Staff is very friendly when I pick up my medication, even with long line. They have helped by entering GoodRx coupons for me and always ask if I have questions. They give treats to my doggo whenever I take her with me. Excellent service!

Cathy the pharmacist at the West Lafayette CVS is amazing! She spoke with me about an allergy listed for an antibiotic that was prescribed to me. She was absolutely right about my allergy to the new prescription because it was listed in my records. She really saved me by mentioning the drug allergy. She is an excellent pharmacist and I appreciate so much her attention to important details! Thank you Cathy!

I have been going here for years now. In the last year, they have become horrible. The pharmacists never have your prescriptions ready, and are more often than not rude about it. After multiple times of this, my last straw is when I went in today and not one, but TWO customers were maskless. One of the maskless customers was in the check out line and neither of the employees made him put a mask on. I am done with the employees ignorance and the pharmacists demeaning behavior even though they can’t do their job to save their lives. I highly recommend going to any other CVS location, or better yet, a Walgreens.

Every time I have interacted with the people at this pharmacy, my experience has been terrible. For example, I bought masks during the Covid-19 pandemic only to have one of the technicians audibly whisper to the pharmacist that I took one too many when there was no apparent limit (I apparently had 6 when the unknown limit was 5). The pharmacist then proceeded to walk out to where I was, take one mask away from me, and take the remaining masks for sale with her behind the counter so that they were no longer available to customers. I was taddled on for making an error and so all masks were removed so that no one could purchase them. On another occasion, my prescription ran out two days before my next appointment with my doctor. I asked the pharmacist if I could get two days of pills to help me last until my appointment when my doctor would call in a new prescription, but the pharmacist was unwilling to help me at all "because my doctor may change the strength of my prescription". So now instead of getting two days worth of pills at the same strength as before, I now have two days of zero pills. This pharmacist has never missed an opportunity to be rude and arrogant and she has gone out of her way on several occasions to not only inconvenience her customers, but to also actively harm or endanger them. I have just transferred my prescription away from this pharmacy and I recommend that all other patients do the same. I will never be going back to this CVS location in the future!

I’ve been banned from this CVS for life, as far as I know, due to one employee who thought she saw me shoplifting from all the way across the store. Needless to say I absolutely wasn’t, I was just there to pick up a couple of prescriptions and there isn’t anything at CVS that I would want to buy, let alone steal. Anyway I don’t think there’s any evidence and since when can any old employee ban a customer for life? Don’t they have to like have you fine a no trespassing form and submit it to the police or something?Anyway, I had previously filled all of my prescriptions there and after that obviously I can’t anymore (I couldn’t even pick up the prescriptions I was waiting for). It’s kind of annoying because it’s one of the most convenient pharmacies to where I live and it’s the only 24-hour pharmacy in the area. On the other hand I kind of hated it already and was planning on switching to a different pharmacy anyway.Ironically they’ve contacted me multiple times to arrange job interviews since then, which I find kind of hilarious.
