This place is horrible . Store is always a disaster. Carts full of stock not taken care of . Aisles blocked. Shelves empty. Almost every time I have to go in there they never have what I need. I don’t even go in this store anymore if I don’t have to.Customer service is atrocious. Even worse since they got the self check out. If you need help with the self check out you have to holler to get someone’s attention . They are mostly in the office talking amongst each other or they come out when they hear you but they are talking on their phones to someone with ear pieces in . And half the time the self check out you can only use cards so if you’re paying cash you have to wait until someone decides it’s convenient for them to check you out on the register . Never open in the morning when they say they open at 8am. Try calling and no one answers the phone either .

This place is never in order and always messy. Some isle you can't go down because of so much stuff in isles.

Weds Nov 23. Late afternoon. The place was a complete mess. Every aisle had boxes , merchandise , trolleys , you name it piled up to the point of impassable. Lots of empty shelves. Staff so customers can shop with ease please

The hours on the door says opens at 8am daily but when I visited this location the door was locked and when I tried to call the store, the phone just rings and rings with no answer. Definitely not good for business.

Even though dollars general spent alot of money redoing the stores it didn't last long.once again in true dollar general form there stores are once again a complete mess stepping around boxes of goods not put on shelves empty bins and of course only one cashier to check you out even though their supposed to have a self check out that doesn't even work.big surprised there

Large selection of products available at reasonable prices. You can find generally everything you might need for your home and kitchen.The dollar deal isle typically has some bargain offers on good items.

Family friendly ..Great customer service...Eager to be helpful.. That is a rare commodity in most employees these days... The store was clean... The shelves were well stocked and organized...Very efficient ..

Love the sales and coupons. Just wish they could keep the aisles open. All the time running into stock carts blocking the way.

Convenient dollar store for basic items...however this store is always in shambles with carts and boxes in isles to be stocked on shelves. Seems under staffed in that there is never anyone readily behind the cash register.

The store was a very nice clean store...also had very friendly employees!!! Tawanna was the lady who checked us out, she was great!!! Thanks for the hard work...must have a great team!!

I like dollar general but the cans of lysol were priced ay 3.00 a can. Really good deal right? So I snagged a can. When I got to the register it rang up at 5.98. That's when I put the can back. But the lady did give it to me at 3.00. And then I got herbal essence shampoo and cond with their coupon buy 2 get 5.00 off. Well it didn't take the coin off when I entered my ph #. I told the lady and she checked on her computer and it did not have it under my number. So I showed her on my phone under my account. She did take the coupon off. Thank you! But you have to watch bc most of the time that app does not take the coupon off. You go intending on spending 20 and then you're bill comes to 40.00 is bc of these instances

Went to buy a hand mixer. Waited 15-20 mins while another customer rang the bell. No store employee came to ring us up. Ended up leaving without mixer. Just plain sad.

This store will not sell you a gift card unless you have CASH. They will not take a DEBIT CARD for gift cards... It's very strange. I drove up the road to DOLLAR GENERAL in Kendallville and purchased GIFT CARDS with my DEBIT CARD no problem... Inconvenient. Get your life together, DG.

Stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting for the cashier to finish texting her friend. Walked out. Extremely disrespectful to treat a paying customer that way. I'll just take my money elsewhere from now on.

Like a mini Walmart that's closer to home. Saves me 12 miles sometimes when I just need a few basic things and don't want to drive into the next largest city. They could use some more staff, you sometimes have to track down a clerk to check out.

Very clean compared to the majority that I have visited and wasn't cluttered with racks on the ends of the isles. It was a nice trip.

With my DG app I am able to come here and get my cleaners laundry detergent and get them far cheaper than other stores name brand products.

This store in Waterloo needs serious help. Shelves are never stocked on time the boxes sit in a aisle for customers to find it themselves

This is one of the bigger Dollar Generals that I've been to. They have a wide variety of stuff but the store is always a mess and its not organized very well.
