Pooch Palace is the first grooming and boarding facilities that my Alpha dog has ever been to. He is a large dog, but they know how to handle him and he is very friendly with their staff. I am very impressed with how well they handle him and don’t wish to go anywhere else. He is well taken care of and I appreciate the care that they give to our family member.

We have recently rescued a dog, with several "Quirks" and took her in for a groom this morning.The front desk staff as well as Allie, the Groomer listened carefully to the information I was passing along regarding our dog and this turned out to be an extremely good experience for our dog. Allie passed along very good feedback and we have a future appointment scheduled.So good to be visiting Paul and his wonderful staff again!!We love'm!😊❤

Great place! My dog loves going to play at Pooch Palace, when we turn into the parking lot he starts whining to get out of the car. Everyone is so pleasant and easy to talk to. They do great for boarding also. I would highly recommend.

Amazing!! I am so happy with the results of the grooming! We got the Platinum Paw package done on our toy poodle. She looks the best she’s ever been after a grooming. We love the way she looks and feels. They even filed her nails down, so they aren’t sharp at all. Her fur was so well rounded, we were impressed. Loved the whole experience. The groomer was so sweet and easy to talk to. She helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend their grooming service!

Pooch palace did an excellent job with our mini golden doodle. Our pup had never had a grooming done before, and her coat was in awful shape before we dropped her off.I was a bit nervous to leave her there since it was her first time, but we could tell she had so much fun when we picked her up. She almost didn't want to leave the place! Her fur looks fantastic now and is so soft. Here's her before and after photos.

My groomers name was Nicole. She was the groomer to my Siberian, husky named Oona. Oona can be a really fussy dog sometimes, and she is often hard to deal with. This particular time, she came in, and really bad shape, and in desperate need of a good grooming. Nicole did a phenomenal job, and was very patient with her. The results were amazing! She looks phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Thanks so much!

Went just for an hour long playdate with trainer Kassie. The other 4 dogs were very playful and well behaved and my puppy had an awesome time. Money and time well spent.Edit: it happens every 2 weeks and my puppy loves going to socials.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My doodle needs regular grooming. The groomers come out introduce themselves and talk through the groom. My dog has never had a bad experience here.

We absolutely love Pooch Palace! The staff are all so sweet and friendly. My dog has been attending daycare/grooming here for the past year and we have had nothing but great experiences. He is so excited every time he goes and is exhausted when we pick him up. They have great communication and never hesitate to reach out if they have a question or concern. 10/10 recommend

Gracie just recently had acl surgery and really needed grooming. The staff reported she was so happy and active despite having her nails trimmed which she hates. They took such good care of her and made sure she didn’t undo the surgery.

The best dog boarding experience we’ve had in the Lafayette area. Previous to moving here we had been spoiled by Canine Retreat in Indy, but when we moved we needed to fine something closer. At first we were a bit skeptical as Pooch Palace didn't have the mom-and-pop doggie grandmother feel we were used to and was more of a small company with a few employees. After many stays of varying lengths with them, I’m glad to say our skepticism was ill placed. They seem to truly care about our dogs and the dogs seem to like the employees as well! Two of our dogs are large clumsy greyhounds with paper-thin skin who love to recklessly frolic and sprint. We’ve seen how at home in a perfectly doggie friendly fenced in backyard the two can still manage to crash into each other running and hurt themselves so it was no surprise when during one of their stays we got a call from Pooch Palace telling us one of them had been hurt and had some bruising and leg swelling. They immediately alerted us of the situation, listened to what we wanted as the dog owners, did a great job keeping us informed, and quickly got us in direct communication with the vet seeing our boy (as his normal vet was closed that day). Our boy got the care he needed and was fully healed within a couple days. After that little event and seeing how they handled it, we completely trust pooch palace with our dogs and we would urge you to do the same!

They always do a great grooming job with our goldendoodle, Holly, and their prices are quite reasonable for the quality of work done. Only minor complaint is that it can be difficult sometimes to get a hold of anyone or get a call back, but I guess that’s a good thing — means business is booming! Despite that, we will continue to bring our pup here.

We’ve gone to Pooch Palace since it opened. Since being sold, It has become very corporate. It feels like the dogs are just numbers instead of them actually caring about them. I will say grooming is still excellent and that is one of the reasons we continue to go. Our dogs used to go to daycare about once a week-they’ve been once in the past 2 months and that’s only because they were getting groomed. They don’t reply to questions on their social media posts- yet again not taking the time for communication. There has been a lot of turn over in the front staff and the new staff is not nearly as friendly and welcoming. Their new booking app is confusing and makes booking daycare and grooming much more difficult.

Terrible experience boarding. Won't do it again. If you care about your dogs I wouldn't recommend boarding them here. They advertise cameras, but they aren't maintained and working. If you try to call, good luck, you will likely get no answer. They advertise care and safety for your dogs, but the boarding area, marketed as a hotel, smells like pee 10 times over. Our dogs don't seem to have been let out enough, cleaned up after, or given fresh water. We won't be returning.

I’ve been taking my pupper (one on the right) here for daycare since he was just a few months old and now, over a year later I would like to share my experiences with Pooch Palace. As a first-time dog owner I was apprehensive sending him somewhere out of my control for several hours but my fears were quickly alleviated. Everyone I’ve interacted with, from the owner Paul to the amazing receptionists have always had a smile on their face. They quickly learn your dogs name and their mannerisms, making you feel extremely comfortable for leaving your dog with them. They will accommodate almost anything, and will bring to your attention any abnormalities they see with your dog. I haven’t tried any other places in the area but cannot recommend them enough. It’ll be hard to find a replacement when I move in the coming months! Be sure to check them out!

I have been coming here for 5 years. Mandy has been taking care of my baby Sasha Fierce and Sasha loves Mandy. This is the best place to bring your babies. Paul needs to open up one up north so that everyone can experience this awesome place.

I felt very comfortable bringing my puppy for his first boarding. They let me come back and set up his room. The only thing I was upset about was that the camera in his room was down. They told me that I would receive text updates and I never did. Then, when we picked him up, I received no information on how his stay went. My puppy seemed to have a fine time, no issues other than the lack of communication.

I have four dogs with hair (poodle and shih-tzu mixes and a terrier). Mandy does a wonderful job on all of them. She’s very attentive to the needs of the dogs, as well as doing the little details I ask for with their grooming. She takes great care with all of the dogs, and especially the two that are rescues. It’s a wonderful place for dog grooming and they have a very convenient location for me. Thanks Pooch Palace and thank you to Mandy for all the love you show the pups!

I can't recommend Pooch Palace enough. Both locations have been great to myself and my dog. He loves going to doggy daycare and they treat him very well. They post a lot of pictures of the dogs playing on their social media accounts. It's really great to see them enjoying themselves.
