Love shopping here, when I'm in town. I don't shop here often, but I just want someone to ask me about the neighbors program. I AM A MEMBER. ALSO, I CAN CHARGE ON MY TRACTOR SUPPLY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CARD. Please ask me if I am a neighbor member. Don't hound me either. I had a griddle put together and before I got it in the car, pieces were falling off in the parking lot. Now I have to go back to get missing parts. I hope everything else that is important got tightened down. REALLY MAKES ME A LITTLE NERVOUS!!

If i could give them 0 stars, i would. They double charged me for a product that was over 320 dollars. Because they used a palm piolt to run the transaction and it screwed everything up. And i could not get anything back for 24 hours.I asked the manager for a way to contact him if my money wasn't reimbursed and he said "i won't be available during the weekend to contact but he reiterated the fact he is customer oriented.., b/s!!!! I won't go back!

This Tractor Supply store has earned a customer for life. Brendan had been extraordinarily helpful every time I go in. I'm new to mowing my own lawn after spending the last 10 years in Arizona, and he has helped me to understand how to use my new mower as well as provided tips on other things I've been working on. This place has taken great care of me and I can't reccomend them enough.

Price was about of another TSC that I go to. Checked price before I went and didn't see it changed me back to Bedford. I bought one item but I think I'll avoid the Washington location.

Has everything I need when it comes to buying and type of feed for my animals(ducks, chickens,cats, and dogs). Also we are making an acre run for our chickens with horse fencing since my litter ducks can get though almost everything but this fence. Plus horse fencing is much strong than chicken wire. Never know I might get me a few lambs or a goat or two so its always good to go with stronger fencing if you ever change your mind and want a bigger animal. I love the staff as well too. They know there stuff and can get you everything you need for your whole project and they are fast so you never have to be in there long unless you really want to! They have cloths, boots for all ages and girls and boys. You just gotta go and check them out!!! Once you do you just might find you new favorite place:)) I know I did.

Purchased a exide battery from them in 2017. It stated it had a 30 month free replacement warranty. The manager in Washington Indiana refused to offer a replacement. Will not go back. Just a few days within the warranty period. Totally unfair and the manager argued with me about the warranty, whenit clearly stated on the battery 30 month free replacement. Just a note, TSC no longer carries Exide batteries. Congratulations, TSC GET NO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM ME, and no recommendations as well. I truly hate it, but the smug young manger made it easier.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Some places you go to have staff that ask you if you need help but you can clearly see they don't even want to be there, much less help you.
