Bakery did a horrible job on a birthday cake! Used decorative tips for writing, shells misshapen, cursive was slanted and upright, sloppy writing! Chocolate cake pieces throughout the white icing! Absolutely embarrassed to take this cake!

They stole $200 from me. Unfortunately, I had to get the police involved regarding Walmart's attempt of Stealing my money. Then after telling the "manager" of the offense he told ME to leave the store!!!Being handicapped myself I know I am well aware how some things can be very challenging day to day. Thus, when I first approached the Walmart sales rep I decided I would be extra patient with the lady being that it was evident she could not speak. Nonetheless, I continued with my transaction... Initially, I was impressed because it appeared that CSR was well versed exactly in what she was doing. However, while still with her after the transaction was completed I looked at the receipt and it was WRONG!!! WRONG!!! I immediately showed her that she put the WRONG information and she was upset. She WRONGFUL actions sent my money to a strange account that had nothing to do with me.... I trusted Walmart for their bill pay service and this is what I got. The lady then lied to obviously cover her own tracks in the matter saying the I MADE THE MISTAKE. Thank God everything was caught on video, and I had a witness who was on the phone with me during the entire ordeal. The old lady was frustrated and so was I because I couldn't communicate with her as she was unable to speak. Thus, I had to relive the entire mess though my employer was waiting for me!!! The stress of the failed transaction was so agonizing I wanted to start swearing though I do not swear!!!Next, the Holy Spirit of Jesus the Risen Christ, caused me to calm myself down and forgive the handicapped lady. Meanwhile, the "manager" guy was impatient and short fused and didn't feel like dealing with their mess....told me to leave the store!!!That's how it all began with me calling the police to respond to a Walmart theft!!! I have utilized Walmart bill pay all over the country but this is the first time anything this regrettably happened anywhere. The big "manager" just knew he was going to have me WRONGFULLY ejected from the store but he was dead wrong with that issue too!!! See what he didn't know is that many hours prior the police in I spoke together about the awful parking there affecting the Commercial drivers there. The kind policemen offered a safe place to park my tractor trailer. So later, once I went into the Walmart and those same police returned they were surprised to see me again. The whole chaotic mess made me lose my valuable time, appetite for the food I was also going to buy but couldn't.The manager stated I would have to wait days for the erroneous transaction to complete. Terrible. Walmart is on an obvious decline.

We stayed in our RV in the parking lot for 6 days and the manager just nicely asked us to move the 6th day we were there. So thank you for letting us stay while we were there. I was visiting an old friend and had no where to park my 40 foot RV!

Auto Center (Tire & Oil Change): Bad service, staffs at the counter are not professional. Almost every time I visited there, the same staff was talking to other staffs like they are not working or they are on the break. Staffs offer little attention to customers. This time, I brought my car in for oil change, Tire rotation & balance. When I pick up my car, they only did the oil change. When I asked, they said it was not written on the service order. If the front desk staff had pay attention when I mentioned (Twice) what services I needed, this wouldn't happen. They talked like they have done nothing wrong. Also, when I checked my receipt, it shown some of the checking list items come with oil change like Transmission oil, Power steering fluid etc. were marked as "Declined". I was never been asked if I want them to be checked or not. After reading this, I am sure you will have a good idea what kind of service you will get here.

We bought a Great Value filter comparable to a Brita filter. It was terrible. After running water through it, the charcoal inside packed down so tight, water wouldn't pass through it at all. We had to take the filter out and shake the charcoal loose and try again. Same thing over and over. Took it back to service center and got our money back.

Be sure to come to this location if you want to be treated like dirt. Was just in "customer service" about a half an hour ago and a woman working there, whose name I believe started with a K, wouldn't acknowledge me standing at the counter for several minutes and then when I smiled and said hi she ignored me and walked by and called someone else to come over to the counter and the same person still didn't acknowledge me. Then she proceeded to act flatly to both her coworker and myself. The coworker that came over was very nice in the interaction I might add. It costs nothing to be nice to someone. I understand you said you don't take back large items without a receipt, but to treat people like dirt is unacceptable and I'll be avoiding Walmart like the plague from now on.

We showed up to Walmart in the case of an emergency, needed to get Benadryl and the worker wouldn’t let us through the door even after explaining it was an emergency situation and my girlfriend was having an allergic reaction. They explained that the side was closed and wouldn’t let anyone in, even though the door was open. They then responded with “maybe you should go to meijer, they’re open until 12”. I do understand that the side was closed but in the situation of an emergency especially with an allergic reaction, it just goes to show the kind of people that Walmart is hiring, and also the kind of business that Walmart is.

Not a bad location. Typically clean, and some of the employees are helpful and nice. Others are helpful but not as friendly. Overall I like the store and would recommend over other nearby locations easily.

Okay, I’m editing this review to add: why is this formerly 24 hour location still closing at 10pm? We’ve known for a long time now that COVID-19 is spread almost exclusively through breathing exhalations of infected individuals in close-contact, like the virus can’t survive outside of the body for any significant amount of time so sanitizing and all that is totally unnecessary. Wasn’t that why all these stores reduced their hours to begin with—to allow for time to sanitize the store? Well, that’s not an issue any more and hasn’t been for months so what’s the deal? I mean I sympathize with Walmart employees, I’m sure it’s terrible in general and especially these days, but I really don’t get it. If someone from Walmart is reading this (and I know you do sometimes) can you let me know why you’re still closing so early?I’m sure I reviewed this store before but google is asking me to review it again. Well, it’s worse. I thought they were changing the layout to create larger aisles to accommodate social distancing, but that’s clearly not the case. They just decided to do a major reorganization and remodel just as students were arriving for the semester. Great planning. Their app is terrible – what it says is in stock is completely unrelated to what is actually in stock, making it worthless. I visited the eye center an hour after it was supposed to have opened and they were just setting up. I ended up having to make an appointment to come back an hour later because someone else had an appointment for that time, which by that point they were 15 minutes late for. Plus there were at least three employees and no customers other than me, either time I visited. Oh, and the other day I accidentally kept shopping 20 minutes after they closed because they never announced it or anything. There were out of uniform employees still shopping, registers open, and the doors weren’t even locked. I wouldn’t have even known if an employee hadn’t asked me what department I worked in. They didn’t really seem to care, either. What a bizarre place.

I Hate going to your stores. You keep moving everything around. No one can find anything, and when you ask someone wearing a blue smock, I always get oh I don't know this isn't my department. Can never find what your website says you have. From now on I will shop at Meijer or other stores to get what I need. Plus right now you have a lot of wasted space on your display's. Why you want it to look like Target is baffling. Hate that store also.

Excellent store never had issues, staff is awesome. But today the young man helping at grocery side self check out got some attitude while helping me with a gift card and to get home I did not have the gift card with me as he had it in his hand. I recall the moment I paid and left the area he immediately exited the area and left it unattended I kind of feel he stole the gift card from me after I had put money on it. It’s fine but he will pay back in someway in this life. Store manager kindly make sure these young store attendants treat customers with respect and dignity.

When they are marking items in your order as unavailable but when you go inside you see 4 of said items on the shelf....and they hold your $$ for that item for up to 10 days. Go inside to shop...the lines around the corner and you get watched like you're a thief.

This store is way too small to accommodate all the students and the population of West Lafayette. It needs to be upgraded to a larger store. The current size and number of check out lanes makes getting in/out of here a nightmare. Parking is upgraded but it is still chaotic. Bring back 24hr stores!

Manager James is one of the worst employees I've ever encountered. Refused to complete my curbside order due to poor quality produce, yet 10 minutes later, replaced the produce for everyone else. When questioned in person, literally could not stop smiling and laughing at my not being satisfied. Incredibly rude and not customer service oriented whatsoever.

2/22/24-Looks like it was remodeled. It's got a lot more self checkouts. The price check stations throughout the store are no longer available.I didn't see too many employees on the salesfloor. A few in automobile. I walked the store for the exercise.Overall a good experience.Same Walmart. Maybe a bit cleaner than the others.

Parents be aware, the baby formula Walmart sells might be expired. I purchased the similar formula on 9/15, and they’ve been expired for 6months. I’ve already feed some to my new born, hopefully there’s no real damage made. Will always check now, never again.

Workers will follow you around & make assumptions you’re stealing no matter what, they’ve accused EMPLOYEES of stealing. Like huh? Also not the best work environment… heard the owner is mean to managers and recently one transferred stores due to his verbal abuse. Makes enough profit to order new anti-theft checkout machines and redo the parking lot but not enough to give employees anything above a 2% pay increase yearly? Owner has also refused to provide water to employees (no, the dirty water jugs with no lid does not count, that’s disgusting) and claimed the store spent too much money on snacks or weekly donuts for employees, even though snacks cost $15 at most and donuts were provided by the Walmart bakery. If the owner wasn’t such a mean and money-hungry dude it wouldn’t be so bad, but I guess getting a six-figure yearly-bonus ON TOP of a double six-figure salary will turn people into monsters. Do not work here, apply for the other two walmarts on Commerce and Veterans. That’s all I gotta say. Stay safe and eat the rich

It's Walmart. It's a clean one, well kept, brightly lit, and the staff are courteous. Great location as to campus.Perfect spot for getting GameDay necessities on the way to the stadium. Also an ideal place to meet up with fella fans on the way to the stadium.
