Multiple times now they have some automated text and call to let me know my prescriptions are ready and I show up and no pharmacist is there working and other times the automated machine said my insulin was there and showed up and they didn’t have my medicine. Terrible system. I understand being under staffed but when it comes to some medicines to be told it’s ready and there when you’re out specially when your life depends on it is very frustrating. Switching pharmacies

Terrible Experience! I took off work early to pick up my prescription before the pharmacy closes at 6:00 pm. I pulled into drive thru at 5:50, the pharmacist looked at me. I pushed the button and the recording said someone would be with me shortly. I wait . Nothing. Another person inside stairs at me. Nothing. Then, at 6:02 pm they turn off the lights and close the department right in front of me. Hello! I have been waiting for nearly 15 minutes while 3 people inside visited! I finally left. I will never fill another antibiotic here again! Go to Meijer's in Warsaw!

This place is horrible to work with. They are beyond rude. Their hours are very limited due to “staffing shortages”. Maybe it is the management. The last time antibiotics were picked up, they didn’t even bother to mix it. I got a bottle full of powder that I had to take back to be mixed.0/10 recommend. I have moved my pharmacy elsewhere and do not plan to return. This particular CVS has been rapidly declining lately.

During in talking to the pharmacist the lady doing register ask me to move back and before I noticed she was closing the place to go to lunch without even staying anything to me...VERY RUDE AND MOVED TO SYRACUSE. I will not return

Closing down the drive thru isn't helping people. Line had 6 people in it. Great move during cold and flu season. Love the staff but this isn't a great way to serve people.

Today was the 3rd time trying to get my prescriptions. If this is going to be ongoing maybe you should just shut the pharmacy and we can go to Syracuse. I'm tired trying to fight for my medications!!

My wife and i have been struggling to get our booster shots at other drugstores.Walked in to North Webster CVS and was greeted right away by a pleasant employee who said sure! We had our shots and filled a prescription in a matter of minutes and was on our way. We also did some store shopping and was greeted by another equally pleasant employee at the front register. We will be doing business with this store in the future.

CVS North Webster! Everyone everywhere is struggling getting scrips, short staffed, lack of supplies….- I hear it from my patients on a daily. BUT despite sometimes a line or a bit of a wait. As long as we plan ahead- knowing the above… CVS North Webster had been phenomenal EVERY time!!! Last week- Two staff- not sure if Techs or Pharmacists truly went above and beyond with our daughter’s script! Love them! Thanks CVS North Webster!!! ❤️

Everyone here, has always been very helpful, and treated me with respect. The pharmacy has always done wat they say they are gonna do to help me, and returned my calls as soon as they can, just like they said they would. Its great to be treated as a person and not just a number. Great job North Webster CVS STAFF! You are all much appreciated!

So apparently now even though there are 3 employees standing around up by the cash registers they don't want you to use them; they want you to go use the automated self check out... while one of them stands there and helps you do it. Might as well check CVS off your list because if they're going to make you start doing what they're paying employees for, there's no point in going there and supporting them.

If you want a prescription, good luck on the weekends! THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED BOTH DAYS! AND you can’t suggest an edit on google to have them change the pharmacy hours. Seems to me they would post actual hours of when they are open instead of screwing people who need meds! It could possibly be life or death sometimes I’m sure

This is the most inept pharmacy on the face of the planet. I left my doctors office and drove (30 minutes) to the CVS in north webster because it was the closest to my house. I get there and they tell me they never received the prescriptions. I was in the doctors office when they were sent and actually heard the nurse call the pharmacy to make sure they had what was needed. But fine...mistakes happen, they said they would call the doctor to straighten it out. An HOUR later I call to see if the prescriptions were finally ready only to find out they never even attempted to call the doctor. I should have just called the doctor myself right then and saved myself 2 hours instead of trusting them to do it. They also had my daughters name completely wrong in the system which created even more issues since the prescriptions were for her. I usually use the Meijer pharmacy but decided to try this one since it was closer...never again! I will make the drive to Meijer from now on.
