I’m calling the department that regulates pharmacies in Indiana. This place lost my prescription. I saw my prescription on my cvs app and it said on hold, then it said in process. I actually took a screenshot of my prescription and the date it said that the pharmacy would fill it according to my plan’s guidelines. After a few hours of it being in processing, we went there and they said they never received it. Here I am almost half a day passed and I’m still without my medication. I called my doctor’s office and they said that they had received an electronic confirmation that it was 100% sent in.

The pharmacy staff at this cvs is the worst.They don't want to help with questions concerning medications,they are snobby and negative.A phone call the night before the lady was so rude.My normal pharmacy was having a glitch in their server and I had to tranfer.The pharmacy staff at cvs so rude acting like I was doing something wrong transferring my prescription.It wasn't my fault there was a glitch in Odon.The staff there is not very welcoming,act like they don't care about u or their jobs.The day I chose to transfer my prescription to cvs was a mistake.Cvs has lost my business.I have never been in a business where they treat someone so bad.This is the 2nd and last time I get treated like I'm a nothing.

They are not very good to be honest bc the outside for one is very trashy and looks very gross and the inside is alright but they say the prescription is ready then u get there and they say it will be ready in like half an hour.... And I would never use the app bc well I'm not even going there

CVS Pharmacy no longer has our business. There is absolutely no reason they need to completely close the pharmacy for "lunch" it's happened to us twice and in both situations the medication we needed was urgent. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I wish I could give no star. The pharmacy.. some of them are nice and some of them act like they hate their life and job at that. This past winter I tried to pick up my sons medicine but because i pulled up 10 minutes before the pharmacy closed they refused to fill my sons prescription because “they had to turn on the machine” which it shouldn’t matter what time it is if I even pulled up with a minute till close they should never refuse to help customers. The worst customer service experience I ever had .. also the lady at the register asked me several times if my insurance was Medicaid. I told her over and over again it wasn’t and she kept up her attitude and said something was wrong or it should be Medicaid.. now im not sure if she was just annoyed that I pulled up with 10 mins to close or she was racist because I am a person of color but that doesn’t mean my insurance should be Medicaid!? The next day by some miracle they were able to run the insurance with no issue but the next issue is that I told the manager EVERYTHING and the woman still works there 🤣 .. the managers don’t care if they give poor customer service or treat people with disrespect and that right there is the reason for the 1 star ⭐️

The pharmacist on staff (Tiffany) refused to provide me a COVID Pfizer booster because I originally got the J&J vaccine and she didn't feel "personally comfortable" mixing and matching doses. A local pharmacist doesn't legally have the right to refuse vaccinations to people because of personal feelings. I have called and reported her to corporate CVS.

Made an appointment for a Covid test on 12/24 as I had started having symptoms. Input all of my health insurance online when making appointment. The pharmacy tech seemed confused when looking at my account and after 10 minutes provided me the Covid test, with no instructions…Two hours later they called and stated they couldn’t figure out how to bill my insurance. I suggested billing me directly and I would handle insurance. She stated they could not do that since I input my insurance online. Made absolutely no sense! Her only option was to throw away my test for rapid, flu, and PCR. This pharmacy has no sense of knowledge! Glad I was passing through town for the holidays and will never have to rely on them in the future.

We will be going elsewhere. We pulled up to the Pharmacy rang the bell. They waited until 8 turned off the lights and put up the closed sign without saying anything at all. Totally rude! We had sat there quite a while waiting on them. They would look over at us waiting. How can you be that rude.

This place is a total joke! I couldn't pick up my prescription yesterday because of a blizzard. I sent my husband to pick them up today but their computers are down.which means at the earliest I won't be able to pick them up until tomorrow. Which means that next month they will be sure and screw me on my pickup date. Even though it was not my fault of what time what day I picked it up. Tracy could not be more rude or less helpful if she tried!

If I go back it will be a matter of life or death they need to teach there immature managers respect for elders & customers.! I quit getting my prescriptions filled there long time ago after the pharmacist was showing me my medicine and dropped 1 on the floor then put it back in the bottle (he said 60 second rule) I had seen a RAT run across the floor & behind the pharmacy counter. Believe me a person might want to look ! !

I didn't have my CVS card so I had to give the clerk, Kristin my phone number. I gave her our previous home phone number. It was no longer associated with our account. I didn't realize that my husband had changed the account phone number to his cellphone number. She was pretty impatient while we were trying to figure it out. Also, I wish management would train employees to say "thank you" at the end of the transaction. That goes a lot farther with me than "here you go" or "have a nice day". If Kristin was having a bad day, I understand.

These pharmacy techs are rude! They usually aren't very helpful either. None of them seem to really care about their job even a little bit. Trying to get ahold of someone by the phone is awful. When inside I've seen them just ignore the phone and let it sit on hold forever even if there are numerous techs just sitting there not doing anything. Switching my pharmacy to Walmart. This place is a joke.

In the last few months, I have been very disappointed in the inability to serve the customer. Prescriptions could not be filled because the computer system was down. Prescriptions electronically sent were lost on CVS end. However, the most frustrating event was yesterday when CVS was out of stock on pain medication that would not be available until next week. All other pharmacies were closed in town. I had to drive to Vincennes to a 24 hour stocked pharmacy for pain meds.

Reading over other reviews I'm thinking "they can't be that bad", then after going in and calling, they really are. Everyone seems to have attitudes and snobby condescending ways. I just moved here and have always used CVS, but I think I'll look elsewhere now.

This cvs has a bad manger we was just trying to buy some things and the manger got mad he said “this stuff isn’t for free” all bc my nana was trying to take something’s off then he started to throw the stuff that she was putting back smh ( DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE)
