The 2 ladies that were working were so friendly and welcoming. Was looking for a piece that was advertised on Facebook, and one of the ladies was very helpful. We found what I was looking for and found even more stuff. There are so many unique finds. It's definitely worth our 1 hr drive. Will be back soon.

Amazing shop with so many different vendors.It's a lot bigger than it looks from outside.I don't think there's no way to look at everything in one day. A lot of unusual items never seen before.Wow worth the time to take a walk through.

Lots and lots of treasures to sort through. You need a keen eye and a good amount of time to find what you are looking for here. The prices are a bit on the high side. This is made up of dozens of vendors some who are willing to work with you on the prices others not so much. It was definitely fun looking back through time.

We go to this shop every time we are in the area for a weekend. The variety is always great and they have plenty to look at. Staff are friendly and pleasant. I’ve found many treasures here over the years. Very reasonably priced. I’ve taken my young daughter here each time and have never had an issue - but my daughter is/was well-behaved and is no stranger to understanding what should and should not be touched in our antiquing adventures. She’s now 17 and we will be visiting this weekend. We always look forward to it.

I loved this antique mall and have spent quite a bit there. But today, I accidentally slid my card instead of inserting the chip.This simple mistake caused a lot of frustration for the woman, one of the owners--I believe, who rung me up. She talked down to me and scolded me, explaining to me as if I were a child, to always insert the chip after I had apologized for my error.I apologized quite a bit afterward but she still seemed upset with me. This was a very embarrassing moment for me.Sad it had to come to this. I won't be back.

Children are frowned upon and not welcome. I have an antique business in Nashville and planned spending money in this store but the moment I walked in with my children we got dirty looks and immediately were approached and told to not let kids touch anything, not even the toys (of which most were not even antiques). I was shocked with how terrible the customer service was. I’ve taken my children to antique stores many times before and I’ve never been treated this way. Every single person who worked there was unbelievably rude. I never write reviews but I felt the need to say something because it was truly a terrible experience. Take your money elsewhere!Heart Of Lakes response below speaks volumes about the owners condescension towards customers and intolerance of families. She admits to judging us the moment we walked in the door. Also, there was never soiled clothing left in the parking lot, at least not by me nor by my sister. The correct response as a business owner is to try and help not berate them.
