First time in town, I needed tomatoes for my blts.I was in the store maybe 3-5 minutes and by the time I got back to my car, and in great disbelief two of my windows were broken.SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY CAR IN THIS PARKING LOT WHILE SHOPPING AND THE STORE WOULD NOT HELP!!!!!!

Today between11:45am and 12pm I went through self check out. I was frustrated when after two items it called for the attendant. Rachel came and helped me not once but 3 times during my checkout. She was so kind every time with her smile and calm demeanor. Big thank you to her because my husband had just had surgery and I was having not a good day. Her kindness was greatly appreciated. One of the things I purchased on my shopping list was Dove Shampoo. I looked at my reciept and didn't get the discount price with my Kroger card. I went to customer service counter. The clerk told me in a loud voice in a very cheerful tone " Oh it's because you have to purchase five, that's the new program." I asked for my money back. I could tell it ticked her off asking for my money back. I am attaching a photo. The print is so small saying to purchase five you can't read it unless you are very close to it.

Massive, just massive. They've a half decent Asian foods section too. BUT - absolutely nobody there ever seems to know where anything is! On multiple occasions I've either been fobbed off or given incorrect information. When it comes to knowing where their stuff is, Home Depot this is not.

Great value and quality. Highly recommended 👌 03/28/23 - Another shopping visit for some groceries. If you want good value on soft drinks Pay Less usually has it on sale for a great savings cost. They have great value for everyday prices and they have a lot of items on sale at a lower price giving you even more value for your money. Every time we shop here the store is always neat and clean and the shelves are well stocked. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help you with your shopping needs. They have self checkout and regular checkout and curbside pick-up for your convenience. Very nice discount grocery store.Update 05/28/2023The store hasn't changed much but of course there are different displays and plenty of new sales and coupons to save you money. The store was neat and clean and well organized and stocked and very busy this afternoon. We still managed a quick trip for the items we purchased and everything we purchased was on sale and a great value. We used the self checkouts again which are fast and efficient and easy to use and if a problem should arise there is a friendly and knowledgeable associate right there to assist you and correct any problem and send you on your way. Pay Less is a division of Kroger and we actually like it better than Kroger because of the quality and value that we get for our money and the fantastic sales, deals and coupons they have every week. The free app is available in the Google Play Store and the Apple Store online and it is continuously improving and very easy to use for all of your shopping needs and they have rewards and great discounts on gasoline at station just outside of the store. We have always been treated fantastic by all of the associates that we've interacted with. The deli has wonderful fresh baked goods that we can't resist and the produce is fresh and fantastic as is the meat department and all of the departments at the store. We've also purchased items from the Pharmacy but we haven't had any prescriptions filled as of yet but when we have some we'll get them filled there because friends have advised me that they have the lowest prices in the area and great quality. And don't forget to stop at Starbucks for a beverage while you shop and I'm pretty sure you'll also find something to tempt your taste bud's there because they have some really good treats there. As always there is plenty of free parking including wheelchair accessible parking and Wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible restrooms and electric shopping carts for your shopping convenience. Check them out and you'll go back there again and again. Take care and stay safe out there!!!Update 12/19/2023Still love Pat Less for having great quality and value. Fantastic sales, digital coupons, deals and coupons. Download the Pay Less app. It's easy to use and very helpful to assist you with your shopping needs. The store has always been neat and clean and uncluttered and well organized and the shelves are well stocked. You can checkout with a cashier or you can use the available self checkout. There's a pharmacy in the store and a Starbucks. There is also a gas station in the parking lot. There regular shopping carts and carry baskets and electric shopping carts available. There's plenty of free parking and wheelchair parking and wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible restrooms. Store associates are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful and there's also a store office available to assist you. Great store and a fantastic shopping experience. Highly recommend that you check it out and see for yourself and you will be glad you did.

I want to commend one of your employee's. Her name is Michelle and she is a cashier. I have been shopping at your store since it opened and am always super impressed, but last week I saw something that deserves to be mentioned to management. Michelle was the cashier in the line I was going through. In front of me were new students from Purdue that were obviously from abroad and thus were unfamiliar with shopping in the U.S. She explained and signed them up with the Kroger card which I am sure she is trained to do. It was however the manner in which she did so that warrants recognition. She was extremely welcoming to them and even said so to them, welcoming them not only to West Lafayette but also to America. I could tell that she made an impact on them. It made me feel good as a member of the community that someone as busy as she was took the extra time to make them feel welcome.

Boy is this location the store to shop at. The store is huge and they have all kindsa things thr other store on greenbush doesn't have. Parking is a bit tricky but you'll find a spot eventually. It was super busy today.

The self service kiosks area is not the best in terms of cleanliness just have a look under the kiosks and behind plastic bags, scanner always dirty barely able to scan kroger pay barcode. Last night one of the employees at self service kiosks was rude to me and angry.Another employee was rude telling me to not ask why the item discount is not showing again.You should do better training than this because some employees don’t know how to talk to customers.

The outside was dirty. The doors on one side were closed at 6:30pm. We had to walk to the opposite side to go in. It's not a big deal, but when they don't have the store lit, that is a scary walk. They need the lights on as there is a complex across the street that I am sure are store customers.The inside had pallets throughout the store. The employees looked beat. I had to greet them first. The cashier I had was not friendly. She was there in body, but the rest was shut down.I hope I don't need to return. If I do and things are better I'll update my review. I hope it's better!

It's a huge store with so many incredible choices. From cheese's, meat's, awesome assortment of vegetables and fruit. They have fresh cut flowers 💐 and a Starbucks. Arnie's is also there. Wine 🍷 liquor and beers depending on what you're looking for. Fresh meats package or cut the way you want Fresh fish as well. I enjoy this store because it has so much for the money. If you're looking for something and can't find it just ask and if they have it, a employee will help you find it.

Payless has great prices and all departments are top notch. They have a lot of discounts and coupons but you need to download their app in the Google Play store or Apple store and join their savings card rewards club. Lots of digital coupons and discounts are available. We save an average of $95 dollars every time we shop there. You also get gas rewards. The Pharmacy can take care of all of your prescription needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always available to assist you with your needs and questions. We shop there regularly and always get great deals and value 👍

After decades of shopping here, I have had to deal with multiple false charges, horrible customer service who just talks over you (including the corporate level), and many more things not worth spending 20 minutes writing about. They have a full F rating by the BBB and get so many complaints that no one at Kroger even responds or reads them.

This payless has the most variety and generally thr most in stock. There is a better ethnic selection here as well. Generally clean. Bathrooms are nice when I have used them. Always check out the clearance section back by yogurt, you can find some great deals.

This is a very well organized store. Always stocked properly. Produce section is beautiful. I feel very safe buying meat products here. The staff is always busy helping out with customers, and I see good team work amongst the associates. This means there is very good management at this location. If I were to compare this store to other Payless in the area it would be the #1 store.

This is the grocery store closest to Purdue, and is thus the defacto student grocery store. It's a little more upscale than the others in the area. The produce section, bakery, deli, and cheese section are nicer than other Pay Less stores. There is a greater selection of Asian and middle eastern ingredients and foods. There is a Starbucks. The parking lot is a nightmare to get out of.

Kroger is always our favorite grocery store since the past 8 years. But this particular one serves an entire community of students and staff of Purdue and is the only one in West Lafayette. For it's requirements, it is laid out awkwardly, with crammed isles, which gets very crowded especially during weekends. There is sometimes not enough space to shop. Also the last few times we are here several isles were empty. We found several stocks are gone - no organic bananas, onions, etc. Overall the organic section is miniscule. Hence, it feels like a grocery store unable to keep up with the increasing population of the area.

Great prices and selection of items in various departments, especially Boars Head meats and cheeses but the store is too damn big; it is a mile from deli to where juice is located. The florist dept is the BEST! I only buy flowers there as price is right flowers are great and last longer than others

No carts available, which created a line at the entrance waiting for carts. When a cart collector returned they only brought with them 5 carts… had to wait almost ten minutes for a cart to even begin shopping.
