Some things aren’t labeled correctly.the app says that you guys have it and so does the shelf but it’s not the correct product to match the label. And you guys are out of it/ don’t carry it. Change the label and update your app.

The store manager Quenton is always very friendly every time I go in to the West Baden Jayc. He takes pride in his work and has a very good, well trained team.

Everyone is usually nice except for one of the male cashiers , he's always been very snotty towards us so we avoid his check out at all cost. Not sure if he's just mentally unstable or maybe missed his psychiatric medication for the day, but he's definitely unfriendly. Otherwise everyone else is awesome, no problems.

Lines are always long food is always overpriced and none of it is in very good condition or fresh you can tell one of the workers there that there’s a moldy box of raspberries on a shelf and will be like OK but not remove it makes it even worse is how the employees treat each other Was there today and one girl on three her register went down and it locked up and she asked for an override scanning code because she couldn’t find hers the guy next-door on tune him Shane was extremely rude rolling his eyes and so was his little bagger glasses red beard and then she asked the older lady and she said you just had one and a very snippy attitude type of way on top of that the gentleman whose card crash the machine was in their bad mouthing the woman because she couldn’t print off the whole receipt because I registered with down the girl who just came off to works at the French Lick resort was doing it and the other employees chimed in and condones the mistreatment of their coworker my wife yelled at the gentleman and the lady in the parking lot somethings are just beyond our control but it takes nothing to be a good person but clearly management is lacking here in the store desperately needs help I don’t see it making it much longer if it doesn’t.

Very few of the posted prices were correct versus what rang up on the register and none of the posted sales rang up. Terrible experience.

The local Jay C store is my go to grocery. It is a smaller store but you would t know it with the great selections they have in every aisle. The bakery and deli goods are always fresh. Produce is quality with a good selection. The staff is super friendly, eager to answer questions, and knowledgeable about where things are in the store. They are always quick at checkout and they will still help you load your groceries in your car. Since they are part of Kroger, you can use your Kroger card there if your from out of town. All in all, the store is clean, well stocked, and easy to get in and out. Don’t bother going to Paoli to do your shopping, save the money on gas and shop local right here in town.

The lines are always too long because they never have enough registers open. We don't have a lot of options in town, this is the only local grocery store. I always dread when I have to go, only because of the whole line/register situation. If that was taken care of, this store would be great. I'm always running in to buy items when I get out of work late, like chips and cheese and pizzas, etc....

Kroger brand easy to get around sign up to receive discounts reasonable to shop in has a small bakery also some lunch specials full service grocery store very friendly staff

A fun small town grocery with the essentials to fill up a kitchen. Sure to this state's strange liquor laws you'll have to go somewhere else if you want any mixed drinks.

08/18/2017 _3:35pm ,Went in to get a money order manager let me stand there for 2 min while on her cell phone , when she did get up she did not hang up her phone she continued to talk and asked me what I wanted in between sentences like I was bothering her, then did not tell me the total I finally had to look over counter myself , she then slapped down my m.o and walked off still on her personal cell very rude and surprising for a manager
