As a new Washington resident, I was very pleased with the Dollar General store on East National Highway. I was personally assisted by the store manager, Nancy, who made me feel very much welcome to my new town. The store had a feel, a personal touch, that made you think you could find anything you needed and more!!

Stood in there 15 minutes with 12 people behind me waiting to check out. Yet there’s two registers and two clerks there and one claiming she was on her break. She could’ve jumped in and help the poor guy out but no the lazy broad just stood there and didn’t help the situation. Never will I recommend or go back what a waste of time. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time standing.

I like Dollar General. It's a lot better than having to go to WMart and put up with a thousand people and only 2 cashier's. Then today, as I pulled up, I noticed this cornerstone on the side of the building. I Love It!! This alone will keep me coming back to Dollar General.

Everything was out of place and they acted very suspicious the employees are rude and follow you around the store and think you are up to no good. Very disappointed!

You can find great items and snack type food for really cheap!! Definitely a great place to shop if you are on a budget!!
