Washington, IN Save a lot is the best store we've found. Meat is very reasonable and a lot cheaper than the stores around here. We make a point to go down there once a month or so and usually just buy meat!

Wonderful grocery store with competitive prices or better than most. Meat selection is out of this world in quality and sales are outstanding! Delicious T-bones and rib eyes were fabulous for July 4th. Plus the butcher's are so friendly and will cut just the way you want. The Washington, IN store is my new go to for sure!

I always love going to this store with their meat specials. What's even better than their specials is their customer service. Every worker I passed either greeted me or asked if I needed assistance finding anything. The best part? The management giving back to kids. As we were leaving they gave a zebra cake to my daughter. No, not just a single zebra cake... AN ENTIRE BOX. She was so happy. Keep up the good work.

My only issue with save a lot are their hours of operation. They open 2-3 hrs later than every store in Washington an also close 2-3 hrs earlier as well. Its a wonder theyre able to make enough money to stay afloat :(

Haven't been there in about 5 years and they definitely improved. Still very open layout and not the best produce, but great prices on meat. Not an ideal store if you're trying to buy healthy foods, as most of their stuff is boxed/frozen/processed.

I was kinda disappointed in the low variety in the meat selection. Today has been the first time in months I shopped at Save A Lot. I was looking for a roast and didn't have any and the hamburger in the small packages was all turning brown on top. The meat that was on sale couldn't find any but for the ribs and they was all frozen . I hope next time there will be better quality of meat and better selection.

Shop here all the time. Thestaff is awesome! Always helpful & cheerful! Cleanest public restrooms. UPDATE: could y'all please give an update on when you're going to be opening again. paying these Walmart prices are killing me and they don't have the great products y'all do!

I know inflation is a thing. It the prices here are too much. If you want to spend the money go where the produce is better. It's sad and very rediculous. It's more expensive then super walmart on alotnof stuff and baslers why and how?

There was a great selection of grocery items. Not much produce. The prices were very affordable. The employees that operated the cash register were friendly and helpful.

EVERYTIME I go into the store there are people standing 4-5 deep and only 1 register open. As a former manager, I know that should not be. I found the assistant manager and asked her to open a lane. She did, but clearly, the employees have not been trained or simply do not care about the quality of service. I shouldn't have to hunt down someone to open a register. There's always an excuse, but this is not on par with the quality of service that Dave or Matt strive for in their stores. Smoking right outside the front door, trash and carts all over the parking lot. Simply not where many will shop.

The managers would not help wait on me there was a weird guy roaming around that creeped me there was only one register open with lines of people while the manager stood there talking with the with the assistant manager. Outside talking and smoking. I normally love Save-A-Lot but I will not return to the store.

Tolerable service as long as you don't be polite and let an amish Lady then YOU might get sent too the back of a longer line and YOU was the only one in front of her and YOU didn't want to see her try to 5 or6 two letters of pop in her arm's. So much for trying to DO a good deed there in the Washington, In. Store. Than she closed and talked to someone on her way back to the back of the store. While I still stand weighting to pay for 4 12 pack of cola and two bags of potatoes chips. Than about a day later I was in there and the same female manager opened up and I told two ladies behind me to go ahead they couldn't pay me too go through her line after being treated like I was before. And a guy asked me what I said and I was explaining to him what happened and gay Shawn came up chest all puffed out and jumped me and I told him that I HOLD a grudge and he laughed out and said smilling so DO I I'm the one who turned you in for that hit and run. Then him and her tried to call me way back to the office there and I just told him if he wants to talk to me get the main management there and I would talk to them. Than he followed me out side and informed me that I was trespassing on private property if I returned to their.Don't come back.

Rude employees. My daughter lost her wallet there and come to find out Lana Burks the manager and the other employee working that night took 600 dollars from my daughters wallet. They got caught lying about having cameras there. Telling us she will check the camera when sav a lot don't even have camera. Got caught lying to the police.
