I'd like to give these people a zero star The customer support sucks you can't contact anybody to report them and they won't give you a refund what a worthless bunch of people this store can go straight to hell

Well a while bk my daughyer heard a employee outside say how i was always in there and i take forever...she didnt know that was my daughter who walked out i assume. Then this past Monday i walked over there after jayc to grab some snacks for my dad who is in the nursing home. The lady at the check out (not the same lady) she was ringing me up and was like are you going to pay for the dog food and shaving cream? I showed her the reciept and tag from jayc and she said what about the dog food i said u dont even sale this kind of dog food..and showed her the reciept and walked out. So i guess she thought i was paying for all the other stuff i had just not those 2 items..y would i go to jail over something so dumb...we are done going here..and trust me we gave them buisness so did my kids...save yourself the hassle and judgement and go elsewhere!!! Mrs. Rude and dry needs some people skills cuz she dont got a lick and she is in customer service for some reason!!!!

the manager is always rude, not just to the customers but to the other staff as well. Today was the last time ill ever go here. The name badge-less manager stood by the register for 5ish minutes, spending all his efforts trying to find the other employee to check my one item out instead of just using one of the 2 registers available and checking my single item out, because as he yelled to me "I'M **NOT** A CASHIER!!" which shows you he feels cashiers are less than him, which explains how rude he is to all of them. If he reads this he'll probably take out his frustrations on them, instead of changing his behavior.Save yourself the hassle and go to JayC or Dollar General or just do without. Whatever you need, if it's something that potentially is in stock at a FD store, then you're better off without it than having to deal with this dude and the revolving door of people who briefly work beneath him before quitting. Mr.NoNameBadge is the reason why there's a permanent "we're hiring" paper stuck to the door.

This is a nice store with a good selection of merchandise. Generally, we stop in at least once a week to pick up household supplies, such as laundry soap, or a quick snack. It is very well stocked in all departments and it is obvious that employees work to keep things in order. Glad to have this store in town.
