This Walmart will no longer allow you to return or exchange anything including diapers over $50. In addition you can only make 3 returns in a whole year! I received diapers for my twins baby shower and now I can’t get a different size because of this store instilled policy. Highly unsatisfactory customer service.

Terrible. They have moved things again and couldn't find half of what I was looking for. The check out person made me pick up 2-12 packs of pop 2 times more than I needed to. He never said hi or thank you, but was extremely friendly to the person behind us.

Sadly had a terrible experience. While on a road trip we needed some things and I being a nursing/pumping mom was excited that they had a mother’s room. While in the mothers room the door was aggressively knocked on multiple times (about 5 minutes apart after I said I was in here) until a manager I’m assuming hit the door hard saying an associate needed the room and wondering how long I had been in there. Felt very rude and uncomfortable. Would not recommend this store especially as a mother!

Horrible hours, closes at 11pm and doesn't reopen until 6am (us third shifters business don't matter apparently).Decided to wait until it opened to give it a chance since I never come here, instantly regretted it. They don't open until 6 but wait until the last minute to stock things, it was hard trying to shop because everyone was in the way with huge boxes restocking. Why this couldn't have been done earlier I don't know. One employee in particular smelled like a goat too. The smell lingered in the isles he was in and you had to wait a few minutes for the smell to disperse before going down them. Really unaffordable and expensive too, no better than a dollar tree thanks to shrinkage. They boast about low costs but the products are small and cheaply made.If this hickville of a town ever gets a Target their days will be numbered. I have no idea why people subject themselves to going here.

The lines were short and cashiers waiting to help u. But not social. No how are you today or how are you doing. Didn't tell me my total I had to ask. And no have a good day. I use to be a cashier so I find this very unacceptable.

My daughter made an appointment to get her tires changed. When we arrived they were not prepared for her. They did not have the tires she requested when she made the appointment. They then told her they could sell her tires that were a little more expensive. She said okay. They then called about 30 minutes later and said that they didn't have those in stock and wanted to sell her tires that were even more expensive. She said no I can't afford that. Then the man proceeds to tell her that her rims do not belong on her car so they can't cha he them anyways. My daughter has had tires changed on this car and the rims (rims that belong to this specific car!) were never an issue before. The guy admitted that it was their fault for selling the tires she made requested for her appointment.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH WALMART AUTO CENTER. GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE! We had a much more pleasant experience.

I found the store to clean and the service was good. I used the cashier check out. Positive shopping experience. Wider aisles would be an improvement but overall I was pleased with the shopping experience.

Had the absolute worst experience with the automotive side today. For starters, I ordered 4 tires for my truck. 305/55/20, I have ran this size for over 5 years and never had an issue. Even before I put my 3” lift on my truck. Not once was I informed that they would not be installed because they are a larger size than factory for my 2016 ram 1500. This information was given to me at the time of my appointment, I was told it’s “their policy” and will not install anything that’s not factory size no matter if they fit or not. I asked to take my tires that I purchased, as the “manager/yellow vest” associate struggled to print me a receipt and said it will get sent to my email, it did not get sent. She then tells me that my tires are already loaded in my truck. I did not tell them which truck was mine and their system had my old truck which was a Silverado. I asked her how she knew which truck was mine?She replied with “your truck is in our system”. Clearly not, I walked out and there stands a nice gentleman (tech I assume) with my tires, I asked if those were mine and he replied yes. So I backed my truck up, he loaded them and off I went, straight over to discount tire to get them installed hassle free! **** MAKE YOUR POLICIES KNOWN!!!!!!!!!

We were shopping on 11-17-23. When we got to the Only register that was open (7). We waited for anshort time for thenline to move. A young female turned off the light, walked to the end of the belt and placed the closed sign on it. We were informed it was closed and needed to move on. It is ridiculous that only 1 register was open. then to wait in line with a cart full of items and be told when you get to the belt to unload that you need to leave is beyond rude. If not for the fact we had some things we had to have and was getting late we would have left the cart and went to Meijer. We may just start going there anyways. I am tired of workers standing in the way with headphones in their ears and not moving because they can't hear you. And tired of the the "in house shoppers" pushing thru ti fill the orders for those that order on line. Not being able to get thru because pallets are blocking the way. It is not handicap accessible in a large part of the store.

The store is always dirty and the people who work there are really weird and rude. I rarely come here unless I absolutely have to. But the restrooms are also always kept in abominable conditions. Plus you have to pay for the shop and scan feature. Which is absolutely ridiculous. And they don’t accept Apple Pay. They also heavily reduced a lot of the craft section stuff. I miss the early 2000’s when Walmart was actually good. Get with the times.

The store is good I love shopping at Walmart. My significant other and I got a Walmart Money Card to have an extra account and they have now tried to steal my money 3 different occasions. First was a cashapp deposit they tried pinning it on cashapp and cashapp said it was on their end. The money magically appeared after I told them I would be calling my lawyer. They tried to do it again but with over 100$ dollars and now 80$ on the card just went poof and the customer support won't do anything but claim its our fault even tho we haven't touched the money. It's ridiculous how much money they've now stolen/tried to steal from someone struggling to even pay their bills so please whatever you do DO NOT get a Walmart Money Card it's a scamEdit on 04/05/24: we came in to put money on the card because after my first reveiw they claimed they'd fix it. The Walmart Money Card is supposed to be no fee and the cashier Melissa was extremely helpful but the money center system made us pay a 3$ fee and on top of that they denied us putting money onto the card. Walmart employees are amazing but the Walmart Card being through a 3rd party is horrible and they need to do something about it because it's screwing people over

I especially enjoy this walmart very early in the morning, Its extremely peaceful and it helps me focus on my mission to get in and out but without feeling like I'm on the world's'' fastest treadmill, The team is great and everyone is very nice that I have came across in the store.

I’m quite upset with this store today. Earlier today my boyfriend purchased a size-able Lego set for us to build together. Upon opening the box all of the legos were outside of the original packaging and inside Meijer branded ziplock bags. I was pretty upset to see that the pieces were dusty and were built inside the bag. I fun parts of legos is building them, so understandably we lost excitement. We decided to call the store to explore our options of resolution. I sat on the phone for customer service for 15 minutes with no answer. Once someone did answer they were from another department, unhelpful and rude.

Is there still Customer Service anywhere? My God, I fumbled my way through the electronics department for a solid 15 minutes, looking for a specific product. I seen several associates, who I know seen me, but do you think one of them asked me if I needed help finding what I was looking for, NO. Thanks for nothing.

I was super busy today! Of course being a Saturday lol!!! Store looked clean, seemed the employees even had a great attitude was very helpful a couple times! The dressing rooms were super busy!!! but the girl in charge of them did awesome and kept us all moving nicely! Not a bad lil shopping trip today 🤪!

Always have what I want and need. Curb pickup is the most polite department. They're getting better at having the carts for the handicapped working and available. Torie Helton is doing a fine of managing the store.

Had 13 items missing from my Walmart pick up order and got charged for them. Had to call and go back to pick them up. Then they gave me expired spinach. Last order they gave me cut up cantaloupe that was 3 days expired. Not impressed.

Go to the electronics department at around 8:50, can't find what I'm looking for so I go up to the huddle of Walmart employees from the electronics department and ask them where the USB to SD card slot reader/ adapters are, he looks lost so I explain to him....... you know how the new laptops you sell don't have SD card slots...... there are readers you can plug into your USB port on your laptop. He asks another guy, that guy mumbles something about a case and whatever number he said and pointed down the way but said he didn't have his key anymore, they all didn't have their keys anymore, so I walked down there to check if they were indeed Locked in a case. They were, go back there and they are all gone ofcourse. I saw a guy from another department who too was getting off in a few minutes and he was very helpful, not even from that department, he said he would go see if anyone was in the back and after a little while he cane back and said that they were all gone but someone was coming up there. So I thanked him and waited there for probably around 10 to 15 min, no one came. I can't stand this store to begin with because of the attitude from the employees in the place and it's not the first time I have had issues with the electronics department, the Hispanic American ones especially, they dont seem to care at all and most of the time you have to tell them how to do their job. They are just dying to tell someone no for any reason, they are either too high, unintelligent or lazy to sell things that sell themselves, these people make it impossible to buy from on a good day and if I hadn't needed it urgently I would not have wasted my time and would not be wasting my time on this review either because it's not like you jokers are gonna do anything about the little click of anti-salesman you have there. So about an hour of my time altogether with driving out there and waiting around for nothing and the gas too, once again walmart..... waste of time. And why is such a cheap item in a glass case anyway? Bunch of geniuses have way more expensive and easy to steal things all over the store.

This shopping visit was Tuesday midmorning. Pleasant enough to browse a little, and still get shopping done. Did not have to wait in line at this time. The store's parking lot was not full of carts,and was able to pick one up inside. Was also greeted at the door. I answered back,"Good morning". Also, I left the door satisfied as I had a limited flavored KiKat to try. Apple something.
