Bought a coleman utv in April, they lost title to it when I bought it. Waited almost 6 wks to get new one. Meanwhile, somehow my receipt got wet, tried to get a new one sent to me so I could get it plated and because I got a warranty for it at the time. Left front tire went bald in the middle of the tire within one month and right headlight went out. Talked to a Zack there, he was supposed to send me a copy of original receipt to prove I got the warranty. It didnt get sent. Now I just want to return the utv and be done with it. Very unhappy with service.

Well, tried to call many times to the warsaw TSC and no one picked up.wanted to buy a riding mower. Please don’t provide a standard response to this review I’m not going to call any more numbers. I would have done a business of 3k and now I will take my business to Lowes.

I called ahead to see if they had an item I wanted and the person was extremely helpful and even went and verified that they had it on the shelf. I arrived a few hours later and a lady greeted me with a friendly smile and asked if there was something specific she could help me find. I began relating my previous phone conversation, to which she implied that I had spoken with her. She walked me to the product and made sure that it was what I wanted. In today's big-box-store mentality, it was nice getting hometown service in a retail chain store. #GoodService

Great customer service. They where understaffed and a bit overwhelmed when I had to do a return. But they stayed extremely friendly and professional. Also have days where they give your pets they're shots at a good price.

On a recent visit to TSC I wassnt finding the item I needed and thankfully I came across an employee by the name of Jennifer…she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the store layout and knew exactly where the item I was looking for was located! Customer service is everything and because of her help I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Not great but not horrible. People will help you but they don't go out of their way to do so. They have a pretty good selection of things and sometimes you can get it at a good price. I have shopped there for years and already know what I want and where it is before I go in.

This tractor supply was located just off of US 30. We stopped in to get our dog her food. Since she only needed a small bag until we got home, it was a little different from her usual. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. They even double checked it for chicken due to Patches' allergy to it. We have to be very careful; because even most beef foods contain chicken and/or poultry fat or broth. Rob and I thank you for your friendly help.

I like TSC, however this location had had a really pungent gas smell in the building for the last several years. I leave with a headache every time, so I can no longer go there.

Bought one of my pellet stoves from them. Customer service was great! The lady who helped me pick it out was knowledgeable and the gentleman that helped get it on the truck was great also! Price was decent.

Not sure where all the good reviews came from. Staff was non existent, and when I finally tracked someone down to ask where something was the girl just pointed in one direction, didn't take me there or explain exactly where is was located and she did this just to go talk and giggle with her friends, not because she was already helping another customer. The checkout gal barely said a word. And even though there was a very long line she never called for backup. I used to work at two different TSC locations, not this one, and I know sometimes it's only two people working and there is always tons to do. But still when you have a line that long and a customer trying to return and exchange a cartful or different things you need to call for backup. Especially when other girl is just chatting with her friends.

Usually have to wait for someone to get to the register to check out, but not long. Occasionally can't find what I'm looking for but overall they have almost everything I need for my horse at reasonable prices and sales.
