was just not able to fight anymore and the most humane decision was to gently ease him to sleep. The staff also helped out with my 2 young kids, which I am forever grateful. I was able to spend quality time with the cat I've had for 12 years. Adopted him as a 4 month old and had him all his life. The cremation service offered by Coyne also sent me a clay paw print of my precious cat and had beautiful urn selections. 10/10 will be visiting Coyne for any and all of my furry family members ❤️

First of all, I have vet PTSD real bad and I loveeee this vet office! Everyone is so kind and it is a one stop pet shop! My dogs have been seen here and been groomed here. I have three dogs who go here and my oldest, Blue, was limping. The vet immediately recommended she get X-rays and did not charge an arm and a leg ! Other places would have charged sooo much more ( I lost a previous German shepherd because that vet would not do X-rays without me committing to a $10,000 surgery!). Blue was able to get surgery and has been put on medication. I love that Coyne is direct and gets to the solution. He has a customer for life with my 3 pups and any I adopt in the future!

Did my initial visit with my new pup yesterday and it was the first time I had heard of Coyne Vet. I have to say I am very impressed. The facility is top notch and very clean. They treated my pup as if she were their own and were very gentle with her. Definitely considering switching my other dog over to Coyne vet!

Sadly I must give a 1 star rating. I was not pleased with the well visits my dogs received; very short appointment, minimal exam of the dogs. On the boarding front, I boarded my dogs there several times with a few hiccups in the reservation process. The last straw was finding out I had no reservation for an 8-night stay that I had scheduled 6 months in advance. I found this out at drop off and was met with a very rude front desk employee offering no solutions. When a very kind fellow employee offered to help she VEHEMENTLY declined the assistance; I was struck by the inexcusable response to someone simply wanting to help. I cancelled my wellness packages. I have since learned this has happened to others with reservations as well. Great location though I can't condone this type of business model and rude staff.

The Coyne in Westfield is very difficult to get access via phone to schedule for appt, the app is flexible but when you make selections for a vaccination only on app- be aware! At check in they will inform you they your pet need an annual exam and any scheduling you may allow gets “longer” despite the online appointment scheduler. The front office staff is kinda passive aggressive but the room attendants are kind to your pet. App needs to be more informative on scheduling criteria. So, if you hope to check in and have an appointment for vaccinations within 30 min- turn around - plan accordingly for long duration of wait time for visit with a dr. (Which the Westfield Coyne is short staffed and seems to overbook appts- if there is a pet emergency- your appointment will get more delay)

Absolutely love this place. They are so easy to schedule/communicate with for all services. We have had both dogs groomed and boarded on several occasions and they just seem happy to be there! Highly recommend, but get your reservations in early as they book up fast.

Our primary vet was too busy to see us and recommended we visit Coyne since our dog was in critical condition. I called them on a Monday morning and they were able to take us in within 20 minutes of me calling. The front desk took my information over the phone so that the process was smooth when we walked in. We were so scared we were going to loose our dog, he was in really bad shape but thanks to the vets at Coyne who quickly diagnosed and treated him he is still with us today! The prices were a lot higher than what we’re used to but one of the staff members recommended Care Credit which gave us 6 month with 0% interest. The entire staff from the front desk to vets and techs were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They also have a texting system to communicate with them which is convenient. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience with them & if it wasn’t for them our dog probably would not be alive! Thank you for saving our furr baby!

We took our 17 yr old dog there last Saturday for the first time and were told he was in complete kidney failure and euthanasia would be the best thing for him. We went in 3 days later and said goodbye to our sweet baby. While this was not the first visit we had hoped for, I couldn't reccomend this place enough. The staff were so kind, patient, compassionate, and understanding. They treated my fiance and I like family and gave us the love and support we needed to get through the worst day of our lives. We will 100% be taking our cats and any future animals back there. Thank you so much to all the staff there ❤️

We took our doodle to Coyne for one of their walk-in appointments. Our pup has been going to a different vet in the area for reoccurring ear infections and we felt like we weren't getting anywhere and our poor pup was so uncomfortable. This was by far the best vet experience that we've had! Dr. Cannon was so thorough and really took the time to talk to us to come up with a treatment plan and recommendations. We didn't have to wait very long; everyone from front desk to techs were so kind and knowledgeable. We will be changing to Coyne as soon as our pup's current wellness plan is up at his current vet. Highly recommend Coyne!

Can not say enough good things about this place. We love the staff. Our pup typically sees Dr. Kraft and she is wonderful and listens to our concerns. They are so amazingly priced on everything and their daycare is awesome.

We will no longer be going to Coyne. We have been going since they opened and are on their wellness subscription plan. Today one of our eldest who has several issues that are all in his record and he was severely struggling. But because it was not a medical emergency they said they could not see him, and told me I should find a different vet. Whether things the vault of the owners or the front desk is beyond me but if a dog is near end of life and in pain and you refuse to see them and tell them to go somewhere while they are already paying for a subscription to have access to care and discounts is absurd. On top of that as Coyne has become more busy the quality of care decreases and their prices increase. At most you are lucky to have a DVM in the room for 5 minutes. They do not care about your pets or quality of life and have turned into a fast food version of pet care. All 3 of our dogs are no longer using Coyne due to this telling and telling me to go somewhere else while they are already taking my money and lack of compassion or effort to make anything work; it was just a flat “no, we can’t see him till next week”. We went to another vet and they said it is a common trend they are seeing from Coyne patients.

Had a great experience! I took my dog in last Tuesday for a torn nail and the wait time was very short for a walk in! The staff was all very nice, and my total was only $113 for being seen, a nail trim and medicine!

A magical place to take your fur baby! I appreciate the attention to detail, love, and genuine care since I have bringing my little Buddy to Coyne! Toni at the front desk is a gem. Keep doing a great job Coyne, and please open another location to the surrounding broad ripple area.

Good veterinarian and a nice building. But it is very posh and more expensive then a small town vet. I purchased a new puppy and the store was responsible for the basic vaccines. They are contracted with Coyne and so we brought her. We use our own local vet for everything else. I did make it clear when I came in to only do what was covered by contract but they added in a vaccine I didn’t ask for even though I made it clear 3 different times we were only doing the contract requirements. So I paid $35 for a single vaccine that would have cost me $18 at my vet.
