The lady I spoke too on 04-09-2024 around 5:00pm must be miserable and doesn’t care about the communities health. I called this pharmacy to see if they had my medication/eye drops in stock for a serious eye injury. She proceeded to tell me yes they have it in and she could call cvs and get it transferred. Then tries to tell me she won’t accept my blue-cross insurance since cvs accepts it. Tells me to call meijers.

I recently visited Walgreens to pick up a prescription and some household items. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me to the products I needed, and the pharmacist took the time to explain my medication thoroughly. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find everything. Checkout was quick, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant shopping experience. I'll definitely be returning for my future needs!

Did you ever have a pharmacist flat out lie to your face? The Walgreens pharmacy where we were supposed to get our vaccines today actually had the nerve to tell us that vaccines won't work if you have a cold. Jensine has a cold, she even took a COVID test right before we went to make sure it wasn't COVID. I told them I didn't think that was right but they treated me like I was a moron. While I was waiting I did a simple Google search to prove they were wrong. So after my shots I promptly went back up to the counter and informed them that the CDC plus every other website I checked says you can get one if it's just a cold. That's when the lady told me that it's Walgreens policy.So it's Walgreens policy to LIE and keep you from getting the treatment that you want and need. I am beyond disgusted and I will absolutely NEVER give Walgreens any of my money again.I'm SO TIRED OF STUPID PEOPLE SAYING STUPID STUFF!END RANT.

I've been dealing with this Walgreens pharmacy for over 20 years my experience the last couple of times I've been there to pickup a prescription has been "horrible", they are extremely rude and totally unprofessional forget getting any help from the pharmacy techs (who are disrespectful and dismissive) the pharmacy manager lied right to my face in defending her tech (she was rude to the point of challenging me) I finally just agreed with her to save face got my way over price prescription and left knowing I'll never use this Walgreens again.They lost a loyal customer due to lies, disrespect and most of all the manager defending a lie with a lie.No wonder they only have 2.4 stars and have to close their store once or twice a month without warningThe writing is on the wall I look for this Walgreens to be closing permanently very soon

Krista at the Walgreens in Warsaw, IN is the rudest Walgreens employee I have ever dealt with and I have done business with Walgreens for my prescriptions for over 20 years in TX, NM, IL, & OK.

Somebody please shut this store down! Employees are either incompetent, rude or both. I have been without medication multiple times due to the pharmacy being closed so they can eat twinkies and complain about the customers or scanners not working. Why are you still in business? God forbid if someone dies because they couldn't get their medication because of your laziness, incompetence andnegligence. Is that what it's going to take is for someone to sue you? Anyone a lawyer??

Ordered antibiotics from Walgreens they used doordash to deliver them. They was never delivered and when I called them to ask what was up they told me it is my problem I have to take it up with door dash. I wasn't the idiot who used door dash that would be Walgreens why is it my problem????

I very rarely write reviews, but I'm beyond frustrated and feel that people should know the current situation with the pharmacy at this location before directing their prescriptions here. Likely due to staffing shortages, this store's pharmacy is FREQUENTLY closed or closing early without advanced notice. There is limited, if any, advanced notice. Any notice is almost exclusively via a sign posted AT THE STORE. So you don't know until you try to pick up a potentially critical medication.I usually pick up my prescription multiple days ahead of when I need them, so I've been able to work around their seemingly random schedule...until now. This location has been closed for the past 3 days which I didn't know until I tried to pick up the prescription after returning from an international trip. I had a prescription that I needed to take prior to an important cardiac test. I am now unable to get this prescription in time and have to reschedule this test which already had to be scheduled months in advance.This had always been my go-to pharmacy but I will be taking my prescriptions to somewhere that is more reliable.

I am not regularly prescribed to any medication. However, have went here for years whenever I fall ill and the doctor needs to send one in. (Every time i regret using them because the lady is so rude and they take forever to get presciptions in) Again, I have to say the lady behind the counter is one of the most unfriendly, miserable people I have encountered that works customer service. A lady said "you need rollerskates", as in they were busy and the pharmacist rudely says, "everyone gets their turn". Would not recommend.

Disappointed in this Walgreens. They don't have life saving medications when needed. Diabetics can't get insulin as they need it.

I scheduled a vaccine appointment online because it was the only location offering what I needed. It is an hour away from our house. I received all of the confirmation texts for the appointment. The morning of, I called to confirm (thanks to these reviews) and surprise, the pharmacy was closed without a pharmacist. I’m really glad I checked. I’ll be going somewhere else

Absolutely beyond rude employees, there is a systemic issue in this store from the top down. Manager Casey covers for a problematic employee named Allison who is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. Walgreens as a whole likes to bait and switch with deceptive pricing practices and generally sucks. They run a very unprofessional pharmacy operation at this store. Pulled all prescriptions and ceased to do business with this location.

The pharmacy is rarely even open anymore. And when they are closed, there is ZERO notice until you pull up to the window and see a written sign that they are not operating as usual.Some people have CRITICAL, extremely time sensitive medications. Seriously, Walgreens? This is so entirely frustrating. Been going on for YEARS.

I never do reviews especially right now when help is so hard to find but I had to this time. It is very hard to get prescriptions when their pharmacy is randomly closed. It was closed this Sat and Sun. I was told I could get my RX filled at the nearest Walgreens pharmacy, 1 hour from my house, or transfer my RX (that can't be done on the weekend when the Dr office is closed). I will be transferring on Monday! Luckily our medicine isn't life or death I really feel sorry for those that can't go without a medicine and are given no explanation as to why they are closed or no good solution to get the medicine.The employee I spoke to on the phone, when I finally got through to someone, actually hung up on me when I was discussing options.

I’m late in posting this.Better late rather than never.The experience goes like this.I had an international trip in June last year. I wanted to get my son vaccinated for Covid before the travel. He is 8 years old. CDC had just approved the vaccination for 5+ years. I took an appointment online and also made sure that they have the vaccine as well as pharmacist can provide the vaccine before I left home. Upon reaching,there was super frowning pharmacist, looked very junior. She could not understand anything. Asked my insurance card and ran it through and came back stating your insurance does not support. All Covid vaccines are free. The cost is borne by Federal Govt. I asked to talk to her supervisor she was more intelligent and told we don’t know whom to bill as the insurance is not allowing. We came back home. Called my company’s insurance and they were more intelligent and told me for such a small kid they don’t have any information. Frustrated I called Walgreens of Fortwayne. They scheduled and had to drive down there. No questions asked they administered the vaccine.In the meantime I had researched and made sure I have the printout of cdc website which stated the vaccine cost is borne by the Federal Govt.I just asked FWA walgreen why was I refused at Warsaw Walgreen. The answer was “lack of knowledge anybody on this land of this Great Nation is eligible for a vaccine provided he is approved for his age to get a covid vaccine. Even if you have come from Mars you will get the vaccine. It is completely wrong to refuse anyone.”I would have given zero to Warsaw walgreen who made me travel 100 miles up and down to get a covid shot just because they are not aware of the rules due to Lack of training, and lack of empathy of the pharmacists . Never ever visit them.

I have had two different times that they simply didn't fill a prescription and never called to tell me that they weren't going to fill it, just deleted it out of system so when I went to check if medication was ready for pickup they said "we don't have anything for that name" and then "oh we couldn't get that". Ok.... So you just decided not to fill it AT ALL and then not tell me or call me? They don't open until ten now, 10! And they are randomly closed a lot of days, probably due to staff shortages. I went here for years with no problems but past 6 months has been horrible. I now get meds at CVS and have been very satisfied thus far.

Pretty much what everyone else is saying. The pharmacy is always closed. I'm also going to a different pharmacy. I was in the ER last night and have 2 prescription there right now just from that visit. I don't know how many times I've went to pick my routine meds up and they were closed. Good thing it's not a life threatening med!

Every time I try to get a prescription filled there is always something wrong, either the system is down, there is a problem with my insurance, I get a notification that my meds are ready only to show up and they aren't. They have excuses for everything and none of them make sense. I will never get another thing filled at the Warsaw location.

Went to check on a 90 day medicine for my son. Was made to feel like I was some kind of drug addict trying to get meds before they were ready when actually it was that the woman didn't pay attention that my son has 2 separate doses of the meds and they didn't have the one when I went to pick them up last month. Very unprofessional and just plain rude. She spoke loudly enough that the other woman working stopped what she was doing to stare at me too.

When you change your pharmacy hours you should change them online. I drove over 30 minutes there because you were supposed to be open. Nope, you decided to change hours and not post it. If I weren't forced to use you I would never walk into your store again! You have no consideration for people.

Went there for a covid test that I scheduled the day before. Got there ten minutes early, e-mail said to be there five minutes early, sat in line for a half hour. Lady had an attitude, wanting to verbally verify my info, instead of just taking my ID, then told me I was late, and supposed to be there fifteen minutes early. Told me I’d have to reschedule. Nightmare, never going there again, the pharmacy drive through testing is poorly thought out, going back to medstat.

I really do like this store. The prices are great and a majority of the staff has always been so sweet and helpful. There for a while we did deal with unpleasant pharmacy staff. I hoped at first that the person in question was just having a bad day but because we are there at the very least 2 times a month for my child's prescriptions we have found that either that person has a lot of bad days or just shouldn't have been in customer service. I've not seen them in there this month so I'm going to guess they aren't there anymore.

This place has really gone downhill. You tried to call the pharmacy and you get nothing but rude people on the phone. Long lines that move very slowly. Then when you have been waiting in line for 30 minutes or more next thing you know they will go to lunch or shutdown right when it is your turn. Stay far away from this place and pickup your prescriptions somewhere else.

I was told Tuesday was senior day and to come early, also said truck comes on tuesday. I wanted toilet paper, there wasn't any. The cashier was very nice she said the truck comes on Thursday. I used to shop there a lot. Now they shelves are getting empty and no paper products. Whose is in control here?

A woman named Alison at the 2400 E Center St Warsaw location was extremely rude. Her voice and attitude were extremely condescending. All we did was ask her some questions about the products and coupons while she was giving us the side eye the entire time. I don’t know if she might be going through something personally that is making her act that way or if she’s having a bad day but it’s still not an excuse to take it out on the customers.
